The last couple of times I have made appts on Sunday at noon they have been LATE or did not open up at all. I had an appt on the 4th at 12, they were an hour late showing up. My family went to FarmBurger to eat and i received a call from them at 1:15pm asking "where are you??" Excuse me?? When I arrived, they were VERY apologetic, and so I gave a 2nd chance. I made my most recent appt on June 5 for June 18th @ noon. No one showed up. I guess they were closed for Father's Day, hell, maybe even Juneteenth , but don't accept my appt if you had no intentions of opening. I never received a call or anything stating they were going to be closed or anything. Unacceptable. But, they don't care.....

Tonight was my first time visiting QA, and you best believe I will be returning! I was a little…read morenervous about going in a first. My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time! Also, let me not forget to mention that the price for my service was absolutely more than reasonable! Great quality at a great price!

I've never had an issue getting my eyebrows done before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I was rushed to the back and then left sitting there for about 10 minutes before anyone came in. When the girl finally came in, I explained that I only wanted my eyebrows to look fuller. She didn't acknowledge me or communicate with me at all. She rushed through the entire service so quickly that she was literally dropping her tools while trying to finish. Despite telling her I wanted fuller brows, she made them extremely thin. The service felt very rushed and rough, and she quickly wiped the leftover wax off my VERY rough.., handed me the mirror, and walked out without even asking if I was satisfied or if everything looked okay. The lack of communication and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. I understand that everyone has busy days, but still very disappointed.

They are SO short and filed down on the sides to the quick and so sore that I have to wait a day to let them recover. The price was good but I can honestly say it looks sloppy like a beginner nail tech did my nails. I say this because there are many bubbles, the dipping powder wasn't smoothed out enough so some nails are uneven, and the stickers put on as designs feel uneven with my nails. I didn't expect stickers when I asked for a design but I figured as long as it was smooth there wouldn't be a problem...I was wrong.
