Lashes fell off after coming back home in less than 24 hours! They don't really have a real lash look to them either, very plastic looking and they irritated my eyes. Makeup was pretty but a little too caked. read more

I've had my makeup down by Get Lashed for many years and recently decided for a photo shoot I'd try the lashes. The lashes were light, long and lustrous, they lasted all day and honestly, I forgot I had them on. They brought a lot of flare to my photo shoot and they were not heavy. It took only a few minutes for each to be applied and they're reusable so I can apply at home by myself. Get Lashed provides all the necessary products to care for your lashes and instructions. Ok had a horrible experience here. I was not satisfied with my overall experience. It took my "lash tech" 3 tries to apply my lashes and even then I still applied one lash myself. Customer service was pleasant but my person destiny didn't apply my lashes correct. I'm highly unsatisfied. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know how thing should be done in the beauty industry. I did just pay the fee because I try not to be a difficult client but truth be told I'm highly unsatisfied. And these aren't real 3D mink lashes read more

Had the honor of trying out these lovely lashes during their grand opening and was not disappointed. First of all, the kiosk is so pink, pretty and feminine it stands out. The entire experience made me feel like a queen: From selecting the perfect lash to having one of the lash consultants adjust and apply them for me. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful which just added to such an unforgettable experience. And as for the lashes, I can't wear anything else. Their so full and lush. I went to Get Lashed in Cumberland Mall right before Thanksgiving to get lashes and I would never go back. I left the mall and went to the nail shop that was 10 minutes away and lashes had already fallen off into my lap. I went back to have them reapplied after my nail appointment the same day; however, the next day, they were laying on my pillow when I woke. These lashes were supposed to last seven days with proper care (which I did); however, they barely lasted 24 hours. Never again for me! read more

I give this place one star review because the owner was rude and terrible to her customers. Very unprofessional environment with too much cussing going on. I had my child with me and the workers were very vulgar. The experience I had here was awful. The customer service was awful and so were the lashes. However, the makeup stand upstairs was way nicer. I wouldn't come back here and definitely never spending $45 on ONE lash. That's ridiculous. read more

I have been a long time loyal customer to Get Lashed. I have never had a problem with their quality of work or product. The problem that I have is with the owner Shae and her treatment of her employees. There have been countless occasions I have witnessed the owner lashing out (no pun intended) on her employees for simply doing their job. She is extremely vindictive and uptight and not the carefree fun-loving boss she portrays. I have also came to the conclusion that half of the good reviews left on Yelp have been either people that she knows or her own employees pretending to be customers leaving reviews. That along with her short temperateness and passive aggressiveness has been extremely apparent in my last few visits, so much so I have decided to no longer support Get Lashed and I urge anyone reading this review to do the same. read more

Initially, when I reached to Jazmine to do my sister's makeup for her upcoming wedding, she was great. Her responsiveness was extremely quick, she was detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. So, imagine my surprise when I found out that Jazmine told my sister she double/overbooked the weekend of her wedding (we booked her for two days). Jazmine proceeded to tell my sister that she could come later and do her makeup at 3PM; keeping in mind, the wedding starts at 5PM (not including the time that it would take to arrive at the venue and do the first look.) When my sister informed Jazmine that those times would not work and requested a refund, Jazmine quite literally ghosted her and since has not returned the money. It has been a complete 180 from the Jazmine that I experienced in the beginning; it almost feels as if we had been lured into a scam. And to top it off, coming here to see that the most recent review of Jazmine says that she missed doing makeup for a bride to attend a dentist appointment, that was the same excuse she gave my sister this week when my sister was trying to get a hold of her. So, be weary, Jazmine is 100% more likely to prioritize going to and being on time for the dentist than showing up to do your makeup.

Immediately I felt very welcomed by the staff! Super friendly and they were so cute. I'm not an regular lash wearer but I've always loved the look of lashes on other women! I loved my experience with Get Lashed! I've had lashes put on before, but no one has taken the time to not only show me how to put them on myself, but to care for them so that they last a long time. Shae was the perfect "Lash Instructor." She showed me a variety of lashes and helped me pick the ones that were best for my date. I recommend Get Lashed to everyone. I've gotten lashed I don't know how many times - from red carpet events to baby showers. The customer service is impeccable and the prices are fair. Their schedule is flexible whether I need a last minute touch up or plan for an event months in advance. The lashes lasts for up to 30 uses, and if you don't know how to put them on.
