This was my first time coming and they completely exceeded my expectations. I got cat eye nails with a chrome French tip and they came out absolutely perfect -- clean, detailed, and exactly what I wanted. Lucy was incredibly kind, patient, and so talented. She really took her time and it shows. The salon itself is pretty new and I loved the interior -- super clean, modern, and they have sooo many color options to choose from. If I'm ever back visiting Georgia, I'm 100% coming back here. Highly recommend!!

I booked a last minute appointment for the day of my birthday, the night before. I wanted to get a full Gel X set and brow waxing and a basic facial to make my day special. I booked with them and left a note in the comment box for the booking that I really wanted to add on lash extensions if they had the availability. Not 30 mins later, I was contacted by the salon (at 9pm on a Sunday!) to let me know that, yes, they did have time to add that if I wanted. As I was talking with them, I shared inspo pics for my nails and they let me know that I didn't need the upcharge that I had originally booked for my nails. My inspo was included in the base charge. What amazing customer service! The MOMENT I walked in the door, I knew this was my new spot. Everyone was welcoming, they had complimentary drinks (and seasonal choices) and the place is immaculate. First service: Brows Lucy took me to the station, asked me about my preferences, and honored them completely. I like a natural shape with just some basic cleaning up. She nailed it. 1000% Second service: nails When I tell you I've never had a more even, precise and perfect job done. She took so much time with each hand, making sure I loved them, making sure they matched, and always asking if everything felt okay for me and that nothing hurt. I knew then, I was in for life. Third service: THE facial!!! Stress? I don't know her. She's a distant memory from maybe a book I read one time? Who knows? All I know is I've never met her. As I was enjoying the treatment, I made a mental note to make sure this is a treatment I make time for at least monthly. I feel light, refreshed and completely changed. My skin is radiant, my lymph nodes are drained, and I would have fallen asleep if I hadn't been lying there regretting that I hadn't done this sooner. Fourth service (I've been here for about 2 hours now): lashes Lucy didn't do the facial, there's someone else who does that and I feel so bad I can't remember her name, but we'll chalk it up to blissful relaxation. Lucy came back in, asked again about shape, natural or bold, and then she got to work. It takes a while, but art doesn't just manifest out of nowhere. I have long blonde lashes. They're there but you can't see them. I told her I wanted cat eye but very natural. She was just as meticulous as she was with the nails. So much so that I had started to worry I'd leave with fans on my eyes rather than what I wanted. But patience was indeed a virtue. She took the time to make sure her work was correct and lasting. It's everything I could have wanted and more. To the staff of Kawaii, thank you so much for your hospitality! You have a made this birthday girl over the moon happy, and you very loyal customer for life.

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It is clean and the people working here were very nice. A great spa day.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
