Here lately, I've been dealing with Gabriella (she's great), but today, I dealt w/Tammy!! Omgg! I gotta remember not to deal w/her again!! She doesn't listen!! I told her 2 times that the wax was too hot!! She acted like she didnt hear me or didn't care! And she wasn't very pleasant, and she didn't warn me like the other estheticians when she was pulling the wax off! I'm new to Georgia found this place had great reviews 5 minutes from my house perfect. My estie was Kimberly. Lobby is fine clean go in no one at the desk someone comes out with her gloves on! Says to fill out a form she'll be with me in a minute. I go back and she says you're getting Brazilian and under am I said no. Brazilian sugar and eyebrows. Ok get undressed. Just like that lol no conversation about my skin if I'm done this before etc. I lay down on paper like from the doctors office you know it's cold no towel to cover nada just coochie out on the table. Again I've been to plenty of places. They always discuss your skin allergies needs. You get a towel and a pre wipe but yea not here. Anyway I'm looking around I see a crockpot Lmaoo a literal crock pot with wax in it. And a jar of barbicide with tweezers etc in it. I'm like hmmm. Flags already waving but I went against my better judgement because I'm like well I guess that's convenient to not have to keep warming up wax with that big ass thing lol. Anyway Kimberly comes in doesn't speak or make conversation only thing she said was do you want it all off? I'm like yea ok. So she powders me up like a donut and starts sugaring. The waxing part was going fine again just was silent. I asked her a few questions after a bit but she was just silent afterwards. Just gave off weird vibes idk. Not comforting or personable like you would want to feel with someone down at your goodies. She did most of the Brazilian with sugar. Which is what I wanted. She ended up doing some soft wax strips on my Bikini line which I thought was weird never had to have more than one wax used. Again go every 5 weeks. Ain't no bush it's minimal hair. Ok boom I flip over on my stomach which also never done but anyway she proceeds to then use hard wax on the backside and I asked her how come she using different waxes she said because of moisture the sugar isn't gripping mind you in all my years never ever had this happen. So she uses all 3 wax methods on me . Ok now she's done. No after wax spray not wax removal no hot towel nothing. Just sticky as ion what tells me get dressed then we'll do my eyebrows. Again I should have just left but yea I didn't so my sticky booty got dressed sat in the chair now. Told her what I wanted. She used strips fine that's what I expected. Showed me they look fine but I noticed it was still burning. So when we got to the front I said I think you burned me kuz it's stinging still. She ain't say shit told me my total now I know I should have spoken up more but honestly I was just flabbergasted by the experience I just wanted to leave. Nonetheless I would never return to this establishment nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I went to snooze restaurant right across the parking lot and I was telling her why I was so flustered and said wow she had the same experience it was terrible as well. So pay attention to the bad reviews and if you have a bad experience somewhere please share I know it's a pain kuz again I don't usually do reviews even if it's bad but how else is everyone else supposed to know.

I found the sugar wax to be superior to the regular waxes I usually get, less painful and apparently more likely to leave ingrowns. Natalia did an excellent job paying attention to every detail and made me have a comfortable experience with fantastic results. It was very relaxing in the room, great British baking is a fantastic choice to help lower the stress for those of us that get anxious. Fantastic experience, will be back!
