The therapist welcomed me and showed me to my room. When the table shower was ready. She was kind enough to scrub me aggressively and hard like I asked. She did a pretty good job except I had to remind of of my feet and under my arms. Note: (All private areas are covered during the table shower). (Ladies, If you have not tried this, I highly recommend for you or anyone). They can scrub you to remove dead skin cells. It's very invigorating. Once I toweled myself off, I then proceed to my room for my massage. I set my timer as I always do. The therapist began to massage body with the sheet on, which is typical, to prep your body for massge, but since I was doing a 30 Min massge and I already had a table shower this step could be skipped. I attempted to explain that to My therapist but she became irritated. yBut I already had a table shower there was no need to did this step. My muscles are already warm up. It's my experience that the therapist is there to take care of you, not to perform a routine that they do on every client. My comment was the beginning, After that she spent time massaging my back. I asked her to move to the rest of my body. She said that a 30 min massge is back only. I said please explain. She just keep repeating that is what they do for a 30 min massage. She became irate and raised her voice. I explained to her that we could cancel the massage and I would pay for the table shower. I shared that I paid for a massage and I wanted her to spend 5 minutes on each area of the body. I don't have issues with my back, why would I spend 30 min on just that area. . It's not therapist choice, it's the clients choice. Therapist had forgotten the purpose of massage is for the benefit of the client and what they need. All in all this was an ok massage, I still tipped 20% and gave 3 stars because the table shower was very good. If you want the therapist to determine how to massge you, without even asking you if you had any area of concern or anything at all, this is the place to go. If you want a place where they are concerned about your focus areas and delivering an exceptional experience. Then you may want to go to ATL Massage on Hamiton Mill in Dacula.

From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a calm, relaxing vibe without feeling overly fancy or uncomfortable. My therapist actually listened when I explained where I was hurting and adjusted the pressure throughout the massage instead of just doing a standard routine. By the end of the session, I felt noticeably better and way less tense. I didn't realize how much stress I'd been carrying until I walked out feeling lighter. I also appreciated how clean and peaceful everything was. Sometimes massage places can feel rushed, but that wasn't the case here at all. The staff was professional, the appointment started on time, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of the experience. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I've had around Buford, and I'll be coming back.

I cannot tell you if I can give them 105 stars I would!…read more I had just gotten over Covid a few weeks ago and from laying in bed and also working at my desk - I was in so much pain too ugh! I just joined a gym and was so majorly sore - since it's been a good minute since I worked out. So while limping by the front desk, I asked the owner does he know a good, clean and no nonsense place to get a great massage. He told me about this place that most couples go to this amazing new place... Naturally I looked it up and I was reluctant to go at first, based on the low reviews - I read through them, and nothing sounded shady. Plus, the manager replied to each negative review and that is always a plus for me. Unreal is all I can say - super clean, unreal foot massage and hot stones for the back were just beyond words. Feel like getting a second job to afford this new place - I instantly got addicted to!

The experience here was not great…read more We came here after not having a good experience somewhere else down the street, hoping to save the day. We were wrong sadly. Discussed a couples massage. We were put into a room. My Masseuse left the room for 10 mins and a different person came and finished my massage. The person massaging my wife left the room a total of 5 times. Her masseuse kept stopping her massage to text on her phone and left it on vibrate next to her head. So we're touching our phones and then massaging our face...I know she didn't have anyone up front but thats not our problem, we paid for a service and we are being short changed. so we missed sections of massages due to our masseuses coming and going, leaving the door open with our bodies exposes. all said in done when it came time to pay the person in charged pressured us for tips asking how much of a tip we wanted to leave, and giving us her suggestion of $20 each. She gave us terrible service and wanted over a 30% tip. absolutely not, when we told we didn't appreciate the repetitive room leaving, she was offended. we ended up giving them $5 each for tip she was talking smack in front of us. what did you expect, honestly?

She focused on my areas of concern and was very thorough. She asked I like more or less pressure. Sue really worked efficiently to hit the entire body. Most people neglect areas because they don't time themselves properly. But Sue was great about managing her time. I had a 90 min massage. They allowed me to take a self shower, which is great if your coming from work or gym and you want to freshen up. They have a great manager. I think her name is Amanda, (I believe she Hispanic. Not that that matters, but you want to be sure to speak with her if you can't get an appt). She is very responsive. She will find you a location near by. They have a great team of therapist. Just for texture : I get a massage at least once per week. I am a body builder, personal trainer and a therapist myself. I'm licensed in the state of GA. So I understand when someone is training or fairly new. But this was not that. 1. The therapist should not spend 10 min with the drape in place massaging you. 2. The purpose of the initial draped phase is to prepare your muscles for the massage. That should take three to five min. unless you requested longer. My therapist, (female dark hark dark outfit) spent 30 min of a 1 hour total body massage on my back. Note: The largest muscles are glutes, quads, lats, pecs etc. that's where the time should be spent but most people don't like all those muscles massaged, which is why I am clear that I want a total body massage. 3. She spent too much time on my back. (I did not request extra time be spent). 4. I constantly asked her to move on and I even ask the manager to come I the room and explain but she continued to massage my back. 5 This horrible experience cost $55 including tip. (Yes I tipped over 20%) for that experience. 6. The Therapist needs to manage her time better. 7. During the massage of just my back, we used my translator, because I kept asking her to move on but she didn't understand.uneven ask the lady at the front desk to explain and she still move to the next bodypart On my translator she types, "The Massage experience is a shared one". So try to relax. How can I relax when there's 30 min left and she has not even done glutes, arms, legs. On the back side. Unless we are both paying i etc. t's not a shared experience., if she's going to rush through the remaining body parts. 8. There was only 30 left I had not even turned over I get that people may not want pecs, and and quads massages but I told them when I checked in Im a bodybuilder, and I needed total body, except head and feet massaged. She had not massage even done my arms, when would she have time for head and feet. 9. This was a terrible experience and I caution anyone unless you just want a mediocre back massage don't waste your money. 10. This was the final straw, 30 min into it she arms were not down, she preceded to do the rest of my body while draped. Georgia massage training, teaches you how to properly drape and tuck each area to ensure modesty. Unless otherwise requested. Areas should be un draped and tucked properly. When I was in Hong Kong twos weeks prior to this sorry massage. They properly un draped the area to massaged and re draped before moving to next area. This ensures hand to skin contact and you can actually feel the various muscles and contours. My therapist was obviously not licensed in the state of GA. This is something that you all should consider Inlike to try and give other locations a shot be user my usual therapist at (ATL Massage) in Dacula off Brasselton was not available, so I took a chance. Horrible , don't go there I can give you several quality massage locations.
