My visit on 8/9 was HORRIBLE. The pedicure that I requested was not being done correctly. When I brought it to their attention, I kept being told that "it was fine". I told the tech I wanted to switch the pedicure to a classic. We switched pedicure bowls and the tech omitted a couple of steps. At check out I shared with the receptionist my frustrations. He offered to take $10 off. That was quite insulting based on the horrible service that I received and due to the fact that I had been a long time good tipping customer. First timer here. Drove an hour to try them out based on a rec from ig. Here are my thoughts. What I liked most about my experience is having my nails done my Angel. She is so nice and we had the best conversation. I had sent in a picture prior to my appointment and she did her very best to achieve the look. I think she did pretty good with detail. She even advised me if I don't like it, she can get someone to come over and help out. That was nice of her to make me feel comfortable and addressed my concerns. That's what gives the stars. Here's what I didn't like. I prepared before my appointment by asking questions, sending in a photo of what I wanted for my birthday nails, and requesting what I would like for my experience- ensuring I have someone that's great with nail designs and pedis. They confirmed that would be ready for me. I'm disappointed because I didn't feel like it was ready. I understand I got the spa pedi, but it felt like a quick foot soak and cleanup, then before I knew it, she was painting my toes. Felt rushed from my pedi tech. Maybe spend another $15 to get a better experience? I am unsure. The nail design where she painted the black first and put the gold chrome on top, the chrome is already chipping off (2 days later). I wish I could give zero stars , $117 down the drain, my nails are Terrible and so is my pedicure . I asked for tapered square without rounded edges . My edges are definitely rounded, I confirmed with the nail tech she knew how especially since I asked to see her work first and wasn't too impressed. So I ditched the design because I didn't have confidence in her work. So I got a regular full set with jail polish, every nail looks different the shaping is horrible. My pedicure is equally a mess , my big toe nails the polish is bunching on the sides. It's super comfortable to get both my nails and toes done at the same time , not relaxing at all and I left unhappy. I won't be back, if you want nails that look like they were done in 2023 don't go here. read more

Me and my daughter (4 yo) went on a day it wasn't very busy for pedicures together. I just moved to the area so I thought I'd try them out & I asked for what I believed to be the standard pedicure but the tech kept trying to see what steps she can get away with skipping. I've gotten well over 100 pedicures in my life so I know the basics & she didn't even want to do that. On top of that they ignored my daughter for over half of our time there, she was only able to soak her feet because I told the lady who was doing my pedicure to stop doing mine & fill her foot bath. People were being serviced back to back before her. It wasn't until I asked was her pedicure going to be free since it's taking so long that they finally got someone to service her. Even she asked what was taking so long because she goes to every other salon visit with me, she knew it was way too long. They treated her like she wasn't also a paying customer(or being paid for) and for that I won't be returning alone or with my daughter. read more

Decided to try this new nail salon in the Gwinnett Exchange. I was greeted promptly. They have a menu with all services ordered and pricing. All employees had masks on and some customers did some did not. So I guess up to you whether you want to wear one or not. The decor is beautiful! 20 pedicure chairs! I had an SNS and pedicure at the same time. Jin did my French SNS and honestly the best I ever had! She did exactly what I asked her to do which is not thick and a curved half moon white tip. They are lovely! I highly recommend her! They also do nail designs which I saw on others. This salon doesn't cost anymore than older salons and this one is super clean. I've been coming to the salon for almost 2 years now I've had my wedding nails done. I've had my baby shower nails done and I've always recommended it to everyone. I know I constantly get compliments and I let them screenshot a picture of the location I go to unfortunately the last couple of months I've been getting right now as it's been a horrible experience I've had to go in three times to get my nails fixed because they're uncomfortable because they aren't the shape I asked for . was yesterday and they didn't even allow the product to sit on my nail properly so I have it where food can just get into my nails they didn't clean around the nail cuticle so now my nails are already lifting just from yesterday. I've tried to give them multiple chances to improve . I'm sorry to say that they lost a customer with me simply because I can't be having my nails be done one day only for me to come back the next to get them fixed and their way of solving things is just like staying longer, but I've already given them an hour and a half of my time. read more

I came here due to the fact that my usual nail salon was too busy and this salon was close to home. I wanted acrylic gel with tips in white. upon getting started, the tips were cut very short and I explained that I really didn't like them so the lady cut them off and put new tips on which she was nice about. however, my natural nails were cut so short when she tried to put new tips to the point where they got so thin and when she was drilling, my nail beds felt on fire and she cut my cuticles so much to the point where that when I left, they were bleeding and stinging. the time comes when she is supposed to paint my nails and she preceded to tell me that I should go wash my hands and then move my seat and somebody else would paint them for me. the man begins to paint my nails and immediately I noticed how the polish wasn't sitting well on the nails and he noticed as well and removed it and tried again. he did the same thing even after noticing how bad the polish looked and he just proceeded to add 2 coats on top. my nails are done and they looked horrible, lumpy, and the shapes were very uneven. at this point I was literally so annoyed about how the service was going and how much of my time felt wasted where I just paid and walked out because there's no way that I should have left with nails like that and especially from the nail techs perspective, you would definitely say they were ugly and sloppy not even to mention the glue left on my nails. I explained to them that I would be going on vacation the next day for a week and literally the next day one of my nails broke. I did not have time to go back and say something as I am out of state. at this point I just want to get these nails cut off and a refund so I can go somewhere else. I've visited this salon about 5 times now since they open. Everyone is super nice, unfortunately I will not be going back. Learning in my las visit when I was getting my acrylic nails off that I have a fungus underneath my nail. NEVER in my lifetime of getting my nails done have I ever gotten a fungus. I was explained that water had gotten in my nails and that's how I got it. I am very upset and now I have to see how I get rid of the the fungus. At my visit I Got 10% discounted from my total of $30 and a sorry for the fungus, I paid $27 for getting my bulky acrylic nails taken off and getting a clear gel coat on my nail and left the girl a $10 tip. We all know we take a risk and trust that all of the products that are used are sanitized properly. I hope by this post they are able to take more seriously their hygiene in sanitizing their things being used on their clients. And they are able to take more care of their clients since it's fairly new. read more

Today was the final straw, sns not completely covering nail after spending 1hr 45 min in salon. Also left with sns on fingers around nails and it's black so it's very sloppy. Asked for a regular polish pedicure and nail tech accidentally put gel polish on all nails and let me sit to dry. Then realized about 10 min later that he put wrong polish on and had to do them all over, I left with a sloppy rushed job and black polish on my toes. Save your money and your time. read more

I've been to this place twice. The first time they performed good work but a few of the employees were rude and has a nasty attitude. The second time I went the attitude was ok but the work was awful. I got my feet done. They painted my child's nails and feet and a few hours later the whole entire nail peeled off, they were closed when I initially called about fixing the nails so I decided to call them in the morning when they opened up. I called an told the lady on the phone that the nails completely peeled off after only a few hours and she told me to come by whenever I was free and that they would fix it. When I arrived it was a completely different story! This was odd because nail shops normally fix any issues that happen the same day or the next day. They wanted to charge me the same price that I paid the day before to fix the nails that had fallen off and that price was WITHOUT the stickers I paid for just the day before. They kept INSISTING, " regular polish doesn't last you should get gel for $20 it lasts, etc". I was VERY upset about this and explained I KNOW regular polish doesn't last very long but my issue is the polish on FIVE fingers completely fell off within HOURS.....NOT DAYS AS IS CUSTOMARY FOR REGULAR POLISH. It was also frustrating because on our first visit she got REGULAR polish and HAND PAINTED DESIGNS that lasted close to TWO WEEKS. What happened on the second visit was a complete was of money. There were multiple people coming over to me and my child and telling me basically that it would be a fee to fix the nails...after going back and forth it went from $11 to $7. Because my child was already ready to get the nails fixed I proceed but caved and decided to go with the gel polish. In the end I didn't end up getting charged but due to the combativeness of the employees and the initial unwillingness to make the situation right, along with the lack of value they have for customers in the community I WONT BE RETURNING. I wish I had just went to the other nail shop in the same plaza because THE NEXT DAY the GEL POLISH WAS CHIPPING and PEELING!!!!!!!! CLEARLY this is a product or application issue and for the prices it shouldn't be happening. P.S please stop being lazy about doing hand painted designs on kids....if you don't want to perform that service on children just express that instead of trying manipulate customers into getting nails stickers. If someone has to pay for a service it should be exactly what they asked for instead of what you FEEL like dealing with on a particular day. read more

Terrible service and rude staff. A friend made our appointments but when we arrived I changed my selection from a basic mani to a VIP mani on their check-in system. About 15 minutes into the manicure, the technician asked me to pay. When he told me the price I realized the check-in system hadn't updated the service. When I told him I requested a VIP mani instead of a basic mani, chaos ensued. He seemed very confused and had to consult with at least two women about this "unusual situation". He came back and accused me of selecting a special pedicure because they didn't offer a $45 manicure. I asked to see the services menu and pointed out the manicure I selected that was, wait for it, $45. After much discussion between staff, I was told by one of the women that because the reservation was made for a basic mani, I couldn't change now because he had already done my hand massage. She seemed very annoyed with me. After more back and forth, I finally gave up and paid for the basic mani. Getting a manicure shouldn't be this much work or stress.
