They are SO short and filed down on the sides to the quick and so sore that I have to wait a day to let them recover. I tried to give them manicures direction the entire time, but it just continued to get worse and worse. By the time I left, I had about 10 coats of different gel on my fingers. I wanted to review the colors they offered before we started, but I was instead rushed into telling them a color or showing them a picture. Despite asking them for a few moments, he appeared annoyed and continued to ask about the shape and color. As the tech did my nails, I noticed he kept filing and shaving, going back and forth between hands. My mother, who was getting a fill-in across from me, had finished, and he was still shaping. We were seated at the same time. Mind you, an hour had passed, and there was not a color in sight. In the least rushed way possible, I asked how much longer it would take until he was done. He easily said 10 minutes (as he was still shaping) and proceeded. Thirty minutes later, he finally finished. The color, beautiful. The shape, close enough. The lengths, varied. My right middle nail is noticeably shorter than the others. Also, the skin around my cuticles became incredibly dry and chapped. Overall, my set was acceptable, but the hour and a half it took was not. As we went up to pay, they came out to be $55? Their services claim $45 and up, yes, but I did not request any special shape or design, which would have caused the upcharge. Not the worst nail salon in the world, but be wary of an experience like mine.
