I was not having a bad day......The fat short-haired Korean woman that sits at the front desk was having a bad day! I went there again because I was giving them a 2nd chance! Go back and read my complaint again! I was kind enough to give my technician a $10 tip because she was the only one being nice to me. I was excited and smiling when I walked in and met by "Miss Scowl Face" like she did when I was there 3 weeks ago. It was a pamper day for me so I was in a happy mood when I got there. I'm not a picky person......but I experienced rudeness and possibly racism! Better start looking for a new place because it wont be long until they go out of business! read more

This was my first time here and got a SNS Mani & Pedicure in basically an hour!! Usually my mani takes at least an hour and half but Lynne (I think is her name) was super fast AND had great attention to detail! Shape was perfect & nail itself is thin. Pedi was fantastic, great massage and cleaned me right up! I also came in at 5:45 and they close at 7 and never rushed me so I'm super grateful!! May be my new nail spot. Prices for the quality was amazing too. Shop was very clean and actually very cute and not tacky. read more

Let me tell you this is the place you want to go if you need any pampering! I normally get SNS on my nails and love them to be shaped super square. It's hard to find someone that will listen and do what you ask! That's why I love coming to passion nails!! This is my second time coming here. The owner does my nails and she is amazing at what she does! Fast and the quality is SO BOMB!!! Being a hairstylist my hands are always in water and I'm very rough with my nails, but my SNS lasted so long! read more

My nails were done by "Lyn" Or "Lynne". I initially received a beautiful job, pink and white ombré tips. After the third service, my nails (coming about once a month) became painful and tender. One came off by splitting across where it had been previously drilled. Directly across the nail bed. I went to another local salon where they removed the remaining nails. Underneath I found what is picture below. They were initially tender and red. This is after healing about two weeks without nails. The nail salon denies any responsibility for this and told me in effect I damaged my own nail by removing them. Beware! If you want quality nail service do not visit this salon. read more

Great job! My daughter and I were the only ones there. They were talkative (which I like) and did an amazing job on our nails!

Worst gel manicure I've ever gotten, sadly. This was my only time at this salon. It was a rush job and ended up only lasting a couple days before it started to peel off. In less than a week, it had started cracking or peeling off every single fingernail. I'm so upset! This has never happened to me before. Usually, gel manicures last me 3 weeks before starting to crack or peel. Maybe the male who did my nails isn't typically one of the nail techs. He continuously answered the phones during my manicure which I wouldn't have minded if the manicure had produced good results. Unfortunately, I don't like wasting money so won't be coming back for a second time. read more
