Was given a gift certificate to Allure & was worried because of reviews i've seen, and I'm so happy I went for myself, I was so pleased with my service and with what I received on my nails. We went in at 6:45 & they closed at 7:30. My tech was not rushing, which other salons have done that in the past. He took his time & they turned out great!! I'm one to look at reviews, but I am thrilled that I went in! While I was getting mine finished up, there was a lady who wasn't happy with her nails from a few days ago, and management took care of her & was wanting to fix the mistake that was made. I have only been disappointed with my nails once. I went in and showed them what I wanted vs. what I got, and they immediately seated me with a tech who fixed the problem at no charge (the green and gold nails for my class reunion). They always strive to provide the best service and will not hesitate to make sure you are happy with your results. Recently, Paul did my Christmas nails, and I am thrilled with them. He did exactly what I asked him to! Pedicures include a shoulder massage and they sometimes offer adult beverages (it is a nail BAR...). I have not indulged in the adult beverages, yet, but what a cool service. So glad they are open and right next door to my fave grocery store! read more

Requested a manicure/pedicure and was seated immediately. The technicians were exceptional and thorough. Took the time to make sure I was happy with their work. I was completely relaxed and enjoyed myself. Since I've been going to Allure everyone is always friendly and pleasant to be around. They make you feel welcome and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. My pedicure was absolutely fabulous. My manicure was awesome and couldn't be more pleased. Although the price can be a bit steep, everything they do for you based on the package, I will be a returning customer. Sara for my nails and Jasmine for my toes! They are the best! They both take their time and make sure it is right. If they see something when they are painting my nails they will stop and fix it and then finish. They want you to say something if you are not happy so they can fix it. You will not find a better nail bar! The nail techs are top notch, very caring and professional! They even give you something to drink while you are getting your nails done, including wine if you want! Laat night 6 of us went to get our nails done for my daughter's wedding this weekend. I was hesitant because I am a senior with limited mobility. They were so friendly and accommodating they help me up in the chair and were so patient with me. I use Allure Nail Bar every 2 months when I'm visiting family in Monroe. I have been a satisfied customer since their opening 3 years ago. I am always satisfied with the service rendered. This was my first time to Allure. I needed an eyebrow and lip wax. Kim was tech that did the wax. She was very thorough, and very nice. I especially appreciated how she went back with tweezers to make sure she got all of the hairs. And then she went one step further with a small microblade to get peach fuzz hairs. read more
