The first time we got service here, it was just okay--nothing special. The second time was worse. We had to deal with a very unpleasant staff member who was standoffish and kept laughing in a way that felt rude and dismissive. It was clear she didn't have anything nice to say. After that experience, I suggested to my mom that we shouldn't go back, but she decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, today was the worst experience yet--and definitely the last time we'll be going there. The service was terrible, and the nail set they did for my mom was honestly trash. The nails came out so thick, it looked like they just piled on product without even bothering to file or shape them properly. $70 wouldn't be a bad price if the work was done well, but the quality was a solid 0/10. Went in for a gel pedi & didn't even get offered what type of pedicure I wanted. They did lotion first, rinsed it off, I had to ask for sugar scrub. Then no lotion afterwards. Short & rushed. No massage. Won't be back! read more

The worst pedicure I've ever gotten!! Kim did not file them or remove cuticles. She didn't even paint my whole toenail and there was so much paint around my nails!!!! These photos were after she "fixed" them. She tried to tell me it was because my toes were small and that extra paint could be washed off in the shower. read more

Been to this salon several times, but I'm done. I don't do the nail thing except for very special events (I don't like what it does to my natural nails, and they take many months to grow out the damage.) I have never felt like any of the techs have communicated well with me, and none were ever friendly - more like we don't know you, and we'll just do what we do and get you out of here. read more

This place is horrible. Got a pedicure in April which looked like something a 5 year old did and haven't been back until today. MISTAKE. The nails themselves actually don't look terrible this time but 4 of my fingers are bleeding and in PAIN. The whole hour I sat at the nail salon my fingers hurt so bad as the worker continued to have the TIGHTEST grip on them after telling him the hurt. His reasoning that my fingers were hurting was "Sometimes the machine cuts people"??? Oh well. On top of that, I got the most BASIC nails which cost me 58 DOLLARS!!!!!!! read more

So I went yesterday and got my nails done here this is my 2nd time on my 1st time I went I didn't leave to happy with my nails they were thik and the girl nip my cuticle a few times with the machine the only reason I decided to give the place another try was because that day the girl received a call about he kid and I'm thinking her mind was not on my nails that day ,so I went back yesterday and happens that I got the same girl I told her I wanted the same gel color and filling I wanted to have them cut down some and shaped stiletto nails but I don't even know what Kind of stiletto nails she have done before but mines are no were near what I had asked for .Im not planing to go back the first time I showed her A photo this way there are no confusions and she still mess them up they are stuby and shaped wierd I gave the place and the girl a 2nd chance and this time is worst than the first time I'm very disappointed with the work She did .not going back . Ooh and she would not stop using her cell phone I think when you are seating with a client that time should be for that client not to keep stopping and taking calls or stopping to talk to the co worker next to you about God knows what .Then when your nail is put on sideways they tell you that it your finger that's wrong and give you an Attitude . . My advice would be don't answer calls when you are with a client or expect a tip if you know your work is no good read more

I got freakin toe nail fungus from this place and now all my toe nails have fallen off. Also it takes 18 months for them to grow back NORMAL. This place is the worst never again!! :( read more

If i could rate this place a 0 stars then I would. This place is awful! i went to this salon because the one i usually go to was closed. I'm absolutely disgusted by this place. The workers are mean and harsh and aren't gentle. They seem like they are in a really big rush. Went in to get SNS and took them about 15 minutes and they did an aweful job! Overall, the staff is very unprofessional. The guy that did my manicure did not do a good job. When I brought to his attention that my nails were rough and scaly looking after his supposed manicure, he said he would charge me to buff my nails. His attitude was very sour and childish. On top of that, he nicked the side of my cuticle on my thumb. He must have sensed that I was displeased with him and his service;instead of him trying to appease me, a paying customer, he got up without any explanation and asked another nail technician to finish my nails. Fortunately, the "substitute" nail tech was very kind and attentive; she actually listened to my concerns. After she serviced me, I gave her a tip. I noticed that she'd split the tip with the rude guy. When I explained to her that the tip was exclusively for her, she informed me that it was the rude guy's request that she split the tip with her. The nerve of him! Another thing that concerned me about my visit is that I did not see any of the staff sterilize their nail tools before servicing customers in tandem. The best way to describe my experience is "ehh." I just moved to the area so I thought I'd give it a try. Place wasn't that clean but I only had 45 min till everywhere else closed to I decided to stay. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. Water was lukewarm. The lady that did my pedi didn't even look at me much less speak. She rushed through it and left my big toenail crooked and my nail polish on one toe wasn't flat. On my pinky toe I had a big bump. I told the lady doing my finger nails and she finally agreed to redo them. My nails turned out decent but she too rushed through them and left my cuticles looking bad. I told her and she had 3 different excuses but finally fixed them. My nails don't look bad but they don't look great either. Hopefully the other salons nearby are better. read more

I was very disappointed with this place not once, but twice. I got my nails done a few years ago and the work was sloppy and they refused to fix it or even own up to the fact that the job was done poorly, instead they said it was my nails. I went back this week to give it another shot and get a pedicure. The guy cut my foot with his tools. I was bleeding. When I brought it to his attention he said it was already there and he didn't do it. I watched him cut my foot with his scrubber. He pretty much gave up on the rest of the job and did a terrible job. He was rude. I have been very disappointed by this business now twice and I will not be returning. I suggest you watch everything they do if you decide to go to this place for anything. read more

I have been looking for a new nail salon to go to and I decided to visit this one. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted and taken back to the chair with no wait. I was very excited to be getting my nails done and and this new place and was off to a great start. As she started to work on my nails I looked around and the entire place was very cluttered and nasty. I started to look around the nail station and noticed tons of food open while they were working on people's nails. I also noticed that the equipment was disgusting. By this time the lady had started to really work on my nails. And by work I mean she was sliding a fake nail under my acrylics RIPPING them off. This was so painful. When she was doing this, it was actually taking some of my natural nails off, damaging them. She then told me that what she was doing was going to cost $40. But when I called the salon before, I was told it would $25. She then argued with me telling me that it was $40. I simply could not afford the $40 nails, so I asked her how much it would be just to remove my old acrylics and get nothing. SHE SAID IT WOULD COST $30 for that! $30 for no polish, manicure, or acrylics. So I chose to get a cheaper set of acrylics instead of getting nothing.. Then, she pulled out a box of tools that was very very gross looking. At this point in the manicure, my natural nails were very long. It had taken me a long time to grow them out. But since my nails were so long, nail salons did not have to use the fake tips, just my actual nail. I expected this nail tech to do the same thing, but then, without asking, she cut them all very short and applied the fake tips. I was very mad at this point, but did not want to be rude, I just wanted her to finish and for me to get out of there! So about 30-40 minutes later, I was all done. She instructed me to go back to the sink and wash my hands. As I walked back to the sink there was a huge bug in the floor, then when got to the sink there was a motorcycle parked by the sink inside the nail salon that someone drove to work!!! A MOTORCYCLE PARKED IN THE SALON! REALLY?? At this point I was so disappointed! They were rude and unprofessional, the salon was very nasty, the tools looked like they had never been cleaned or properly sanitized, and the prices were high. For the treatment that I got from staff and how PAINFUL my experience was, I would NOT ever recommend anyone getting there nails done here!!! The only I wish I could have done was get pictures of all the ridiculous stuff in the salon. read more
