Nice looking place but nail tech removed gel from nails incorrectly and damaged nails with grinding tool. Nails used to be extremely strong and now are thin and fragile breaking constantly. Terrible salon! Hannah was the worst. She cant even do ombre nails. Colors didnt blend and shaping was trash. She had the nerve to throw a temper tantrum when I pointed out her horrible work. Do they really think Im going to leave paying $120+ for below basic nails? I was in this salon for over 3 hrs. Never going to this aweful establishment again. People beware! They will nickle and dime you to death. $48 dollars is what their menu says for my nails. The register said $78. Where did the extra $30 come from???? They said, " Oh your nails are long." Huh?? My nails are normal length. So, I guess if your nails are longer than stubs will be charged an extra $30. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The managers were just nasty when it was time to pay. The lady Hannah huffed and puffed around the salon for 40 minutes while another tech was fixing her trash. She was better but gave a bit of 'tude' as well. She has the nerve to say, If your so picky why dont you go to one tech.... Huh?? Im not picky but Im not settling for garbage work either. Non lumpy no mishapen nails. Just moved to the area from midtown and reallllllyy wanted to love this place. I've gone twice now and they've been out of my initial color both times so then i have to scramble to find a replacement color. The staff is nice enough and for the most part they are thorough with explaining the charges HOWEVER never in my life have i been charged extra for my natural nail length. Please believe me when i say I don't ever leave reviews but this place deserved for me to leave one. They charged me an extra $20 to do a FRENCH TIP. No warning that it would be an extra $20 to do a basic one color. I would have happily paid it had the nails been perfect but please refer to the pictures I've added. The French tip is crooked, the sides of the nails are bumpy and not filed down. When I pointed this out to the male that checked me out he didn't even try to fix them or offer a discount. He very literally shrugged his shoulders and said "well, this is our price". This is why more and more ppl are going to home based nail techs and ditching the nail salon. read more

Unfortunately, this isn't a great review. I have been numerous times to this salon and almost every single appointment was running late. And I don't mean late as in, "She will be with you in 20 min", I mean late as in "she doesn't have time to do your nails today" even after I mad the appointment a week in advance. Their prices are high, which if the service was exemplary, I wouldn't mind paying. However, it is not. I will not go back. We have been here twice now and both times have been great. I love that they take reservations and they actually work on you at the reserved time slot. You also can check in on an iPad when you come in and at this time everyone is wearing a mask. The place is large but it doesn't feel crowded. You do wash your hands before you get started which a lot of places don't do but I appreciate it. They do all sorts of nails and colors. I just did a natural nail manicure the first time and this past time I did the SNS powder dip on my natural nails. Both times I have been very pleased and will be back. I have gotten a pedicure as well and it was great. They have options for more massages, other treatments, but so far I have just done the basic pedi for myself and my hubby. My hubby went with me and also enjoys it and doesn't feel out of place here. I highly recommend this place. read more

I got my nails done last Friday for my wedding the next day and it was a wonderful experience! I brought a group of 7 girls and we all got mani/pedi's. We were all able to sit next to each other and enjoyed a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I'm posting a picture from a week later and my SNS nails still look amazing! Worst experience ever. I got my nails done December 24th, by January 5th, 12 DAYS LATER I had 8 BROKEN NAILS!!!!!! Karen did my nails and I'm sorry but she was awful. I started at 9:40 am that day and i was in my car by 10:41am, already way too fast for nails that all had designs. She also made me bleed on my pinky nail but was not too mad about that because i know it wasn't on purpose. Its crazy to me because 10 of those days i was on vacation so i wasn't doing anything heavy or wild for them to break and the other two days i worked on a computer. My nails were covered in stones and were stuck to my nails-- they used a nail clipper to just cut the ends and INSTEAD OF USING A REGULAR ACETONE SOAK AND MECHANICAL FILER... they just pulled the plastic off my nail off my nail. Hands down my best experience ever in a salon, I had a acrylic with gel set and a pedicure and I took my mother for a deluxe mani and pedi and we both loved it! The service was amazing, my nail tech, Vanessa did an amazing job with the cuticles and my nails look very clean, straight and in perfect condition, they did an amazing job for my mother. We both have ingrown nail problems on our toes and both of the techs did an amazing job without hurting us or cutting too deep. It's the lack of customer service for me. From the moment I saw the front desk lady ask two of the techs that were relaxing to service me...their side eye was the first clue! Then when they came over they kept asking me to get up and move. Each time I got settled, I was asked to move again. I suffer with lung issues and cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. I have uncomfortably complied with the mask rule the few times I've been to this salon, needing breathing treatments after each appointment. Prior to today's appointment with my daughter at this nail salon, I called and spoke with the owner to ask if masks were still required now that the mandates are over, explaining to her that I have a medical condition and will not wear a mask. I explained that if this was a problem, I would simply go somewhere else. She said she understood the mandate has lifted and that, in fact, she does not wear a mask everywhere she goes anymore either. Once I arrived, I got a bait-and-switch job with the owner and one of the nail techs applying pressure to me to put on a mask. They told me that they had a nasty customer to raise an issue and give them a bad review recently because another customer wasn't wearing a mask, and they were afraid of bad reviews. By this point, they were causing a scene, pulling my daughter into the discussion and creating an embarrassing and awkward situation for both of us. I explained that this is why I called and had this discussion over the phone, that I am a customer with rights, too. Shots are everywhere. Numbers are down. Immunities are up. If you are that ignorant and afraid of a virus with a 99% survival rate, then stay home, do some research, and quit infringing on others' rights because of your irrational fear. Meanwhile, I walked out and took my business elsewhere. This business will receive no more of my hard earned money. I will not support dishonesty or duplicity. And yes, they really are very expensive compared to other salons in the area and, except for the lady at the front, quite unfriendly. read more

My fill in was also okay. My main issue is that my gel has peeled after less than a week. I get my nails done very often and this is not something I go through frequently. I dropped in on a Thursday afternoon and everyone was really friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Definitely a location to bring friends. I had fake glue-on nails and I hated them. Luckily Cris was patient and careful, and was able to get all the gross glue off. My nails were in pretty bad shape, but Cris made them look so much better when he was done. They are welcoming and ask you about doing other services, but aren't pushy. They have an extensive menu of services. I am planning on going back and try some of their fancy pedicure options! The gel manicure I got was $30 (although they are running a 20% special so it was $24) which is at the high end of what I normally pay, but worth it considering the entire experience. And they have wine! Would recommend to anyone who wants some relaxing "me" time. read more

Sooo despite the reviews i thought i would give it a shot. Most nail salons are rated bad on yelp anyways. I was greeted but kind of rudely. After the receptionist realized i wanted more of a pricey service i got a half smile. I got into my chair the the gentleman who did my feet was so kind. He did an amazing pedicure. I got the rose delight and it was worth every penny. I felt so pampered. My hand nail tech was on the other hand a but gruff. Fake half smiling. I was trying to be super polite because i know how badly nail techs are treated. I had a friend who was one for a very long time. She did an okay-ish job. I wasn't a fan of how my color turned out but I'm thinking the top coat they use is bad, or maybe the gel color i picked was expiring. It looks a bit blotchy. I'm not one to complain and since my pedicure turned out really nice i just let it go. If i return it'll be to get the rose delight again. But i don't know if it'll be worth the drive. First time customer and experience was just ok. I filled out a very detailed online appointment form on services I wanted to only be greeted and asked what I wanted. I repeat what I want to only be asked again when I got seated what I wanted. Services begin and while my pedicure was nice, my Rose petal manicure with SNS never happened. I wanted the full experience but was given just the SNS. No cuticle service, soaked hands etc. seems like ever since SNS and gel came about, nail places forget the standard manicure step. I would not recommend EVER coming to this place. I don't know how they have any good reviews with their poor customer service and outrageous prices. I have gone to much better nail salons and gotten the same exact things I did here, and at most they charged me $65. This place charged me $90 for the service I got together. And when I first came in they didn't have anyone there to do acrylic nails, so I walked out to my car, and the guy at the front desk came back out saying they have someone now. When they were breaking down the prices for me, the were charging me extra for the length and that my nails were square. The tips they first put on were twice the fucking length of what I have now, and since they had to be cut down they, are already square. That makes no fucking sense to me!!! And then they charged me $30 for the design on my nails. I completely understand that a design will cost extra, as every time I have gone to any nail salon, I always get a design and multiple colors. The design of my nails is not worth $30 as the nail tech did not even do that good of a job on them. If I'm paying $30 for a design, it better be perfect, which it was not. And as I was leaving and finding out that it is going to be $90, and he had to have someone else check the price for him, he asks to take a picture of my nails to send to the manager to check the price, AFTER I have already handed him a $100 bill to pay for this. The experience itself was okay but the quality of the service was not. I got an acrylic set done (basic white and coffin shape) and it didn't even last two weeks before the nails popped off! This has been my go-to salon since they opened. I come every 2-3 weeks at the same exact time without a doubt. The staff here is very nice and the salon is beautiful. However, slowly the experience has declined. There have been multiple times now where I book an appointment with a specific tech only to arrive at the salon and find out they are not even working the day of my appointment. I've gladly rescheduled, without a fuss but this has become unprofessional and careless. This is HIGHLY disappointing since this salon is only a couple mins away. Needless to say, after years of coming here, bringing friends and family, as well as referring multiple other people , I will not be returning. I went there for a pedicure and a full set, but they decided that I just needed a fill in. the service was good,I had A hiccup where I didn't tell the technician that I wanted it to be square so she left the shape as it was . So I had to come back and let a new technician do the shape. A couple days have passed and it started to chip badly so I went back and due to their policy they fixed it for free. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure Aside from waiting two hours in the pedicure chair, if the only nail technicians that we're available at the moment where for manicures I wouldn't have mind getting my manicure done first and than my pedicure. It just bothered me that people who asked for a manicure as well would get attended and have their services started when I got there way before they did.
