I had been to several nail salons before my friend recommended Nail Gallery. I came in for a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails for my graduation and I was not let down! The women there were really friendly and helpful and super gentle (past nail salons doing my acrylics have cut up my fingers!). They talked to me and made me feel very comfortable! Very friendly atmosphere and good customer service! read more

Awesome place with a variety of nail designs including seashell designs and shellac. I called so many places to see if they had seashell designs or glitter options and nobody had them in the area. Not only do they have the options but they do an excellent job!!! read more

Look no further!!! This has been the best experience, since I have moved to the area. The customer service goes above and beyond every single time I have been there. My nails, both hands and feet always look amazing!!! If you are looking for an inviting atmosphere to sit back, relax, and get pampered, then this is the place. read more

Nail Gallery - I absolutely love this nail salon!!! The service is amazing, and I always manage to leave very satisfied. (Ombre Nails) - Nail Salons Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

I visited Nail Gallery about a month ago, and I was very pleased! The nail tech, who I'm sad to say I do not remember her name, was prompt and attentive. She did an excellent job on my pedicure, and she even fixed a broken toenail so it looked perfectly normal! I like how the management makes a profile for each client and keeps records of nail polish colors. I think the price for a pedicure is very reasonable at $20 for the spa pedicure. The facility was spotless and sanitized. I will be back! read more

This is my favorite nail salon and the ladies did my manicure were so nice. They have really good gel manicure with a nice price :)

I came in to have my broken nail fixed which probably only takes 5 mins to fix. I came in at 11:30 am and they told me wait, I waited patiently for 30 mins and another Asian decent girl came in and got service before. If you're a black individual I would stay away from this place. It's sicken how racist and unprofessional they are. Lesson learned. read more

THE BEST SALON IN GEORGIA! I was moving into a new apartment, and I was exhausted. My mom and I decided on a whim to get our nails done. We simply googled nail salons in Suwanee, as I'm new to the area, and we saw the great reviews. Little did we realize how true they all are. It was 7:40 when we decided to go, and they close at 8. We called and asked if they'd be available for pedicures if we could get there in 5 minutes. They were SO accommodating. They did not even hesitate when we walked in at 7:45. Tiffany (the owner) and Jackie were there until almost 9 p.m. for us. They were SO friendly and funny. My mom and I were in stitches the whole time! They were smiling and joking with us the entire time. Some nail salons can be intimidating, because all of the nail techs are uninterested in talking to you and more concerned with speaking to each other (not in English). However, even though both of these girls were from Vietnam, they spoke to us (and each other) in English the entire time. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of moving. Since going there 2 days ago, I have already recommended Nail Gallery to 5 people I know. My mom has even told her friends back home about it! I don't think we'll be able to go to another nail salon again! read more

I heard really great things about this place and was not at all disappointed. The staff was friendly and we had nice conversation, my friend and I were able to have our services at the same time with undivided attention, and the salon was both well maintained and inviting. I wanted to wait a little while to see how the gel manicure held up before writing a review and almost two weeks later, it still looks great! Looks like I have a new salon! read more

Trun aka Andy is awesome! The entire staff is very friendly. We got there 45 mins before close but they still took all 4 of us & didn't try to do a rush job because we were going past closing time. They treated all of us like we were regular customers even though this was the first time we had been there. We will definitely be back! read more

I love this place. The staff is so welcoming and nice. They make me and my daughter (4) feel so welcome every time we come in. The prices are fair in my opinion, especially for the level of customer service. They go above and beyond!! read more

This place use to be my favorite nail salon. I recently went couple of days ago to get my gel nails done and I was so disappointed. They sat me down and made me wait 20-30 mins with the foil on my fingers so they can do other people's nail and I won't leave while they're doing it. The new lady who did my nails made my nails look weird. I was just so disappointed, won't be coming back. Hopefully it gets better because this use to be my favorite place read more

Fantastic service! The ladies did a great job on our pedicures and were very friendly. Made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended them! read more

I have been going here for almost a year now and absolutely love the girls here!! Tiffany, Jackie, Amanda, Jenny, and Maggie were the ones who would bend over backwards to please the customers and make sure they were happy and wanted to return for future service. Sadly the change in management has made the past few visits unnerving!! The new boss does not follow the common rule if you have an appointment time you should be taken care of before walk-in customers. On the weekend I called ahead to see if they were busy or not so that my mom and I could get in before the day started. The person (Amy I believe it was) on the phone said sure even though they had 6 customers already and had Amanda (the girl who does amazing fast acrylics) triple booked!!! To top it all off the new manager refused to tell us what was going on and made someone else ask if we could come back later on after waiting 30 minutes!! I was livid they wasted both my mother's and my time as well as no decency to apologize for rude customer service! I will be finding another place to go that treats customers better than that!! I honestly will miss all the girls there but the new management has made the place unbearable, the atmosphere thick with irritability, and created an unpleasant environment to sit and relax with my mother to get a manicure. read more

I got a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. The pedicure was great and my feet look nice. A different person did my nails and they are terrible. The polish is streaked and all over my cubicles. My nails are uneven. The staff were very friendly but I will try a different place next time. read more

I've been going there for at least two years now. Great place and people. However my last couple of appointments were disappointing. I go on the weekends and make the same appt all the time. I've seen a lack of help at peak times. My last appointment for the usual mani/pedi and waxing, I was in and out in 45 minutes, very disappointing. Probably time to find a new and highly recommended salon that takes their time with customers. read more

My nails looks great, I will definitely be back. There wasn't a long wait, the staff is courteous, and they are all great nail techs. Request Amanda,Tiffany, or Maggie. read more

My friends and I came here last minute and instead of being turned away we were welcomed with exceptional service. The staff stayed late, without any complaints, to finish our nails even thought they already had plans for the night. Amy did an awesome job on the nail designs however all the technicians were really friendly and professional. We had a great time and will go back again. read more

I have been to Nail Gallery about four or five times and I am pleased with the quality and the service. The place is clean and it looks like the tools are appropriately sanitized. It is clear that they put an emphasis on good customer service: the ladies are courteous and friendly and they really try to make you feel comfortable. read more

Love the Nail Gallery!! Last year my daughter had all her bridesmaids get their nails and pedicures done there! The staff was amazing! The owner, Tiffany opened early for us and had champagne and cupcakes for everyone! It was so nice! My daughter and I continue to go there. Tiffany is so great and her staff are the best! Reasonably priced and the manicures and pedicures are top notch! read more

Every time I have gotten a gel manicure done here, it has chipped within a week. (NOT supposed to happen with a gel mani, it's supposed to last 2 weeks.) I stopped getting my gel manis here because of that, but continued to come for my pedicures because the staff was so friendly and they offered a pedicure for only $20. However, the last time I went, I was popping in for a quick eyebrow wax, and the staff was quite rude. The woman who did the waxing seemed annoyed at me (or my eyebrows, or both). She also made them quite thin when I had only asked for them to be cleaned up. When I went to the front counter to pay, another girl (their receptionist I guess?) was texting and waited a few seconds after I walked up to put down her phone and greet me. Overall, this place used to be top notch in customer service but this last experience just ruined it for me. read more

My wife had a great experience here. Everybody was incredibly friendly and focused on making sure she enjoyed her experience. She was also very pleased with the quality of her pedicure. read more

My daughter and I were in town for the weekend. I selected the Nail Gallery based on other reviews. This salon is great! Nice staff, good work and good prices. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon in the area. read more

This place is awesome. It is very clean and the nail techs do a good job. Susan and Tiffany are the best. If you want to get lashes make an appointment with Susan. Definitely recommend read more

AMY! has an awful attitude she has changed everything about what was a great place and made it TERRIBLE!!! Previously the staff was sociable, polite and courteous when you walked in you were greeted and offered a drink and a seat at your techs station at your appointment time it made going there easy and fun!! Since Amy has taken over I had to wait 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time for her to start! I don't have an issue with patience but I'm sure if I'm 20 mins late I would lose my appointment!! Well anyway I scheduled an appointment with my nail tech show up at my scheduled time and Amy says oh! she's on break but I'll do your nails! Turns out she no longer works there! I give Amy a chance she paints my nails Pumpkin Orange instead of Coral as I asked and because I tell her it's not the right color she threatens to charge me $20 more to take it off the hand she painted! and blames me because she said it looked fine to her!! and she had a walk in she wanted to get to and it would take too long to take the polish off ! I have an appointment you start late paint my nails the wrong color and then want to rush me or basically over charge me for the additional time it would take you to correct the mistake you made because it's not what I asked for and you are upset??? INSANE!!! I had to leave the salon with 5 nails polished on one hand and the other with no polish! I was a long time loyal customer of Nail Gallery but Amy and her DISGUSTINGLY RUDE ATTITUDE have changed that! Nail Gallery is not what it was I truly miss the old staff!!! Amanda, Maggie and Tiffany were all awesome techs but are gone and within weeks of each other?? I'm sure they left for good reason!! I will NEVER return to Nail Gallery and I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO NAIL GALLERY! The great reviews u see are for the previous staff don't be tricked into going there expecting great service! NAIL GALLERY is not the same anymore! read more

I gave this nail salon 2 star because I feel like I get overcharged every time I go. They do a great mani-pedi but according to the website and the past it's supposed to be $28. When I went last, they charged me $30. Granted $2 more isn't that much but it's the principle of it. If the website says $28 charge that much or update it. Also the second to last time I got a mani-pedi the lady offered to do a design on my toes. BIGGEST PET PEEVE...if you're going to offer a service ALWAYS inform the customer there will be an extra charge for it so they don't feel shafted because I've been to nail salons where they actually don't charge for the design. I might try to give this place a third chance but if they overcharge me a third time, I'm definitely not gonna recommend this to my friends and I will definitely explain to them why and how they might get overcharged. Good thing they have Jennifer because she is a sweetheart and one of the reasons I would think about going back. read more

I've been to Nail Gallery about 4 times now and I'm definitely going back as long as I am living in Suwanee. First time I went just for an eyebrow wax just to test if they can do them well and to what I wanted. They've come out perfect every time. Second time I went for a full gel nail set, a gel pedicure, and an eyebrow and lip wax. That was about a month ago and my pedicure STILL looks fabulous!! I wear open toed shoes all the time so its important to have my toes lookin' fab and I cant believe how excellent the quality of my pedicure is. I have not gone back for a touch up on my toes since that pedicure because I HAVEN"T NEEDED IT! They haven't chipped, peeled, anything. Quality is top notch at Nail Gallery, and they're not too expensive. I'm from San Jose in California where there are Nail Salons on every corner practically so the most inexpensive salons were around 25$ for a get set and Nail Gallery's pricing for the set is 30$; for their quality work, what is an extra 5 bucks?? I've had Amy do my nails each time I went because she can do the STILETTO NAILS!!!! I was so happy to find someone over here that can DO THEM and DO THEM WELL!!! Staff is great and professional, and Amy makes sure to greet everyone that walks in with smile. Nail Gallery is my choice nail salon and would HIGHLY recommend them to be yours! read more
