They were on time for my appointments and never had me wait more than 10min past my appointment time, so that was a plus. The pricing for their services are fair and it is based on the stylist skill level that you ask for. I had a hair stylist named Anelle cut my hair for the first time and it turned out fine for $25. She did try to sell me hair products even after I told her I don't like using any hair products on my hair .. I ended up purchasing it and I have yet to use it so that was a waste. I asked her about their pricing options for Balayage coloring and she checked a sheet at the front desk and told me it would be around $60. I decided to make an appointment to come back and have my hair colored. The day of my appointment, I came in and she says that it will actually be $120 because it's a 'multi dimensional' coloring. I agreed to it and showed her a couple photos of the Balayage so she could see the different colors I wanted to incorporate. In the end, she only used ONE color to highlight the ends of my hair and that color turned out SO brassy/orange. And my roots weren't even taken care of. I thought multi dimensional coloring incorporated multiple colors? After I paid for this I went home and my friend even said that it did not look right so I had to come back and have them fix it a couple days later. Anelle said the color didn't turn out right because I had a 'box color' on my hair so all she did was put a toner on it and charged me another $20. So I spent $140 for a horrible color job. Since Sorella couldn't even do my hair coloring correctly, I went to a different place and asked for a full color & highlight. He was able to color my hair from dark brown to a chocolate brown with caramel highlights. He took care of my roots and made sure my old color didn't show anymore. He didn't even need to use bleach like Anelle did. So when she used the excuse of my Balayage hair color not turning out right because of the box color I used on my hair, she was WRONG. This guy obviously knows how to color hair correctly. I referred so many of my friends here for their hair cut but I will never refer them here for coloring. The staff didn't even know how to fix the brassiness on my hair besides pour a toner on it(which did not help).

I wanted face framing layers, long bangs and my hair to be cut to just past my shoulders. My hair was waist length and since I hadn't had a haircut in three years, I needed a new stylist and salon. Sorella is near where I live, so I thought I'd give it a go. I've never been terribly picky about my hair, (but I think that's because I've always had fabulous luck with hairdressers), so I didn't request anyone in particular. I'll never make this mistake again. The girl who did my hair looked at my reference picture, asked me some questions, and assured me I was going to love it. After only 20 minutes she was finished. By this point, looking at the finished product, I was having serious reservations about how it looked, but I figured it was just a shock to my system at it being shorter and that I'd come around to it, like I have in the past with haircuts. By the time I got home I was coming to terms with the fact I didn't get ANYTHING close to what I wanted. I realized she didn't even show me the back afterward, and after looking I knew why. It was cut at a near diagonal! After looking at it in the mirror for a bit, I did something I've never done and swore I'd never do, I cried over my hair. I called Sorella the next day and asked if I could come in and have it fixed. I was told I'd have to see the same stylist or pay for a whole new haircut! I mean, the girl who did my hair was nice and all, but why would I want to see her again? So now I'm stuck with this until I can find someplace I trust to fix it. It seems some people have really good experiences here, but I can only recommend you're extremely careful about who you make an appointment with.

Tammy came over quickly and provided such an amazing pedicure. I got the Deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. She asked my preferences and kept things very natural as I prefer that. I don't like the drill and she had another removal option for my old gel. She was so careful to ensure I also was comfortable. Dani came over to start my Deluxe Mani.
