The decor looks cozy but humble. It can be a little dim in places, and the ventilation could use a little work because the polish smell gets strong after awhile. So I haven't sold you yet, have I? I know. I'm getting there. These women who work here are just so efficient and dependable. They do their work fastidiously and apologize quickly for even the slightest thing, like when there were only two of them working and their main line rang. The ahjumma taking care of me glanced up at me worriedly and held out her hands. "So sorry," she said, while rushing to get the phone. And then apologized again when she returned. It took no longer than a few moments, and it didn't hurt my experience at all. But it was earnest - like she knew this wasn't the fanciest shop you could come to, but she wants to make sure you have as good a time as you can. And speaking of a good time, if you end up getting a pedicure, get the Callus Eliminator. I know. The name of this pedicure menu item sounds more like a 90s Arnold Swartei...Swarthf...you know who. It sounds like one of his films instead of a nice spa experience. But after walking about all summer in sandals, my feet take a pretty brutal beating. And after these women are done, these tootsies get as soft as babies. And the exfoliant leg and feet massage? Brings ASMR shivers for me every dang time. They're incredibly detail oriented, and I've never had a bad nail job, even with colors that don't take kindly to weird brush swoops. But these women lean closely over my feet and you can tell how hard they're working to make it look just right. I've never had a bad job. But if I did, I'm sure they'd do a fine job apologizing.

I wanted this pedicure so bad and instead of getting the service I deserved, I got service that WAS RUSHED and lacked effort in all things spa. A pedicure should be relaxing and the representative should be taking there time. Of course not slow but not rushed. The rep I had did not cut my cuticles right leaving left overs, rubbed each leg 3 times, not massaged at all with the scrub and lotion, put a too hot towel on my leg (I told her it was too hot to which she ignored), then went to polish. (7 mins at this point) I stopped her to ask her could she cut the rest of my cuticles and her reply was, "Wait I will get to it after." (As she bilegins to polish.) I asked why do I need to wait. She continued answering in a rude disrespectful tone. I decided that since this representative was having a hard time prpviding me the service I deserved she could stop. I told her I did not want a rushed pedicure. She interrupted me while I spoke to her to tell her my requests so I paid and left. I will NOT bring my friends back or recommend a place that should be peaceful, that will not provide the best service. Especially if we paid our hard earned money. I really like my other experiences but just because you have things on your mind or having a bad day does not mean bad service is acceptable. Its not! I dont want it.

Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. All nice enough people, but it's a waste of money if they won't fix problems. Be cautious going here. Looks great with the new changes but the actual nail quality is the worst I've ever had. Telling all my friends to avoid especially since my out of town friend didn't have a good experience either with the nail quality. Update: For me to have gotten my nails done 4:30-6:30 PM Thursday July 11th (SNS removal and SNS) then noticing on morning of Saturday July 13th a cracked and chipped nail then Sunday July 14th a 2nd cracked nail noticeably breaking due to gently washing dishes, these nails are not quality! I've been rougher on my hands when I was a teacher and SNS never chipped like this. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS. Pedicures might be fine but nails are POORLY DONE. I want my money back but since that's not possible, I'll just keep telling everyone about avoiding this place.

The location is convenient and the inside is clean and decorated nice. I was disappointed at the variety of polishes. The were no bright orange, bright pink, or any other bright colors. They also have extremely limited choices of glitter polish (literally only a couple choices - - both were silver/white speckles). Their price board shows nail fix $4, but the guy charged me $5. And, luckily I had cash on me, because they charge a surcharge if you pay with a credit card (many nail shops do this, so I wasn't surprised, no big deal).

Bryan was my nail tech and I just have to say he should definitely be getting paid more. I went to Q nails and Spa, because my sister recommended it to me and she was absolutely right. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. I was able to relax in their comfortable chairs that were more on the new side, very well kept. The whole place is very clean, smells good. Everyone working there seems to respect each other as well which is a huge plus to see as a customer. I would definitely recommend this place and keep in mind that they also offer 20% off for your first visit!

The owner fired back at me that I had received Gel nails, and therefore the charge was more. I replied to her that I did not request gel nor did it say anything about gel nails on my selected color. Instead of a professional approach speaking to me calmly, and maybe apologize for a misunderstanding, it turned into a high pitched broken English event . They need to clearly tell the customer if they are going to use gel color and not provide a surprise bill. I was not pleased and it did cross my mind that this might have been a tactic to up charge the customer. Aside from the polish issue, I was satisfied with the way the pedicure was done.
