She was incredibly intuitive--she knew exactly where my tension was without me even saying a word. At the start of the session, she invited me to take a shared breath with her and told me to focus on deep breathing throughout so oxygen could reach my muscles. I've never had a massage therapist do that before, and it made such a difference. I stayed mindful of my breath the entire time and left feeling loose, light, and completely free of the tightness and achiness I came in with. Additionally, Dr. Reddy is not a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon, which is something I did not realize until this very poor result.
