I went to my first lash appointment with Brandi a month ago, she's very sweet and I really enjoyed talking to her. I got 2D lash extensions from her. She asked me if I wanted them short, medium or long lashes and I told her I wanted them long. She suggested to get medium because my eyes are quite small and I agreed with her because I wanted them slightly natural for my Vietnam trip anyways. I really love the 2D lashes that she gave me! For my second appointment I went to Chelsea because Brandi was completely booked on the only day I was available. I decided to try 3D lash extensions instead because I have a few weddings to go to this month so I wanted a more dramatic look. I told Chelsea that I wanted either a gorgeous lash shape or a open eye shape. Chelsea suggested to me that I should do open eyelash shape because I have hooded eyes and my natural lashes follow an open eye. I told her I was really tired from work and I wasn't in a chatty mood. Chelsea was understanding and said it's okay that I didn't have to if I didn't want to. She's really sweet and I felt confident that she'll make my lashes look amazing and they are! I absolutely love my 3D lashes and can't wait to go back to her for my fill in!

I decided to book with the hopes everything would work out. Well I've been to them now at least 4 times and the compliments on my lashes increased. I usually see Cindy. She takes the time to consult with you and to truly design your lashes. She really tailors them to what you want. The services are provided in a home studio. No waiting ever or competing services of others getting their nails done! They do not require pre-pay or a deposit when you book online. I am quite comfortable in their location. According to my Fitbit, I am taking some great lash naps there! I have had no issues with my lashes or eyes. No itching, no red eyes or eye infections. Bottom line-this is a great lash company that knows what they are doing. Oh and no memberships either! Just come here and get your lashes done. You will not regret it!

She heard my concerns and understood my worries. We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....

The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing.
