Easily the worst nail experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself and don't go here!! I went in with my mom and sister and it took my mom over an hour to get a regular pedicure and she continually had ask to get her nails even/corrected. Idk how you can screw up a pedicure, but he did. I went in to get SNS off and they refused to do it until we were all done with our pedicures. I asked if they could start soaking them while I was getting my pedicure and they flat out said no. That is such a waste of my time. My pedicure was so bad I had to ask them to just take off the polish. My sister is leaving with dirt under her nails after paying for a manicure. They were also rubbing limes on her feet for her pedicure which was really freaking weird. There was also an extreme lack of professionalism. Don't waste your money here. read more

The place was really nice and clean, and the employees were pretty nice as well. But the person I had which was guy not sure what his name was, was alright but didn't give me the shape I asked for, and my skin around the nails after was botched for sure. I asked for gel acrylic full set with a coffin shape. I think it looked more of a teardrop shape, and the points of the nail weren't sharp. Also it hurt a lot while he was filing, and the skin under my natural nails were showing and very red. I've done my nails for years, and this was the first time I tried here. It cost $43 which is a little expensive compared to other places near the mall of ga. From my pic you can see how the shape was poorly done and skin not taken care of. Loving my chrome and hombre nails on black! Diamond nails is a consistent place to visit to get your nails done. Some salons I've been to the nail techs never stay and so I was always taking a chance on SNS and getting inconsistent results. I've never had that problem with Diamond Nails, I've been going for over a year. Tan does mine and is always cutting up, lol! But his mom, Gloria and Bella make up for his silliness. This salon is subpar I've been there twice now and always end up spending $100 and am never satisfied. I get the more expensive pedi which is always great and they do a pretty good job on my feet ( even though they burn my feet with the paraffin) but when they get to my nails it never fails to look horrible I stated to the guy who did my nails that I like my shape on one of my natural nails and I wanted him to mimic it so he did that and en some lady took over rounded out my nails and did paid then correctly she got gel on my skin and didn't wipe, didn't cover my full nails as the sides were bare and the acrylic they put on one nail is beyond bulky. Here we are a week later all the gel has lifted so when my nails go near my hair they snag which is super annoying as well as instead of her evening out my nail bed to make sure there weren't any bumps or dips she just talked about my nails and painted over it so the paint sunk into and they look horrible I'm pissed I pay $40 for this and I refuse to let them work on my nails again! I had a manikure and a pedicure. She cut me in my little toe which hurts really bad. The massage on my legs was great and the price is also really good. The manicure was made by a boy. I ask him for the SNS Nails but he don't know something about this and he don't call somebody who can answer my questions. I always judge a nail salon by two things: ambiance and how rough or gentle they are when cutting my cuticles. On a scale of one to five, they get a 2 for atmosphere. Old chairs that are cracked on the armrests do not immediately put me at ease when trying a new salon. However, my pedicure was done quite well. My feet were cleaned up very well after about a month since my last pedi. I wouldn't say that she was "gentle" when cutting my cuticles but i wasn't cut or hurt in any way. The tech filed my actual nail bed with a drill ... instead of light "roughing up" to prep for SNS. The French manicure was awful ... the white tip polish was painted on near the middle of my nail instead of tip. The tech was unfriendly. I'm beyond disappointed and that's putting it nicely. I went here to get a SNS French and a pedicure. I got the $25.00 package so i could get the scrub and get rid of dry skin according to the lady. Well everything is going well... and she puts this stuff on the bottom of my feet, I guess to soften the skin to scrape the foot and take off deeds skin. Well I started to feel a burning sensation on the back of my leg, when I go to look at it there's brown looking goo dried up on my leg... I go to rub/ pick it off and my skin is burnt and irritated and bleeding a bit. I said three times it was the stuff you put on me and it dried up and burned me. I was offered no apology or discount. Keep in mind I didn't ask for a discount but many would especially after being burned... she poured alcohol on it and gave me a band aide. what really made me mad is when she put the flimsy flip flops on and was like okay you can leave. It wasn't dry. I asked her okay, is it dry because I can't wear these out. ( I'm having a baby in 9 days) I need sturdy sandals. She sighed and said okay wait 3-4 min. I kid you not--- she told me I was good and to leave. My total was $70 and at this point I was so upset not only because of the burn but also the fact she didn't apologize. So I only left a 5 dollar tip. I understand mistakes happen but to be so rude and you're the one who hurt me... really? I'm not one to raise a big stink and cause a scene but come on. I went to Diamond Nails only because they were opened later on Sunday. It looks like your average nail salon. I personally like gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. They didn't have many matching colors of my liking. I get my nails done regularly every 10-14 days, the polish does not normally chip. I got my nails done Sunday evening and by Tuesday morning my entire right hand was chipped and two fingers were chipped on my left hand. I won't go back. read more

I stopped in today and decided to give Diamond Nails a try, the previous nail salon I frequented raised their prices. The salon size is only 1 suite, so it's kind of smaller, but large enough to feel comfortable, infact I felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly when I walked in, it was about midday on a weekday, I was seated right away and my nail tech was "Niña". She asked what type of service I needed. She offered me something to drink & and then started to work on my nails. Everything was relaxing and professional. I didn't have that rushed feeling I've experienced at other salons. They do okay with nails but the reason I gave them one star is because of my experience with their eyelash extension services. When I got eyelash extensions at this location it was extremely painful, it burned and the glue they used stabbed me in the eye for weeks after application. When their eyelashes finally came off about a month later, so did my eyelashes. This was right before my wedding so unfortunately I had no natural eyelashes for my wedding. I understand that this kind of thing happens but when I called to ask them for my money back and just let them know that this had occurred, they did not apologize and refused to return my money.
