they have very bad customer service I got the individual lashes put on and my eyes was almost glued shut because she asked that I looked down she placed tape under my eyes and I felt my eyes closing I had to peel my eyes apart it was scary !my nails are already due for a fill in after a week my eyes also got an allergic reaction to their glue that they used they have extremely rude staff their I guess people of their for the aesthetics they have a bar or complimentary tea water andjuicd but honestly it's about the quality of service. my nail broke, went to get it fixed stood there while they just looked at me... nobody said a word so i left... later in the day, i go back and they finally ask what i needed and fixed the one nail... fast forward 3 hours later, i barely hit my hand on my leg and ANOTHER nail broke, keep in mind i get my nails done all the time and never have this problem. very unprofessional, will never go back. Would not recommend. I asked for gel nails which were $20 on the menu, but they charged me because they technically gave me a gel nail manicure without clarifying which cost $25. One of the employees' child was playing a loud and obnoxious video game the whole time and this place is not well staffed so it takes forever. Do not go here. read more

I've been coming here for about two years now, and it's only gotten better. Recently, they've expanded the color selection and there's always a new shade to try. The younger workers are very nice conversationists and the massage chairs are great. Occasionally, my family will come in together, and they do their best to place us next to each other and let us walk out at the same time. These people are always rushed...and don't seem to appreciate the fact that some of their customers speak their foreign language as they talk about them behind their back. They are always rushed and do a pitiful job. They cut your hands with files in a hurry and are augmentative about prices which seem to increase with each visit. I came here with my sister, cousin, and friend to get our nails done before my sisters wedding. The massage chairs during the pedicure were lovely, but I was pretty disappointed with everything else. I had to tell them I was getting a regular French manicure, not gel, about a dozen times. When my manicure was done, the woman just walked away and didn't recommend how long to let everything dry, I had to look for her to check. I had a chip in my nails THAT night, and by the next day (the day of the wedding) every nail was chipped, some worse than others. By the day after that, it looked like I had gotten my nails done over a week ago, not just two days. I frequently give myself manicures and they always last several days chip-free, I absolutely expect professionally done nails to last at least that long. I would not return here. read more

A friend told me about this place so I came in to get a new acrylic gel set done. The colors to pick from were VERY limited (there were only 2 rings of choices for gel). When I was finally sat, the station was very dirty and unorganized. There were nail clippings and hair from other customers before me as well as food scraps from an employee's snack earlier just laying on the countertop. The lady doing my nails had filthy hands and it looked like there were eyebrow hairs (or maybe pubic hair) from the wax customer she did before me STILL under her nails. The service I received was subpar and WAY overpriced. I didn't even get any lotion or cuticle oil rubbed on my hands after they had been soaking in straight alcohol for 25 minutes so they were cracked and dry. It was also a hot summer afternoon and there was no air conditioning. I paid over $60 for a very basic short nail set that I could've gotten anywhere else for $35. Apparently they charge for certain nail shapes even though I got a short set. I definitely will not be returning. read more

Very rushed and doesn't seem to care about customers, lacking in selection and doesn't seem to clean their utensils often as I found hair in my pedicure bath and they didn't clean it until I requested it. Horrendous customer service. Take on way too many clients at once, don't honor appointment commitments and rush to compensate. Spent almost an hour waiting for my first treatment. Nail color selection is poor. Facility poorly maintained and cleaned (which is extremely worry some). Never coming back again, not worth their cheap prices.
