So I decided to wait and see how my first manicure wore before writing my review. I'm glad I finally checked out the salon. I had been driving up to Brookhaven to get my nails done even after moving to Upper Westside. My first SNS manicure lasted a full 4 weeks without lifting or cracking. The only reason it didn't last longer was my fault. I chipped a nail finally at work using my nails to open a box instead of getting a box cutter. I've had a great experience with both Crystal and Kris. This will be my new go-to place. The service is great, consistent, and reasonably priced. There's plenty of parking available. Payment preference is Cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

They look like lee press on fake nails

Not honest with prices It's not worth it. Super expensive My nails look so bad Go to the nail salon down the street!

I really love my SNS nails. I usually come here only for eyebrows, but I decided on a whim to give them a try on my hands. * Everyone is really friendly! The nail tech did an AWESOME job!! She was very thorough and paid close attention to detail. Loved it!! They also have a lot of colors to choose from. * I had a 3 week old SNS polish that I needed taken off. They have a much simpler process for taking off the polish. Either that or my nails were just ready to come off themselves. * $35 is a really good price for good service!! And they're close to home!!

5 stars! They worked me in for mani and pedi on a busy day and did a great job! My gel mani didn't last as long as they should so I came back for a fill in and they worked me in as they were closing to fix them and wouldn't accept payment. Super kind people on first and second visit. Highly recommend!

This place delivers. I posted pics on here. They do a great job. This place is very clean and thorough. My stylist at MarieMarie salon swears by it. It's very quaint and nestled in a shopping center beside a shopping center. They always do a predictably good job and are very clean and attentive. The massage chairs are great too. Cash is preferred. I usually bring $40ish for a mani/pedi.

I decided to change up where I get a quick polish change in Atlanta and ended up with a manicure. They had a selection of colors that were even alphabetized. As I chose the basic manicure, I was still impressed. This service included hot mits for your hand (and I mean hot) and a quick massage. For $12, I won't complain. I wish I had been able to use an actual dryer instead of a fan, but I'll make do. There was a good number of stations chairs to accommodate a lot of customers. Granted, I came on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't too busy, I can imagine this comes in handy on a Friday evening.

Check in was quick and efficient. The young woman who gave me my tour was so kind and thoughtful. I spent some time in the sauna and relaxation room before my service. The hot drink of the morning was peppermint tea. PERFECT. The tech took such great care of me - one of the best spa mani/pedis I have had in YEARS!!! I'll definitely be back and recommend going earlier in the day if you prefer a quieter and less crowded experience. This place was packed by noon.

In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, "Yeah, we received it." Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 -- approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me -- simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn't matter.

As far as the look, compared to the hotel itself, the waiting room and powder room were a bit underwhelming. I booked the earliest appointment and they were out already out of champagne which was interesting (it was supposed to come with my service). And to note, if you book the earliest appointment, you can still arrive early. When I booked my massage for 11AM, considering the spa doesn't open until 11AM, I was under the impression that that's the earliest I could arrive. However the time I took to get ready was deducted from my massage which was a bummer but understandable per the policy. So don't be like me haha. However, their other locations, like Atlanta, feel completely neglected by comparison. It seems clear that corporate priority has shifted almost entirely toward expanding their barre and Core Fusion offerings at the expense of traditional practice. After over a year of membership, I ultimately decided to cancel. The monthly cost simply no longer justified the value, especially as the culture shifted heavily toward the ultra-physical--a push-harder, get-skinny mindset that feels rooted in superficiality rather than wellness. The instructor lineup reflects this shift, with those teaching the most intense, workout-driven classes being rewarded with more time slots, while traditional yoga instructors have either left or had their schedules drastically cut.
