Today I didn't just have a massage, I had massage THERAPY! It was, hands down, the best massage therapy session I've ever experienced. Rena was my therapist, and I can't possibly more highly recommend her to anyone. The continuous pressure applied throughout was perfect and well placed. At one point I wondered to myself if she didn't have 3 extra arms working on me! She listened to my concerns and focused thoroughly on the areas I needed most. Not only the areas I thought I needed worked on, she found areas on me I didn't even know hurt until she made it stop hurting! She spent extra time with me afterwards to show me stretches I need to be doing as well. The spa itself is so pleasant to be in as well. It is in a home, and it feels like you're just that; home! The decor, the scents, the pleasant atmosphere only makes the whole experience that much more wonderful. I noticed as I left today that they have a 99$ a month deal for 2 hours of sessions which I believe I will need to sign up for. This place is just so much more relazing and inviting than any chain place I've ever been in. Speaking on which, I always hate when you get a massage or any type of relaxation service and then they end it with a high pressure sales pitch. You just spent an hour or more relaxing me, why ruin it with HIGH PRESSURE sales!?! They didn't do anything of the sort here - Thanks so much for that as well! If you're in pain, stressed or just need a relaxing massage, this is the place you MUST go! I had the pleasure of going to Warrior Body Spa for almost a year now. The customer service is amazing there. Shout out to Yolanda who is always warm and welcoming as I check in, great customer service. I just recently had lymphatic drain massage in December from Trenton, who is also gives excellent service and full of compassion. He gave the breakdown of what would be the experience before the session and after the session I fell asleep. I felt amazing and very relaxed. Body refreshed and cleansed after the massage and weeks later. The website says "attacking inflammation" and that is exactly what the team has done for me as well as experience with the sauna is amazing. The team is interested in your wellness and creating steps to achieve it. I had inquiry from car accident...as I reflect last month my body is healing very well no longer have numbness in feet and hands, pain in the shoulder is gone. By going monthly and pairing this with a less inflammation diet...amazing change in my body. I hate to do this but this lady has left me no choice. I busted my ass for her and worked 4 days straight with 3+ clients each day, after she wrongfully fired her lead therapist, and she DID NOT PAY ME. I received information and found PROOF that she is NOT a licensed massage therapist, and her business is NOT registered. Her OLD location is licensed and that expired in 2017. She is a BARBER and THAT license as well is lapsed. I tried to give her time to be a decent human being and pay me for my work that I did in her unregistered business. MY license is valid and current. I WILL NOT risk losing my license for ANYONE. She also did not pay the employee she fired because the members began to cancel when they found out she left and I guess she needed to recoup. She is now being sued. I have been 3 times now for a 60 minute massage, and am hooked! I've even gotten my husband on the Warrior Spa fan train. He's incredibly hard to impress, and yet he's been singing their praises. Rena is a true professional, relatable, and very skilled. The lobby and massage rooms are cozy and relaxing. The other staff who have checked me in and out have all been pleasant as well. Scheduling online is easy, I like that they send an email reminder the day before, and Rena has gone out of her way to give me detailed instructions for exercises to do at home between appointments. She really knows what she's doing and is super motivating! I first came because of groupon and needed a massage for a running injury, but I am determined to be a long term customer because not only are they nearby, but I like the atmosphere and completely trust Rena to help me get back on track. On my way to work on a Monday I saw the sign on Lavista Road for this spa so I decided to call and setup an appointment for a massage. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for an hour massage. The location was convenient to my office in Tucker and parking was very easy. The spa is located in a converted residential home, but I found that the interior was spacious and welcoming. My masseuse, Rena, was very cordial and paid particular attention to my shoulders that had been stiff from a long day of driving the weekend before. I have had many messages during my life (being close to 50) and I must say that Rena is probably one of the best masseuses that I have come across. I have been back twice to Warrior Body, once for another incredible massage and another time for a detox foot bath and I found both visits just as good as the first time I visited. read more

Love this place. Everyone is so nice. Reena gives a great massage. She's knowledgeable and informative about how your muscles work and explains the root of your pain. I've only been twice but already feel a lot less pain. I purchased the gold membership as recommended by my daughter because you get two massages a month for basically the price of one. The hot stones that are included free with the gold membership feel amazing. I also bought one of the diffusers they use for aromatherapy during my massage along with some peppermint oil. When I used it at home it stopped my headache without having to resort to medication. My husband said it relieved his congestion and we've been using it every day.
