Was given a gift certificate to Allure & was worried because of reviews i've seen, and I'm so happy I went for myself, I was so pleased with my service and with what I received on my nails. We went in at 6:45 & they closed at 7:30. My tech was not rushing, which other salons have done that in the past. He took his time & they turned out great!! I'm one to look at reviews, but I am thrilled that I went in! While I was getting mine finished up, there was a lady who wasn't happy with her nails from a few days ago, and management took care of her & was wanting to fix the mistake that was made. I have only been disappointed with my nails once. I went in and showed them what I wanted vs. what I got, and they immediately seated me with a tech who fixed the problem at no charge (the green and gold nails for my class reunion). They always strive to provide the best service and will not hesitate to make sure you are happy with your results. Recently, Paul did my Christmas nails, and I am thrilled with them. He did exactly what I asked him to! Pedicures include a shoulder massage and they sometimes offer adult beverages (it is a nail BAR...). I have not indulged in the adult beverages, yet, but what a cool service. So glad they are open and right next door to my fave grocery store! read more

I decided this time to get a manicure and pedicure so I had two people. Kevin helped me with my pedicure and Nancy helped me with the manicure. They were very attentive to detail they offered several options for both. They both did a fantastic job and of course the pedicure took longer but Kevin was great! Nancy did a great job but the only thing I noticed was that she pit moisturizer on 1 arm but jot the other. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to get my arm moisturized. Honestly though they were both great. My hands and feet look absolutely wonderful, better than they did. Thanks you guys so much and I'll be back! read more

You will not find a better nail bar! The nail techs are top notch, very caring and professional! They even give you something to drink while you are getting your nails done, including wine if you want! Laat night 6 of us went to get our nails done for my daughter's wedding this weekend. They put a "bride" sash on her and gave us a bottle of champagne with which they made mimosas! It was a wonderful evening! read more

I was hesitant because I am a senior with limited mobility. They were so friendly and accommodating they help me up in the chair and were so patient with me. I loved my shoulder massage and my nice cool coke was just what I needed. I will be back!!! Nothing like good customer service and a beautiful smile to go with it. I use Allure Nail Bar every 2 months when I'm visiting family in Monroe. I have been a satisfied customer since their opening 3 years ago. I am always satisfied with the service rendered. Today Nina soaked my acrylic nails off & gave me an overlay with French polish. Nina did a great job. Holly did my French pedicure she also did a great job. The service at Allure was one of the best experiences I have had a nail salon in a very long time. My technician took her time and the massage was so nice. My nails look great! The salon is pristine and very clean and organized! My only disappointment is that I live out of town so will only be able to come back when I visit family. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

Quick service never waited long for seat. Quick and efficient. Love the hot wax for the feet if you never tried it before I highly recommend. They have a lot of chairs for pedicure and nails to accommodate the traffic flow. read more
