This is a great nail salon. The artists are very friendly and efficient. I love the selection of gel polish and my ombré French pink and white manicure is so far my favorite (by Anna). My nails never chip or break and I am super hard working with my hands. I'm off work today and plan to go there for a pedi today. Can't wait. Also, they have good tanning beds too! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made an appointment -this being my first time here. Needed my nails soaked(not ripped) off and a manicure. Also a pedicure. The tech did not want to soak them & picked until my fingers were bleeding, as well as a piece of the acrylic flicked up in my eye-not a good experience. Very unprofessional. Even asking the tech to please be careful she just said something in another language and walked away. at the end-never even offered an apology or reduced rate.... this place also needs a visit from the Ga State Board!! read more

The lady that did my nails was nice. The other lady working that day was kind of rude though. She literally texted and ignored ppl during the entire session. I had gel nails. I don't think she did a very thorough job. The side were obviously uneven and they didn't last long at all. Also the were 30 dollars which is more than I have paid anywhere else. She also kind of acted like she didn't want to give me the disposable flip flops too. Like I said though she was nice to me. Can't say I'm very impressed read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!! This was coming up to Mother's Day weekend so I was visiting the area with my mom at the hair salon. To kill time I decided to stop in for a pedicure at this nail salon. Lord it was the worst mistake!!!! Have you ever heard of a partial pedicure?! That's exactly what I got!! My cuticles wasn't soften and everything was done dry!!!! I guess her placing them in the water was good enough. Then on top of that the lady cut me twice while shaving the tip down. I was unhappy by then. Not to mention the brush she used while removing the clippings from the nail shavings was DIRTY like BLACK in the bristles. I've never been SO SICK TO MY STOMACH. I immediately stopped her in the middle of service and told her I would pay for the added tip on one toe (might I add) and the pedicure. Once I got to the counter they began talking in their language and then she responded back to me with...that will be $40....I said no ma'am!! I live in the city and I pay almost that for full service. I gave her $25 which was more than what I thought they deserved but I'm a fair person and nothing in life is for free. She not only called the police on me but the officer said that it was the law that whether you are unhappy with the services in this state you are responsible for paying a business. If I don't pay them I will go to jail. So tell me who was wrong in this situation?? I will never patronize any business in WINDER GA ever again So now I'm left to pay her the $15 and still will need to pay someone else to complete the service. Shame on this business for taking advantage of people!!!! read more

I tried to give this place a chance.. and they completely failed me. I personally never had my nails done here, but I went here for my eyebrows twice after my aunt suggested I visit them. The first time I went, one of the ladies kept pointing at me and laughing with the other woman in her native language. My eyebrows looked fine but I prefer to not be talked about when I'm paying someone for a service. The second time I went was the breaking point. I brought my credit card and was told I had to spend more than $10 in order to use the card when an eyebrow wax is only $7. I decided to get my lip waxed as well as my eyebrows since I didn't have any cash on me. The lady who did it was nicer, but she left the wax all over my face when she was done. Then to add insult to injury, she smeared Vaseline on my upper lip and eyebrows.. I left looking like a greasy mess. Take your business anywhere but here. read more

Worst experience of my life! I went with some friends and they did a terrible job on all of our nails. I don't think they knew what they were doing. They are very expensive considering the terrible service they give. The nails do not last very long either. They for real robbed us of our money, they made us pay extra to get our SNS removed just because we did not get them done there. Also, the way they removed the SNS was ATROCIOUS! My 3 year old daughter could have removed them better than the woman did. (Not an option but I give 0 out of 5 stars) read more

Worst manicure I've ever had! The ladies in there were extremely rude, completely ignored me, an talked to each other non-stop. Talking is one thing, but they didn't shut up the entire time. I got a gel manicure and it is so thin I can see my nails, and the price did not match the experience. If i could give zero stars, I would. I'm writing this review while sitting in the chair. The woman didn't use any lotion, cuticle oil or creams. My nail beds are drier than they were when I walked in. My manicure AND pedicure took 20 minutes. When I asked the lady about lotion she mentioned that they apply lotion after they paint your nails.. Makes complete sense, right?? She finally applied lotion and messed up two nails. I left.. Save your money. read more

I went once and had a terrible experience, burned by an overheated towel during a pedicure and nicked with clippers twice, plus my manicure nail polish fell off within 24 hours. I went back to give them a second chance, cut me again and the nail polish literally fell of within 24 hours again. I don't know if they use cheap or old nail polish but it is awful. Manager's attitude when approached with the problem was defensive and rude. Nail tech had on a filthy uniform and there was dirt everywhere. Not planning to return under any circumstances. read more

I am super upset I got regular nails that goes for $25 even in this place I go there most of the times because there is never a wait being that the other nail shops do a better job my nails have 10 different shapes and my fingers are all sideways then I was charged $40 I asked why and they started that is always the price and she tried to do white tips I explain I wanted all white and instead of refunding me the spoke a different language and let it be I should have known better being that I got my nails there once and the whole nail fell off... once again people just go to your regular shop the wait is worth it get what u pay for I am highly upset with myself more because I knew better and I spent $40 on regular nails I always do sns and pay 60 but I was trying not to spend that much on nails read more

I hate my nails. Usually they turn out nice but this time the owner took all of my acrylic off, put new acrylic on and charged me for a full new set! $45.00 !!! I asked for a fill in! Not a new set. She didnt even put on new tips just used my nail and added acrylic and charged me for a new set. Then told me she did me a favor by not charging me to take off the old acrylic. Im so pissed. Not to mention I like square/oval. She made them circles. I have short fat circles!! It looks terrible. Not at all what I asked for (fill in) and I hate the way they look! I now remember why I stopped going to them after I moved to Winder. I didn't even notice until I went next door to the store and was checking out and looked at my hands. I just assumed they looked good like she usually did them. Im so upset. I guess ill go somewhere else. Im too freakin nice to go say anything to her. I HATE my nails! They look SO short and squatty. She didnt use cuticle oil or lotion either! I just came from there. Look at the picture. Dry cuticles. Ridiculous! Unprofessional. Terrible 1st experience in tanning. Will definitely NOT go back here or refer anyone else to. Poor communication from Asian Lady running salon. No other clients there at the time but treated me like I was disturbing her at 3:00pm. Difficult to understand. Kept telling me I needed to wait 3 minutes. ??? Finally I went to room and undressed and suddenly realized we had not discussed eye goggles. I rushed back up front and she acted again like I was bothering her. She said it will cost $4 so I paid her and then she yelled at me twice to hurry. YOU MUST HURRY !!!! What a stressful experience. I rushed back in the room , stripped off my clothing. Had NO TIME to put on my tanning lotion. Jumped in just as the light was coming. on. MORE STRESS.....Than as I reached up to grab hold of the bars I felt my hands slide down the greasy bars. Obvious to me I was standing in a tanning bed that had not been cleaned appropriately. So sad that this was how my very first tanning experience went. Was really hoping to pamper myself. But if your looking for a dirty place to go tan where they yell at you to hurry up and treat you rude,Then this is probably the place for you. read more
