I love coming here! I always want pretty intricate nails and ones that are on the flashier side, so i bring a pictures and every single time ive left feeling amazing and confident about my nails. i'm a loyal customer and believe i will never find a nail salon quite as reasonably priced or one with higher quality of work than pro nails! I've had my nails done for prom, the beach, Christmas,etc. they've never disappointed me and i will continue to recommend this establishment to everyone. i'm constantly getting complemented on my nails and asked where i go. for anyone wondering the inside is always clean and the staff are very sweet and open to suggestions, they're never rude about redoing anything, in fact my tech "Teresa" will often redo something without me intervening or even noticing anything is off, for the plain fact that she has pride in the work she does, and puts 100% into her work. few photos are linked of a few of my nail sets! read more

Horrible experience. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years but I will never return after the older woman got aggressive and refused to let the girl doing my nails change my polish even though only base clear coat had been applied. Said I had to pay more. Refused to let me have regular polish, forced me to get the gel which is a scam bc even if I choose regular polish she forced me to get the gel bc she says they all "same colors." Wouldn't stop shouting and causing a scene and talking in her language which btw, Google translate does exist. Called the police bc I said I was putting a review online, accused me of not paying even though I did. She was not even working, just watching. Truly a mental episode, she had an absolute meltdown bc I wanted regular polish. I went ahead w the gel just to make her be quiet but she still wouldn't stop. Even followed me outside shouting as I walked away. Truly crazy woman. Owner made zero effort to rectify this. All bc I asked to change to regular polish. Owner was very passive about it all, didn't seem to care that any of it was happening. The girl doing my nails was sweet and did a good job and was very apologetic but that older woman is a liability to that business. read more

Vi is the best nail tech ever! She really takes her to on you and gets to know you personally. She makes you feel welcome and takes her time on you. She even does waxes! If you show her a picture of how you like your nails, she could mimic it and make it even better. She's great at designs too! I highly recommend her! read more

I don't even know where to start. All of my nails were uneven, when I arrived home I redid my nails (definitely not something someone who just paid to get done) and to top that they didn't even do a clear coat! I do have to say their staff is friendly and helpful but the product I received was terrible; I believe I am going to go get them fixed elsewhere tomorrow. Very upset with the results and I would have said something but there's no fixing this, and i certainly didnt want them to be any worse. read more

I have been going here for years and these people are awesome. If anything is wrong with in the first week just stop by while your out and that's it they will fix it. Always friendly always smiling. I have only seen 1 person get upset but it was the womans fault NOT their's. She was trying to get out of paying for her service they provided. If people ask about my nails or feet I tell them to go see them. So far no one has been disappointed. read more

This place is horrible! During my first visit I asked the nail tech to clean up the nail polish that she had left around my nails because it looked sloppy. She proceeded to tell me that it will come off if I just wash my hands when I get home. Also, I got matte nails and after a couple days they became shiny. I was not going to go back; however, I gave them one more chance and I completely regret it. After a couple of days of getting SNS, which is suppose to be the best option for your nails, two of my nails had completely chipped. I went to get them fixed and they charged me $8. A couple days after I got them fixed, a third nail chipped. I went back and asked if there was anything that could be done and the nail tech continuously told me that it was my fault when clearly it was the poor job that was done. She also said it was because I got SNS, which was also a lie because I've gotten SNS at another nail salon and it lasted an entire month. I would stay away! Very poor customer service! read more
