First, let me start by saying I've been here two times, Ms Donna's level of customer service is above and beyond. She's courteous, down to earth, a great listener and she's very hands on with her appointments which I appreciate. My first visit I enjoyed, I could have used a bit more pressure, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed it. My first massage therapist was a lovely woman, so sorry but I can't remember her name. Though I was still wanting to be massaged with a bit more firmness, I was impressed by the service that I received. My last visit was for my birthday in July. My massage therapist's name that visit was Andrea. Andrea was polite, professional and amazing at what she does. I explained to her that I perform physical work, and the areas I wanted the most attention and pressure on. This amazing woman worked me over I tell you!!! I did request a deep tissue, and that's exactly what she gave me. From head to toe, she applied deep tissue massage in true fashion. After my massage, I was so impressed, that I scheduled my Husband an appointment for exactly two weeks later. I was a bit sore after my massage, but that is to be expected with a true to form deep tissue massage. Even right now as I'm typing this my traps and my back are much more loose and relaxed. I was blown away by the outstanding, top notch service that I received on both of my visit. While two of those times were understandable, only once did she clearly explain where she was going. At one point, it seemed like she was more focused on her tip than on providing a quality massage.
