I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this nail salon due to poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I was scheduled today at 5:15 PM. I arrived on time, but instead of being seen, I was told that they had called me and that I would need to wait until 6:00 PM.( i was at work and they didn't even leave message!) I had cleared my schedule, drove there, and showed up on time and being asked to wait an additional 45 minutes because of their internal issue is unacceptable.(looked like they over booking) This is also not the first time this has happened. On a previous visit, I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told that the technician I booked with "forgot," and I was asked to take another person instead. I understand that mistakes happen, but when scheduling issues repeatedly inconvenience the customer, it shows a lack of respect for people's time. As a paying customer who plans around appointments, I expect better communication and more professional time management. One of the few nail salons that specialize in Russian manicures and gel x extensions!!! These ladies do a phenomenal job at giving you the nails of your dream!! Full set gel x extensions start at $60+ and up depending on the designs. I usually pay $90-110 each time, which is a lot compared to other salons but the quality is unmatched. Cost also includes the Russian manicure where they drill the dead skin and clip the excess dry cuticles. Ever since I started coming to them, my nails feel healthier and stronger since they're not using monomer and acrylic powder on your nails. I'm hooked on this place!!! read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I regret coming to this place SO MUCH! The owner Suki over trimmed my dead skin and made my finger bleed. After she ripped off my skin, I had told her to be gentle because it hurts but she still managed to cut my skin even more causing it to bleed. We stopped briefly when my thumb was bleeding and I told her to be gentle for the second time.. then she proceed to file my nail further with the nail drill and causing me to bleed again. I immediately told her that you are hurting me then she apologize and said "don't worry, it happens". What bothers me the most was that Suki proceeded to put the nail polish over my dried blood. I felt like the entire time she was rushing me because she had mistakenly scheduled two people for the same time slot. Another customer came in shortly after when I was getting my nails done. The customer had her lashes done at this place the day before and she wanted the lashes to be removed because it was hurting her. The owner Suki refused to apologize or give the customer a refund and Suki simply said "your lashes look fine and I do that to every customer". Then they finally come to an agreement and asked the customer to go to the back and wait for a nail tech. While the customer was in the back waiting for help, Suki and the other nail techs were talking trash about the customer in Cantonese and Fuzhou Dialect (I know because I speak both dialects). The whole situation made me feel really uncomfortable. Ladies- please stay away from this place and don't waste your money here! read more

The best Asian nail trends I've ever seen is here. They use only Japanese base products (as base coat for your nail) for best and longest last adhesion so it doesn't lift and you can keep your nails for 3 weeks. I did extensive google, Yelp, and Instagram research before finding this place. This was by far the best talent I've seen anywhere in Atlanta. They have OPI products but just to be sure, ask for the Japanese stuff! They also have tons of gems, micro/glitter, rub on chrome and aurora powders, stickers etc. It's easiest to contact on IG if you have a design in mind. More than likely they can do it for you. EXPECTATION- you are not coming here for an elegant spa like experience. It is going to be loud and your typical Asian nail place. You come here because you want the best and longest last nails. Parking available right by the store. It was my first time going there. My friend and I had an appointment, however I still waited over 40mins. They were very apologetic and did offer for me to relax in the massage chair while waiting. It wasn't too bad since I had someone to talk with to pass the time. When we went it there were 3 ladies working. It was kind of busy and I could tell they did not want to rush and end up doing a bad job. If you speak mandarin or Cantonese you will have an easier time here. But the workers do speak English as well. I would recommend coming with a picture of the design you want. Overall I am happy with my nails. I just did a manicure this time and it took about an hour for them to do it. Originally I wanted the floral design to be painted, but due to time, I agreed to use stickers instead. Total was $45. If they paint the floral designs, it will be more expensive. Firstly I've only been here twice, and something went wrong both times. I complained about my nails immediately after on BOTH occasions and was told it was too late (we were only a few nails in) on BOTH occasions. Not wanting to cause any issues I simply said "OK". Now, since you mentioned my first visit, that time was not even an issue of design but the fact that the nail tech didn't turn on the gel lamp until HALF WAY into getting my nails done even though I mentioned it to her several times. My nails literally felt like they were burning off. She chose to ignore, was pulling and grabbing my hands harshly and was so rude to me. Was in Duluth area so tried this place out. It's next to Poetree cafe. I guess I should have read the reviews and asked for Suki. Overall, the lady did my nails did a good job, A for effort, could tell she wasn't that great with nail art. I had brought in a pic that was posted for this location and wanted the exact look minus changing one of the colors. Pretty easy but whatever it is, whether they have their own nail jewels, the lady didn't have the same type of jewels and had to improvise. Overall, it was okay but I guess was slightly disappointed, especially since it turned out to be more gypsy style than glam/bling style I wanted. Also, I've never had anyone paint/smother my whole nail with glue that it reeked with glue smell, not to mention her gel nail machine didn't work properly and even burned my finger tips for a sec... I guess with the amount of jewels, price was fitting but thought it was a bit much for this area. What makes me little more flustered is my pedicure... One of the main point of getting pedicure is so that you don't get an in grown but I've been walking 10miles per day the last 3 days and in pain cuz of my nails... beware!! I had an appointment with Suki the owner. throughout my appointment she kept taking calls and scheduling people. While prepping my nails for fake nails, she managed to make 4 of my nails bleed. My left ring fingernail bled for the entire session. Instead of waiting for it to stop bleeding, she kept pouring rubbing alcohol on it which BURNED. When the next customer came in, she started rushing through the line art, so all the lines are so uneven and ugly. After I paid $110+tip and went outside, I realized that there was a DENT in my nail and the glue around the rhinestones was so prominent. I went back in to get the dent fixed. Suki was working on the next customer, so she looked at my nail and pretended that she didn't see a dent. She only put on another layer of top coat after I asked twice. I offered to wait until the current customer was finished, but she refused and quickly put on the top coat made me hold the hand held lamp on my own nail while I was standing in front of the customer. Suki was very nice and friendly throughout the process! My nails came out pretty similar to the design I asked for. However, Suki suggested that I put the gold stripe on my thumb instead of my index finger since my index finger nail is short. I think this made the design look better on my nails. One thing I was a little disappointed about is the ring finger. In the picture of the design I asked for, it looks more gold, but on my nails she used a more silver color. But nonetheless, I'm still happy with how it came out for the most part. I filed a couple of nails at home, because it looked a little slanted (which wasn't really a big deal for me). Please note that this store cut your bottom eyelashes by mistake, never admitted or apologized. If you ask for a refund, this shop will abuse you and said bad words. I write my review few days ago, but they report my account and delete my review. :) I went to this nail gallery last weekend, I didn't feel any discomfort when doing the left eyelashes. When I was doing my right eyelashes, I felt tingling in my eyes. I asked the clerk to check my eyes for me, but she perfunctorily said that it was ok, grafted eyelashes will feel like that. After I repeated my request several times, she finally helped me to confirm and found that there was an eyelash stick down at the medial canthus. When I put on makeup this Monday, I found that my bottom eyelashes, near the eyelid, were almost all cut off! (because of their technique issues) The mascara couldn't be applied, I was very angry and ask the nail gallery owner, the owner Suki just pass the buck and wouldn't admit that they cut the lashes at first. Later, they said they cut off the eyelash because the bottom eyelashes near the eyelid were stucked (in fact, actually the eyelash near the medial canthus was stucked). I demand a refund for their irresponsible behavior, but they just called me " A B***AR" "there's only one eyelash was cutten, you are totally unprovoked"----hey is that only ONE eyelash??? Such an irresponsible store, They will stick to your eyelids while grafting your eyelashes, ignore of what you say your eyes hurt. A lot of nail salons are very generic and they offer basic manicures and pedicures. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the basics but sometimes, you just want a little more...at least, that's how I feel. I watch Asian dramas and I always note how cute the manicures are in the episodes. I also see a lot of Asian manicures on social media and your typical Vietnamese nail salons don't specialize in those cute manicures. I found Nail Gallery on Instagram and I immediately knew I wanted to go. The first time I tried to go, it was a Saturday evening and the place was packed. The technicians were busy and the shortest wait time was 30 minutes so my friend and I went somewhere else. The second time, I came on a weekday morning and there were barely any customers, which was nice. It was myself and a few Korean customers, which I took to be a good sign, kinda like when you see Asian people at a buffet. I showed the ladies which manicure I wanted (I saw a recent picture on Instagram and I wanted the same thing) and the lady, who I presume to be the owner, gave me an estimate of $40ish since the gems were extra. I agreed and I was seated at a nail station. The girl who did my nails was very meticulous in her work and I could tell she was very focused. I don't know how long the whole process took (removing my gel nail polish, filing, applying gel polish, etc) but at the end of it all, I was very satisfied. The owner took over when it came to the gems and I underestimated how big they were. Simply put, the gems were huge! But they were that something-something that I wanted. I personally like it very much and I'm obsessed with it. The owner was kind enough to take a picture of my manicure and she sent it to me via text. A note about the gem is that the technician secured it with some kind of glue and it was put under the uv light so it gives me a sense of peace that the gem is secure on my nail and I don't have to worry (too much) about it falling off. The salon itself is located in the Poetree plaza so parking can be limited when it gets busy. If you're aiming to come in the afternoon, I would recommend setting an appointment in case they get busy. Otherwise, they are probably less busy in the morning. Nail Gallery does have an Instagram so you can see their work. The ladies at Nail Salon are Chinese and I liked how they all had their nails done in the styles that they offer. If you're looking for an Asian-style manicure, I definitely recommend coming to Nail Gallery. I know for sure that I will be returning. read more

My appointment actually got messed up and I had to wait an hour but everyone was nice and apologetic about it and my nails came out great. This salon is the absolute best when it comes to nail deco--ask for Suki and you will not be disappointed :) I found Nail Gallery via their Instagram account a few months back and, after seeing the gorgeous pictures, I had to book myself an appointment. I have to drive quite some distance to get to this location and Suki, the owner of the salon, was kind enough to stay behind an hour so I could get my nails done on a Friday evening. I told her I wanted something with black and blue and Suki was able to whip up a most intricate design that I loved! I was very pleased with the outcome and have been coming back to this salon ever since. I've only worked with Suki and I can tell you she knows a thing or two about nails! No where in the Greater Atlanta area can you get decorations like this. I've always loved to get my nails done but have been disappointed by the salons in ATL. Every other place only provides very basic manicures and pedicures. At Nail Gallery, I can basically take any picture from the internet and Suki will deliver! I always get gel designs and they are very long lasting. I come back to this salon every 3-4 weeks and I never experience gems falling out or gel peeling. The price is also unbeatable, especially considering the intricate work on each individual nail. Suki the owner is the best! They do great gel manicures and pedicures. They use a gel called "Grace Gel, which is so much healthier than SNS and acrylic. They also do excellent designs. They have so many options for designs. I always find my nail designs on Pinterest or Instagram, I show them the pictures, and they are able to replicate. I also get my underarms waxed here and they do an excellent job. The salon is very clean! My favorite color is purple so my nails are always a shade of purple with a different design. The owner calls me the "Purple Lady." Once I used all the shades of purple that she had, she purchased more just for me. Very personal service, they take the time to build a relationship, and get to know you. Been going there since 2016 and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I used to like this place. They had great service and a friendly and fun staff. However it has seemingly changed. Tonight I walked in at 745pm and they tell me they're closed (they close at 8pm). dont let the reviews affect any preconceptions you might have. ive seen their work on instagram and a few friends have been. i was skeptical from seeing poor reviews but decided to give them a chance. this place is great!!!! i made an appointment through instagram direct message the night before and was able to come in at 11am friday. i showed them a picture of what i wanted and rachel took care of me. she took her time and my nails are beautiful!!! i cant wait to come back. unfortunately im only in town to visit my parents so ill only be able to come when i visit. 10/10 recommend. read more

I've been here a couple times now and I absolutely love it here. The ladies are super friendly and they do a great job on both manicures and pedicures. I especially recommend the shellac/gelish manicures. They have a great selection of colors and the mani itself lasts extremely long. The pedicures are really relaxing and they do a great job with it too. Their prices are really affordable if you go on their website you can find monthly coupons. Also, they have a program in which you get a discount for every 5 visits. Pretty awesome :) read more

There was a clerk named coco, who sat in the back of the room on the outside. She's very impatient, and she's trying to trick me because she wants to leave early, and she's been slacking off trying to find the easiest way to get my manicure done. Her service attitude was very bad and she forced me to leave a 15% tip at the end. I know it was late and she lost a lot of patience and strength, but I don't think I, as a customer, should be the one to vent her emotions and stress. read more
