Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.

She asked me if I wanted them short, medium or long lashes and I told her I wanted them long. She suggested to get medium because my eyes are quite small and I agreed with her because I wanted them slightly natural for my Vietnam trip anyways. I really love the 2D lashes that she gave me! For my second appointment I went to Chelsea because Brandi was completely booked on the only day I was available. I decided to try 3D lash extensions instead because I have a few weddings to go to this month so I wanted a more dramatic look. I told Chelsea that I wanted either a gorgeous lash shape or a open eye shape. Chelsea suggested to me that I should do open eyelash shape because I have hooded eyes and my natural lashes follow an open eye. I told her I was really tired from work and I wasn't in a chatty mood. Chelsea was understanding and said it's okay that I didn't have to if I didn't want to. She's really sweet and I felt confident that she'll make my lashes look amazing and they are! I absolutely love my 3D lashes and can't wait to go back to her for my fill in!

She takes the time to consult with you and to truly design your lashes. She really tailors them to what you want. The services are provided in a home studio. No waiting ever or competing services of others getting their nails done! They do not require pre-pay or a deposit when you book online. I am quite comfortable in their location. According to my Fitbit, I am taking some great lash naps there! I have had no issues with my lashes or eyes. No itching, no red eyes or eye infections. We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....

Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. We just got wax yesterday and was so upset and caused a scene in the front.
