I recently had a baby and I've been beyond stressed out. I've lost a ton of hair and the hair I did…read morehave left was so long and easily knotted that one day I decided to cut over 4 inches off myself. I was close to pulling a Britney but luckily talked myself out of that....... So I called and got an appointment within 3 days for a simple hair cut and style. The girl at the front desk was friendly and offered to get me a drink as I waited for my hairdresser// I got Sam. She made sure I understood what she had to do to even out my botched job lol ...She was super sweet and approachable. I'd recommend her and would definitely see her again. My mom and twin sisters come to this salon often and always rave about it. My husband has gotten hair cuts with Levi and never had a complaint either. Give it a shot, doesn't feel like you're in Flowery Branch :)

During my appointment, I felt very uncomfortable in my stylist's presence. At the time of my…read moreappointment, she only carried on a topic with me if it was about her favorite explicit adult fiction series. I tried to tell her I am on a reading hiatus and to switch subjects to something more appropriate, but she would either ignore me or start a conversation with someone else instead while I was in her chair. She described graphic, explicit scenes from the books, and I felt incredibly disrespected. , The owner's response claims that I made their stylist uncomfortable. That is not accurate. My stylist was not professional in anyway and everything about her made me uncomfortable. Her attire was an inappropriate dark romance shirt about submitting herself to explicit acts. " I vow, you vow, we vow " from the House of Lords Dark Romance book series. In addition to this, the stylist's car, which is visible from the salon chair, is covered in inappropriate stickers related to these themes as well. Lastly, she moved my appointment 3 hours later than scheduled because she overbooked herself, which resulted in me being alone with her and another staff member after salon closing hours.... I was forced to listen to thirst trap metal with bands such as Sleep Token, which has very explicit lyrics. I am terribly upset that I have to rewrite my original review and defend myself because the salon resorted to personal attacks rather than taking accountability for their staff. False Statements about your customers is not a professional approach for a business in 2026. I came in for a professional pastel pink hair service, which I did not receive. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.

My bit of advice would be that it is very disconcerting to walk in as a first time customer and have noone greet you. there was a stylist to my right as you walk in that did not say anything, even after she obviously saw me looking around in confusion.

Today I revisited in hopes to have her again or someone similar and they said no one there named that works there so I got an older woman with glasses. She was pretty rude after I mentioned I didn't want to get gel (nails don't breathe with this) and it wasn't a good experience ongoing, she rushed the massage, didn't even use the leg scrub for more than 10 seconds and the shaping was not great. I asked for the nails to be cut short and they kept cutting the cuticles but benefit of doubt maybe they didn't want to injure me. I asked another woman there who seemed like she was the owner / manager about Dang and she said oh no she left doesn't work here anymore and I heard couple of technicians laughing. All in all this wasn't a good experience and I most definitely won't be back. The review below I should have taken heed it was my warning not to come back and I gave benefit of doubt :(
