Im a master Cosmettologist by trade And did waxing all my life You shouldn't have to pay 40.00 to walk out with hair still in spots they missed all over. I don't believe they were trained properly. And they don't use cuticle remover in the manicure or soap to loosen up the skin properly. Still searching for a Better salon! Prices has risen And services have sunk Everywhere! Not just them! Everywhere in the whole area They are very clean though So if they'd scale back on their prices a bit??? Then I wouldn't be complaining Maybe 15.00 for plain mani manicure or 20.00 for plain pedi And 10.00 extra for Gel Because Gel polish isn't that expensive @ the beauty supply And im self employed I completely understand you have to make a profit But higher prices And not pampering services Your not going to get a good tip !

Tonight was my first time visiting QA, and you best believe I will be returning! I was a little…read morenervous about going in a first. My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time! Also, let me not forget to mention that the price for my service was absolutely more than reasonable! Great quality at a great price!

I'm usually not the type to leave a bad review, but this was honestly the worst service I've ever…read moreexperienced. I've never had an issue getting my eyebrows done before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I was rushed to the back and then left sitting there for about 10 minutes before anyone came in. When the girl finally came in, I explained that I only wanted my eyebrows to look fuller. She didn't acknowledge me or communicate with me at all. She rushed through the entire service so quickly that she was literally dropping her tools while trying to finish. Despite telling her I wanted fuller brows, she made them extremely thin. The service felt very rushed and rough, and she quickly wiped the leftover wax off my VERY rough.., handed me the mirror, and walked out without even asking if I was satisfied or if everything looked okay. The lack of communication and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. I understand that everyone has busy days, but still very disappointed.

Maybe I am unschooled in this but they charged her $135. Is that the going rate? And if so, it would've been nice if they have the info available on their website or at least the technician inform them that this is what it would have cost.. She's new to something like this and didn't want to say anything. Update- I called and talked to them and the owner or technician said that they had asked my daughter if she wanted to know how much it would cost, and they said my daughter said she didn't care so that is then the fault of my daughter. They also said that her nail design was pretty crazy and required a lot of time.
