She gave her a better discount and let her leave because she personally knew her. She took $10 off because of her lacking and still charged me $219 for a male mani and pedicure and my pedicure with gel and my real nails getting done. She did not give me a decent discount and I will never be back. I have been to other establishments around and paid way less and had better experience. Tonight was my first time visiting QA, and you best believe I will be returning! I was a little…read morenervous about going in a first. My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time! Also, let me not forget to mention that the price for my service was absolutely more than reasonable! Great quality at a great price!

The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy.
