I've been coming to this location for the last few months. Fell in love with it. It's quiet, clean and everyone is nice. The last couple of times I have made appts on Sunday at noon they have been LATE or did not open up at all. I had an appt on the 4th at 12, they were an hour late showing up. My family went to FarmBurger to eat and i received a call from them at 1:15pm asking "where are you??" Excuse me?? When I arrived, they were VERY apologetic, and so I gave a 2nd chance. I made my most recent appt on June 5 for June 18th @ noon. No one showed up. I guess they were closed for Father's Day, hell, maybe even Juneteenth , but don't accept my appt if you had no intentions of opening. I never received a call or anything stating they were going to be closed or anything. Unacceptable. But, they don't care..... read more

I left feeling pretty bummed that I didn't get a thorough or relaxing service. The guy that worked with me was polite but did not understand the importance of the extra features of the service. I didn't have a chance to soak my feet more than a minute or so before he started. Therefore, the callous treatment wasn't thorough and I will have to go back over it. He sped through the scrub and massage, followed it up with one towel on top of my legs for about 30 seconds before he rubbed them down once each. My nails don't look finished. I also received a surprise charge for gel removal. Everyone was polite and the checkout attendant gave me a small discount. I have had excellent experiences from Blum in the past. It's just disappointing when you don't get the best standard of service. read more

had a morning appointment and it happened to be that this specific morning I was running late, I called to let them know at 9:57 am that i was expected to be there a few min late and when I arrived and explain to the receptionist that no one answered my call she gives me attitude and says "i was here at exactly 10am" lol miss girl I called at 9:57 to inform you I will not be at the salon at 10 am. They allowed walk ins of 5 people and completely disregarded an appointment. Not very professional. read more

I got a pedicure with gel polish and they painted on my toe skin past where my nail ends. I also found a bubble of gel polish on my big toe and it won't dry since it's gel. read more

I would give this salon a 4 1/2 stars if I could. It is immaculate. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is a delight. The color choices for polish are amazing. The one thing that was not as good as other salons was the amount of time spent with the leg massage. I paid for the deluxe and it was over before I knew it. I usually tip by how long the massage lasts, but this was too quick. Other than that, everything was great. read more

The nail technician was rude and the front desk person did not explain anything to a first-time customer. The price is not worth the quality. My gel set with a short fake nail (less than an inch over the finger) and slight design (color french tips) were $90. I am used to paying $50-$60 on short gel-tipped designs... not $100 after tip. For it to cost that much, I was expecting perfect nails, but the gel is currently hanging off of my nail, the points of my almond shapes aren't straight, and there are bubbles in the design. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. read more

I got a manicure and pedicure exactly a week ago and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the gel polish, and the nail painting job in general. I asked for black tips on my fingernails, and they were sloppily done. I normally do not speak up, but I decided to since I was getting my nails done for a wedding. When I pointed out a mistake, my technician seemed irritated and then did the opposite of what I asked her to fix. I decided not to point out any other mistakes and hope for the best. After leaving the salon I looked at my nails and noticed they were completely uneven and sloppy, the top coat was not done correctly and there were gaps on several nails, and the filing on my nails was uneven and kept catching onto things. I did reach out to the salon when they sent me a feedback form to express my disappointment. I received a phone call and voicemail from someone named Andy. I called back twice and left voicemails that have gone unanswered. Do not waste your time or money going to this nail salon. They pretend to have good customer service but it is subpar at best. A week later and the gel polish is already chipping. I have another wedding this weekend and will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Extremely disappointed by the quality of work here and the lack of customer service. read more
