I was charged $75 for basic french tip acrylics... Their website says pink and white french starts at $50. I called to confirm and was told the acrylic started at 55$ (not what the website says) and the french design was $15 extra. That would have made my total $70, still not $75. Walked in without appointments for 3 pedicures, ended up adding 1 manicure because the service was so great!!! Such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly, techs listened to what we needed and wanted- can't wait to come back. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I wanted a simple valentine's day set and was told adding a heart would be an extra $15 dollars so i decided to go with a simple color. During the entire process the customer service was horrible, i was burned multiple times, and my nails were filled to a shape I didn't ask for. I attempted to correct my nail technician multiple times and he didn't attempt to fix or do what I asked for. Upon checking out I checked the website and realized they completely overpriced me by $20 dollars and when I mentioned the pricing they stated that the website was incorrect. I got acrylic almond nails with no design and a nude color and my nails were $60. Please find a better nail shop so you don't waste your money like I did. read more

To start this off, I do my own nails at home. From Dip to acrylic to gel and builder gel. I decided to treat myself to getting mine done because I haven't had someone do my nails in over 3 years. This place is a perfect example on why I learned how to do my own nails. I asked the lady for short, and she refused to go any shorter. When I questioned her on the shape of my nails, she said it was my fault and my nails were shaped like that(mind, i literally do my own nails so im 100% certain it was not my "nails" fault). I told her I did not like the way they looked, and she blew it off and said "beautiful beautiful". I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to LV nails to get my nails done today and was let down... i did ask for something hard but even just the shaping of the nail was horrid...the lines were bad the everything was bad ! Robbed me of $55 bucks for the worst nails i have ever got and would not give me a refund. They did not give me what I asked for and pressured me into sns when I wanted acrylic french tip. They were crooked, clumpy and not a french tip. When I asked them to remove the nails, i was surrounded by five workers all pressuring me to let them fix the nails. They started drilling them and making them worse, my boyfriend had to come over and demand they take them off. No refund. read more

The man doing my 12 yr olds pedi was outwardly rude and impatient with her talking under his breath and obviously making rude comments in his native language that the other 3 techs kept laughing at. Also the powder dip that I got for an upcoming business meeting did not last 3 days and now I will be without polished nails at an out of state meeting!!! I am very impressed with this nail salon! Tracy and Amy were so friendly and recommended that I try SNS nails and I love them! I came in to remove my poorly done acrylics and Amy took her time to take them off instead of just prying them off. She showed me where the previous nail tech had file a couple of my nails to the meat and after she was done, I couldn't even tell my nails were uneven I felt like the ladies there truly care about their customers and want to do their jobs well. I've been getting my nails done for 5 years and never in my life have I experienced a worse nail place. I got my nails done on a Friday and by Sunday they were little POPPING off. She made them super short and told me it was hard to do almond because of how short she made them. The tips barely made a difference. I finally got a day (Thur Jan 14) to myself for self-care after having my child and I went to get my nails done. Seem very welcoming at first. The male technician started on my hands while a lady started on my feet. The guy acted like he had an attitude but I just sat there as I normally do watch tv and listening to my music in my ear. I did not appreciate the service but I just let it happen. On Sunday the 16 it snowed and I was changing my sons clothes and the first nail broke. He wasn't moving he just lays there and it had only been a day in a half like not a full two days but I figured they were closed because of the snow so I didn't go back and I was upset that it broke already after spending the amount of money I spent getting gel so that it could last. Two days ago Sun Jan 23 I was drying my hands and washing then (not rough) and not even 10 minutes ago another one broke scratching my leg again ( not roughly). I'm so irritated that I haven't had my nails done two weeks and three nails are broken. I would have understood is I did outrageous activities but I did normal every day activities and they shouldn't have broken like that it's ridiculous. This is a shop that has been here awhile but now under new ownership. The service was excellent. Such terrible service I was hounded about getting SNS instead of acrylic, after I stated multiple times I did not want SNS. I ended up giving in because she wouldn't stop. I also got my toe polish changed... i ended up paying around $75. The woman in front of me tipped $8 or so and when she turned to walk out, the lady behind the counter laughed and was talking crap about the lady. So therefor I didn't tip but a few dollars.
