The best Asian nail trends I've ever seen is here. They use only Japanese base products (as base coat for your nail) for best and longest last adhesion so it doesn't lift and you can keep your nails for 3 weeks. I did extensive google, Yelp, and Instagram research before finding this place. This was by far the best talent I've seen anywhere in Atlanta. They have OPI products but just to be sure, ask for the Japanese stuff! They also have tons of gems, micro/glitter, rub on chrome and aurora powders, stickers etc. It's easiest to contact on IG if you have a design in mind. More than likely they can do it for you. EXPECTATION- you are not coming here for an elegant spa like experience. It is going to be loud and your typical Asian nail place. You come here because you want the best and longest last nails. PARKING- free parking right in front of the place. PRICING- when I come in for mani for polygel or full gel tip extensions with design on 6 nails total without gel, price is typically around 60-70$ which I think is great, considering it lasts 3 weeks. I've gotten similar Japanese product nails in LA for more than that! I typically get my nails done with Suki.

Parking available right by the store. It was my first time going there. My friend and I had an appointment, however I still waited over 40mins. They were very apologetic and did offer for me to relax in the massage chair while waiting. It wasn't too bad since I had someone to talk with to pass the time. When we went it there were 3 ladies working. It was kind of busy and I could tell they did not want to rush and end up doing a bad job. If you speak mandarin or Cantonese you will have an easier time here. But the workers do speak English as well. I would recommend coming with a picture of the design you want. Overall I am happy with my nails. I just did a manicure this time and it took about an hour for them to do it. Originally I wanted the floral design to be painted, but due to time, I agreed to use stickers instead. Total was $45. If they paint the floral designs, it will be more expensive. My friend had a pedicure and manicure, singular color and the total was $67. I believe they also do eyebrows as well.

amazing!!! i love suki and zoe!! they both are the nail techs i always request! nail gallery specializes in japanese gel-x nails, which is way healthier than your typical acrylic nails, and with fill ins you can go 3 months without getting a new set! i've tried many salons over the years, but I 100% recommend this business, i always look forward to my appointments here

First time came to nail gallery, where is 30 miles far away of my house. But it worth the time cost and highly recommend to some of you who are looking for Japanese nails service. No complicated appointment policy at an affordable price. The attached photo was shot by iPhone X with the original camera (no filter at all). I can't even tell how beautiful my nails are. So cute!! Edit: To respond to Cheung's reply to my comment (weird that she only replied to mine out of ALL the 1 star reviews they've gotten but this just confirms my original complaints of being profiled and review of this place). Firstly I've only been here twice, and something went wrong both times. I complained about my nails immediately after on BOTH occasions and was told it was too late (we were only a few nails in) on BOTH occasions. Not wanting to cause any issues I simply said "OK". Now, since you mentioned my first visit, that time was not even an issue of design but the fact that the nail tech didn't turn on the gel lamp until HALF WAY into getting my nails done even though I mentioned it to her several times. My nails literally felt like they were burning off. She chose to ignore, was pulling and grabbing my hands harshly and was so rude to me. I didn't even mention my first experience fully in the original review because I wanted to be nice. I will never make the mistake of being too nice again. If you're questioning my intentions it must be because of my color because I have done nothing of sorts for you to think this way. It's your preconceived notions towards people my race. With this being said, hopefully you can use this opportunity to reflect on your outlook and mindset towards people my color. Thank you and have a good day. But funny thing is plenty of these 1 star reviews these people have gotten are from asians--so maybe don't come here at all?? But let's get into it! I wish i could give this place 0 stars. This is the worst nail experience I've had in Suwanee and I've lived here for over 20 years. The manager and workers racially profiled me on several occasions. They will stare at you like a disease as you walk in. The owner will greet everyone but you (unless your chinese). They will act confused even if you spoke with one of their employees beforehand and booked an apppintment. If something goes wrong they will blame it on the "language barrier". I have been nothing but nice to these workers but today I was refused service and told to never come back to their store because I wanted to come back and get my nails redone. The manager told me the workers were "scared" of me. When I asked her what she meant she couldn't provide me an answer. She refused service and didn't want to provide a reason why. I've always tipped 20% and been respectful to everyone in the shop. I've been to this shop twice and each time has been terrible- I wanted to give these people a second chance and I truly regret it. Pictured is the picture of what I wanted and what I got. It's giving grandma. The ugliest nails I've ever gotten in my life, extremely outdated and they charged me $125 for these! I could've gotten this at any random nail shop for less than $50 bffr. I will be discouraging all my friends from visiting this place and I don't recommend this place to ANYONE. Find a cheaper and more relaxing place that will treat each customer with respect regardless of their ethnicity. Good luck to the owner and their business, the shop is a ghost town and for a good reason too. Lastly, owner, I bet you thought I wouldn't write this review and you're probably regretting treating me so badly, hopefully you'll treat your next customer with respect regardless of their skin color!! Actually like wtf.... I go for a fill and there was paint stuck in between my real nail and the tip so she said she would remove it but she continued to get the electric file and file down my real nail.... So now my real nail on my ring finger is short and to the skin and the sides of the nail and pointy... why do you think that is okay to do like NEVER FILE DOWN SOMEONES REAL NAIL LIKE THAT! I told the lady to stop that it's okay once I realized that was happening to my nail yet she said no No i have to and yanked my hand towards her.... that fucking audacity I'm never coming back You can clearly see the length of my ring finger and index finger nail...

Was in Duluth area so tried this place out. It's next to Poetree cafe. I guess I should have read the reviews and asked for Suki. Overall, the lady did my nails did a good job, A for effort, could tell she wasn't that great with nail art. I had brought in a pic that was posted for this location and wanted the exact look minus changing one of the colors. Pretty easy but whatever it is, whether they have their own nail jewels, the lady didn't have the same type of jewels and had to improvise. Overall, it was okay but I guess was slightly disappointed, especially since it turned out to be more gypsy style than glam/bling style I wanted. Also, I've never had anyone paint/smother my whole nail with glue that it reeked with glue smell, not to mention her gel nail machine didn't work properly and even burned my finger tips for a sec... I guess with the amount of jewels, price was fitting but thought it was a bit much for this area. What makes me little more flustered is my pedicure... One of the main point of getting pedicure is so that you don't get an in grown but I've been walking 10miles per day the last 3 days and in pain cuz of my nails... I can see why people go here but at the same time I can't stand it when nail places have poor cleanliness. I'm pretty positive that the nail tools used weren't freshly cleaned ones and I don't want to think beyond that.

Suki was very nice and friendly throughout the process! My nails came out pretty similar to the design I asked for. However, Suki suggested that I put the gold stripe on my thumb instead of my index finger since my index finger nail is short. I think this made the design look better on my nails. One thing I was a little disappointed about is the ring finger. In the picture of the design I asked for, it looks more gold, but on my nails she used a more silver color. But nonetheless, I'm still happy with how it came out for the most part. I filed a couple of nails at home, because it looked a little slanted (which wasn't really a big deal for me). Appointments are very easy to make through Instagram. They address any questions you have and will also give you a price estimate for a design you send them. I highly recommend this place to you guys as the price is cheap and they do a decent job(:

ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY NAILS First time coming here and my friend and I came for our birthdays. The ladies who did our nails didn't speak a lot of English but they were very nice and funny. We got gel manicures and designs since they're specialized in nail art. We scheduled our appointment through Instagram and showed them pictures before hand. They put on a Japanese gel and it stays on fine even after 3 weeks! They also have plenty of parking and I think they do eyelashes extensions and waxing as well. Definitely will come back

The blue tool by the way is not even a tool for nail salons!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. F*CK THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I came here because I had an ingrown toenail. Don't even get me started with this place. There's an older lady who must be the owner and looks like her two daughters that may work here with her. They had two customers here before that were getting a mani and pedi. The older lady was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the younger girls were doing my pedi and trying to get my ingrown out because I was in so much pain. The older lady comes over with a big ass nail cutter and kept jamming it into my toenail when I kept telling her it hurt and that I was in pain! SERIOUSLY WTF! And then she laughed about it. And then once she was done torturing me- she pressed the shit out of the side of my toe WHEN I WAS IN PAIN!!! WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND! IT HURTS!!! I was ready to get the hell out of here that I didn't care if my pedi was dried or not. And she very rudely said that my pedi wasn't dried. LADY DO I LOOK LIKE I GIVE TWO F*CKS RIGHT NOW?!?! I had to get another professional that graduated from a cosmetology school to take a look at the damage they had done. First of all, the blue tool is not even a real tool used in nail salons! Also it is not sanitized, they sprayed a shit load of Alcohol on it. Ewwww. They also cut into My toe nail where it also bled! Update: the older lady's name is Suki. She's rude AF and has horrible customer service. She was trying really hard not to give me a refund back from the mistake she made by giving me a infected toe. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not give them business. They don't seem like they are licensed or know what they are doing. And she had the audacity to act like she didn't do anything wrong.

beware!! I had an appointment with Suki the owner. throughout my appointment she kept taking calls and scheduling people. While prepping my nails for fake nails, she managed to make 4 of my nails bleed. My left ring fingernail bled for the entire session. Instead of waiting for it to stop bleeding, she kept pouring rubbing alcohol on it which BURNED. When the next customer came in, she started rushing through the line art, so all the lines are so uneven and ugly. After I paid $110+tip and went outside, I realized that there was a DENT in my nail and the glue around the rhinestones was so prominent. I went back in to get the dent fixed. Suki was working on the next customer, so she looked at my nail and pretended that she didn't see a dent. She only put on another layer of top coat after I asked twice. I offered to wait until the current customer was finished, but she refused and quickly put on the top coat made me hold the hand held lamp on my own nail while I was standing in front of the customer. I guess she didn't want the other customer to know that she messed up.

There was a clerk named coco, who sat in the back of the room on the outside. She's very impatient, and she's trying to trick me because she wants to leave early, and she's been slacking off trying to find the easiest way to get my manicure done. Her service attitude was very bad and she forced me to leave a 15% tip at the end. I know it was late and she lost a lot of patience and strength, but I don't think I, as a customer, should be the one to vent her emotions and stress. read more

My first time here and this place..has a very bad customer service and the environment is very uncomfortable.. They kept talking loud to themselves in their language. It is fine to talk in another language, but felt as if they were keep talking about the customers that were there. I asked the lady who did my nails if she could shape my nails more evenly, then she would sigh and start talking to her employees in their language and everyone started to stare at me. Other customers and I looked at each other and frowned, because the employees kept laughing loud and yelling at each other. I would never recommend this place to my friends.. The nails that I got done was very thick even though it was my real nail and the edges were very messy. They were busy talking to themselves and felt like they wanted to hurry up and finish. read more

Here's the thing... they actually do nails very well, but the sanitation and cleanliness of the shop is almost unacceptable. I hope this post alerts them a bit to take care of those issues. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another nail salon in the area. read more

I have been going to this place for over 2 years with my friend and I am definitely never going back! I had very unpleasant experience last night, I waited for about 45 minutes with having an appointment. The owner Suki totally ignore to apologize or even recognize the fact that I was even there! Went back today to speak to her, she was quite rude, once again did not apologized nor offer any solution. After she yelled something in her native language to another technician I simply walked out! Ladies please stay away from this place! Too expensive, service not great at all and most importantly the owner is quite rude which I tried to ignore in the past. And her work is definitely worth the money! She is not patient, nor gentle, always in a rush to be done quickly and if mistake is made ( which happens to all of us) she argues , trying to defend herself instead of trying to maker customer happy! read more

This is my go-to place to get my nails done! I've brought all my friends here (even my guy friends), and they all love it as well. Over the time I've been a customer here, I've developed a close bond with all the ladies here, and they treat me so well. My girl Katie is my go-to, but I also love the work the other ladies do as well. You can bring in a picture from instagram or pinterest and they are able to copy exactly or customize based on what you like. Definitely give them a try! Highly recommend! read more

expensive as h3ll but dont even sanitize their cutting tools or change new ones omg!!!! with this kind of price, you can go to cleaner salons who dont reuse the same tools with little everybody else. the pedicure is way too expensive with nothing special... and charged me $15 to take off my old (almost already gone) SNS toes??? what the... and cut me to almost bleeding twice. never coming back even if they have decent design colors read more

I found nail gallery a few years back. They are by far the best nail salon I've been too. They have very talented nail techs. My nails always look amazing and they LAST! They have great customer service, a bunch of pedicure options, BY FAR the largest selection of gel polish colors and very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a new place, look no further! First time here and honestly I didn't expect much. Since I was walk-in customer I had to wait about 35mins for me to get seated, even then I still had to wait another 5mins. Everyone there was pretty friendly but very loud(?). I'm very bad with names so I forgot to did my nails already but I'm in love with them they give me sailor moon vibes and very cute. Plus not bad for the pricing ! I did look around for a pricing chart but they didn't have one that was out. I would definitely come back read more

made an appointment and there weren't another techs and more people flooded in with overlapping customers (again with appointment). i've been here before a couple years ago and it was good. but this time, my nails took so long (2hrs) and was done completely mediocre for $50. i got tips added and noticed that it didn't cover my real nail completely. she said it was ok and she would fix later with the grace gel but did not. shaped it incorrectly which i had to tell her to fix a few of them. i was ok until she did the base and i noticed she didn't fill it in all the way. the side of my real nails is still exposed and looks as if it's been already a week since i got them done - it's been two days!! the employees are extremely loud and will talk over your voice. disappointed and will not be back or recommend to friends. read more

Arrived this morning at 10 for my appointment walked in and was greeted by Tiffany. I was amazed at how clean the salon was. I was quickly taken to my pedi chair the key lime pedi was fantastic! Tiffany did a wonderful job, the hot towels at the end were great. Tiffany is so easy to talk to i felt as if i had seen her many times. I also got my eye brows waxed, she asked me what i wanted as far as shape goes. She went above and beyond what i was expecting them to look like. I told her i had very sensitive skin and she assured me everything would be ok and it was after about 10 mins i had no more redness. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great service. Also i Asked Her to paint white tips on toes and they look great. Cant wait to go back and see her again soon! read more

Salon is absolutely immaculate. The girl who did my nails, Amanda did an excellent job. Too bad I found the salon before my departure. However, I did have individual lashes done and they were clumpy with glue. The woman doing them even tried to use bonding glue To put them on. She also tried to do my service with my eyes opened. Somewhat friendly staff, doesn't really engage with you while doing your nails, staff just talk amongst themselves. 1 star for matching the gel nail colors almost perfectly, Added another star for not getting polish on my skin and good cuticle job.... however the actual application and my 2 accent nail designs, not so good. The nail tech applied THREE layers of base, two relatively thick coats of color gel, then another 3-4 layers of top coat....Hence a thick gel nails results.... I don't know if it was the polish or heavy UV lights but my skin/nail were slightly stinging while curing. The design did not look as good as the design I saw on their Instagram, so was disappointed.... There were other clients who came in with an appointment and they ended up having to wait 30+ minutes, so yeah. read more

Nice ladies, super friendly with decent customer service. However, the Deluxe Spa Pedicure wasn't quite up to par. I had to remind them of my glass of wine halfway through the services, the massage was pretty crappy, and the nail design looked absolutely nothing like the picture I chose. NOTHING! I would not return but I can also see how others may love the place. Hope your experience is better than mine read more

My mom, sister and I walked in on Sunday afternoon. We did have to wait in the car for a while as they opened 10 minutes late. After some discussion about pricing, we were seated right away and taken care of. I came in with matte black nails in mind, but since my technician (didn't get her name!) wasn't familiar with the term matte or any pictures, I just went with another Pinterest idea. She took care of me nicely and consistently asked if I was liking the progress. She somehow made my short nails look very nice! read more

They have good prices and decent manicures but the environment is uncomfortable to say the least. The women talk loudly and constantly in another language which is fine, but not when they start gathering around and pointing at your nails when you can't understand what they're saying. I asked what she was talking about since she was pointing at my hand and she said "nothing" and walked away. The entire time I was there the majority of the workers were eating lunch out of open containers all over the shop (gross) and talking loudly to the friends they had invited to hang out at the shop. They had cartoons on the tv and a little girl sitting next to me playing with all the nail supplies. It's a salon. At the very least I expect to not have to listen to workers yell across the shop while stuffing food in their mouths while I watch "Peppa Pig" on their tv. Yikes. Will never come back. You think with the competition between all the salons so close together they would at least try to have some customer service skills. Never again. This shop will not be open much longer if I had to guess. read more

I usually do my own nails but I needed a break REVIEW: I don't think I liked the pedicure it was her just rubbing on lotion even though I asked her to massage harder (sorry I didn't get the name) but Katie who did my nails did pretty well. I wanted her to work freely and be creative but she made me choose so I just picked what was on their instagram page and tweaked it a little @nailgallery45 The pricing is like any other place. I paid $75 with tip (10 tip for the mani and 5 for the other one who did pedi) $20 for a regular 30 min pedi and $40 for the gel mani with the designs and gems NOT BAD AT ALL I do suggest making an appointment because they even recommended it and because most of their clientele go there for the designs that take long. Or go in the evenings on weekdays. I went at 5:30PM on a Wed and there were 3 including me and 4 employees. Yes I can basically do what they did (self taught) but I wouldn't mind going in to get mine done at least for the mani. One con is that for regular nail polish they need new ones because they are mostly used up or dried and they just keep putting solution in to loosen it. And maybe ask if you want the chair massage or water. A little bit of customer service would be nice read more

Well... first time here and the smell did not really make people comfortable at all just like the smell of the open nail polish in the air. The environment is not as good as I expected. The one did my nails did not present a professional style. Didn't really ask me what I want. The tools are not sanitized. Hurt my nail bed when dealing with the cuticle. Told me it was fine left with coarse careless nails before topping with the colors. Literally, I drove 30mintues just for this? I have to say not worth it! So bad experience! read more

So clearly most of these reviewers have NOT been to a proper nail salon because I have no idea where the stars came from. I booked an appointment for 4 at 3:30 came in at 3:15 after picking our colors it was about 3:25. We chose the $30 pedicure which clearly says it's a 45 minute pedi but it ended in a little less than 30 mins! Wow what a rip off! They also skipped callus remover which is ridiculous because I do have some callus on my feet that could be taken off. It felt rushed throughout, they were short staffed, and they finally had to call in 2 more people to accommodate the waiting guests. As for my gel nails. The lady who did my manicure was clearly not skilled because I had little pieces of cuticle sticking out all over the place around my nail bed. It looked horrid! I should've skipped the mani cause it would've looked cleaner. And I ended up leaving with gel top coat spilled over onto my skin and had to come home and fix it myself with a nail filer. I've worked at two nail salons and those salons make this place a 1 star. I would never go back. They are "affordable"..because you get what you pay for! read more

This place sucks . They're way too expensive and every time I get my nails done they always end up cutting the skin around my freaking nails and then the chemicals end up burning me . Their polish takes FOREVER to dry and I usually end up staying for twice the time than it should normally take read more

A friend recommended another nail salon near by but I didn't like that place. I went with the pink & white fake nails. He was super nice but made them flat looking, didn't do enough white so you could see my pink, his pink and then the white. After a week they were braking & popping off of me & my daughter. After reading the reviews for Nail Gallery, I decided to go there and was not disappointed. My nails look so much better & feel stronger. Everyone was nice, they have reasonable prices & they are open 7 days a week. read more

After endless searching, i feel like i've finally found my go-to salon! It was the best experience i've had in a nail salon. When you walk in, the place is decorated beautifully to give you a comfortable homey feel. The staff is extremely nice as well. Even though I was there near closing time, i was not rushed and the work was not sloppy (which tends to happen everywhere else). Tiffany did my french gel manicure 2 weeks ago and it still looks great! She greets everyone at the door like they are her friend. For someone who moved here just a few weeks ago from California, I'm ready to call Nail Gallery my new home for my nails. Tiffany took the time to repair nails that were split and didn't charge extra. The tools she used were wrapped in paper and obviously very clean from sterilization. Great experience from start to finish! read more

I was recommended to go by a friend and I feel like a princess! absolutely in love. Everyone seemed really friendly. She did such a great job. I wanted a light purple originally instead of the light gray, but I'm glad she suggest the gray instead so pretty.. listen to suggestions for the best results, they know what's up !! read more

Not too thrilled with the service. I went here because of all the great reviews and was unfortunately disappointed. I got a mani/pedi the day of my engagement shoot, and was in & out in 45 minutes. I didn't so much mind that it was fast, it was that the service suffered. I will say, my pedicure looks great, but my manicure is an absolute wreck! Literally 30 minutes after I walked out, my nail polish has already chipped on three nails and all I did was drive home and change clothes. It has now been a day and my nail are even more chipped than they were and it looks like I painted them myself. My nails were also really streaked and unevenly coated. Unfortunately since I had engagement photos to take, I didn't have time to go back and get them fixed when I noticed it yesterday. Very reasonable priced, but I would rather pay more and go to a nail salon where it will last. read more

I had been to several nail salons before my friend recommended Nail Gallery. I came in for a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails for my graduation and I was not let down! The women there were really friendly and helpful and super gentle (past nail salons doing my acrylics have cut up my fingers!). They talked to me and made me feel very comfortable! I went for the very first time to get tips/builder gel on my nails. Firstly, I requested Vee for my appt (as she had really good reviews and others had used her for their short nail beds like I have). I was told Jenn was the one who would be doing my nails today. I picked a neutral color for builder, but Jenn made said the pink was better. I said I still wanted neutral and then she said the pink one would last longer and was better. I don't have experience, so even after saying I wanted neutral I just went along with it after she started doing the pink. After multiple times through the process of telling her it was too pink, she finally did a neutral color on top of the pink builder gel. Secondly, I told her from the tips step all the way through the polish that two nails of my nails were flicking up. I expressed that this didn't look right multiple times and asked her if there is a way to fix it. She kept adding layers and layers (4X) of builder. I told her from the beginning that the top was not laying flat. She ignored me. Thirdly, one nail is going a different direction than my finger. I told her multiple times if she could file it so that it goes straight with my finger and she didn't. Fourth, the builder gel didn't even go down to the end of my nail bed on a couple nails and the nail looks crooked. Lastly, multiple nails have flecks of "debris" in them because she did not wipe off between steps. And none of my real nails underneath were even cleaned before starting this whole process. I had gardened earlier in the week and there is still dirt under all my nails. This was my first experience and I went with my daughter for a girls day. I left very unhappy with my first nail experience and very sad with what I'm now stuck with. I'm writing this from the car, in the parking lot, because I'm so upset by this experience.

Not only did I way overpay (no price transparency at all) but now I "get" to pay to have my daughter's gel nails removed after 2 weeks because she cannot keep them for cheer. Don't know what is going on here but get it fixed!

A family emergency came up and I wanted to weigh my options, so I called to ask about their rescheduling/cancellation policy-- to no avail. I then resorted to texting to ask them and I typed out a clear and concise message that indicated that I was inquiring only and didn't intend on changing my appointment at that given time. The message read: Hii! I wanted to know that if I wanted to reschedule, would there be any penalty/issues? I don't know if I need to yet, just weighing my options. Alexis, the owner, told me there was no penalty and that I can reschedule online if need be. After speaking to the airlines to change my flight to extend my stay (for the emergency, my grandfather passed), I decided to try to simply reschedule my appointment for a later date. After having issues booking online, I decided to call back because the same thing happened with booking my initial appointment. And Alexis manually went into their system to change it, and thought that perhaps she could assist me again. Instead, she texted me an incredibly RUDE and insensitive text, following another that said that she cancelled my appointment although I never asked for her to do so. There was no apology, no customer recovery, nothing. Attached you will see the text messages, please read them. And please do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RESPECTED AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, because you will not get it from them. I really wanted to support a Black owned business, but there are others in the city that deserve the money that you'd spend here. UPDATE: Per the business owner's response (Alexis), she has made it even more apparent that her overall inadequacy and inability to thoroughly read, be honest, and even manage her books properly is alarmingly unprofessional. In the response (below), she claims that they "went out of their way to accommodate me past business hours," which is a prime example of her fragrant dishonesty. I simply asked her for whatever time that was available for my booking. I never asked for a time. Alexis took it upon HERSELF to book me at 6pm and not 6:30pm, as she claims. Please see below for proof of my statements via Alexis and I's text message conversation. In addition, I did call at least 4 times to try to be considerate, so I wouldn't cancel my booking. As I mentioned in my initial review, I had just received news of my grandpa's passing and had to change my flight to attend the funeral. When I messaged her (see texts below), I apologized for the calls and notified her of my family emergency-- which she chooses to ignore-- and even settled to come in for the appointment still because I didn't want to throw off their schedule. With the passing of my grandpa, I simply wasn't thinking of if the business was closed or not, and just wanted to get in contact with someone who could possibly give me information on rescheduling, if I decided to. Also, since when is calling a business when they're "not open" an inconvenience? If their contact number was solely their business number, someone calling during the daytime closed or not, isn't bizarre-- logically. Simply put, this all stemmed from a very prideful, egotistical business owner that refuses to own up to her mistakes and apologize for cancelling my appointment, when I only contacted her to get information on their rescheduling/cancellation policy. I believe that she may have trouble properly reading. During our entire exchange via text message, I was so kind to her. Never gave a rude or snappy response. So I'm unsure why she deemed that I wasn't a "good fit for their business." I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this matter.

I've been to Nail Gallery twice, both times shortly before their close time and still the people here have been so nice! They didn't rush at all and did a great job and were incredibly friendly. They have a HUGE selection of Gellish and Shellac colors compared to every other salon I've been to, which is one of the reasons I plan to keep going back. They also use LED lights on the Gellish polish, which I've been told is better for your skin, if that matters to you. Tiffany did my nails the last time and was great, I think she may be the store manager. Best Nail Salon EVER!!!!! I love this salon because it it super clean and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend the shellac manicure (they have over 90 shellac colors to choose from) and spa pedicure. The ladies really took time doing my nails and I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me out of there, so it was extremely relaxing. Their prices are affordable and I got a "Frequent Customer" card so when I've come a few times I get $5 off. In this economy every $1 saved is a plus. After a horrible experience at Classy Nails and Tan on Sugarloaf Parkway (seriously, I was traumatized), I finally summoned up the courage to try another nail salon. I did some research online and decided to try Nail Gallery. I cannot say enough nice things about the people that work in this establishment. They treated me with kindness and professionalism. I recently moved to the area and visited Nail Gallery today. I had a WONDERFUL experience the entire time I was there. Amy was very sociable and made me feel right at home. I was offered a drink and we had great conversations; which is important to me because I always feel like I'm reaching to converse with my nail technicians. Amy did my nails and Kim did my eyebrows and I felt like they both viewed their work as an art. I was VERY pleased by my visit and even more shocked by the price! It was very reasonable! Love this place! My daughter got me a gift certificate here for Mother's Day based upon the reviews she read and sure enough they lived up to their expectations! The staff is super friendly when I came in. It was crowded that day but I didn't even feel like I was being rushed! I don't think they had the air conditioning on inside their store. Looking around my mom's gel manicure, her manicurist did a great job and she was very sweet. The lady that did my pedicure was also nice, well so I thought (until she took my payment). The lady that did my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair did a really bad job with my nails. I didn't realize how bad until I got home. See attached pics. When all was said and done and I was paying, I was told to add the tip to the receipt. I guess it wasn't good enough. As I gave the receipt back and thanked the lady who did my pedicure she just turned and walked away. No "you're welcome", no "thank you", no nothing. I will have to say that the lady that did my nails was kind enough to find me a regular polish and a gel polish that matched perfectly which I appreciate. It's just that the work was pretty bad and was rushed because they had people waiting after us. Overall a horrible job on my nails. My toes were ok though - but done by someone else. At one point, I was rudely told, "Give me your hand!" She was also very rough with my fingers. In fact, I left with a few of them bleeding and now it hurts to have water even touch them. Based on other reviews, I know this same woman has already been mentioned. Unfortunately, I believe she is one of the owners if not, the owner. I pass by way too many nail places to get here from Duluth. Not sure why I've subject myself to this treatment for as long as I have, but I will not be back.

The seat next to my friend, that I originally was sitting in, stayed available. My feet looked dry, on the top and bottom, before I even left their. My polish was not good. There is polish on my skin and cudical. On top of this, they tried to use the razor thing on my friend's feet. Which is (1) illegal to use in Georgia at a business and (2) not sanitary! I will go to Polished around the corner from here like I originally planned to do in the future. Don't waste you time or money at this place.
