I came in to get a mani and pedi. I walked in and stood at the desk and the people at the desk continued working and ignored me until I said something. They took me back to work on my nails they brought be a bowl full of acetone for me to dip my fingers in to take my old sns powder off. I requested that they wrap my fingers individually to do my soak off because when I DIP MY ENTIRE HAND IN A BOWL OF ACETONE it irritates my skin. They refused to do it. They literally said no we're not going to do that you just need to put your hand in the bowl, it's going to take too long. It takes 5 minutes to put acetone on a cotton ball and wrap it in foil on my fingers. The manager just started shaking his head no and walked away. No, sorry for the inconvenience nothing. I'm pretty sure had I been a White woman this wouldn't have occurred this way. This is a service I get done at EVERY salon in Atlanta. Go somewhere you will be respected as a customer. Don't waste your time. It smelled like pee in there anyway. Bad plumbing I think. Update: I went to Nail Fantastic in Sandy Springs and THIS is how your nails are supposed to be soaked off. See pic below. Don't let those people at Lush have you dip your hand in a bowl of chemicals. They have Awesome customer service too!

Love them! I come with my Friend Esther and get the SNS, they do a great job. Even if you show late or close to closing.

I was about to head on over to my regular nail salon but decided to search the area and read up on some reviews by other Yelpers of nail salons in the area. Lush came up at the top of the list so, off I went. I got there on a Thursday in the middle of the afternoon, thankfully they were not busy and took me to my chair right away. Yes, the Yelpers were right, the English language was well spoken by all except one. Luckily, she was the one who did my Pedi and because she did a BANG UP job, I didn't mind the occasional - huh, excuse me, what did you say? Say that again please? And of course, the occasional nods of agreement when both she and I just didn't get it. Thinking about going and getting a Pedi?? Ask for Tiffany ;-) First question I was asked after being seated was, "Is there anything I can get for you? UM, yeah...bring out the Champagne!!! Yes, you can rest, relax and get your drink on at the same time! Lovely addition. Why don't all salons think of this? It was a little hard drinking up considering I also had my nails done but a little foil on my fingers didn't stop me! A little maneuvering around with a crisscross action of my arms, did it! And the occasional help with lifting the glass to my lips from one of the ladies...helped the bubbly get down nice and easy. I wonder if the name Lush has any connection to the Alcohol?? The massage chair was a whole different experience in itself. After the Attendee left to get my drink the chair got to going. I have never sat in a chair that not only does the usually, vibrating, jiggling, deep back penetration but this chair did something extra. It started firmly rising and dropping down below, up under my backside?? Why?? I didn't need to be caressed like that in front of everybody, especially about to drink it up. I felt a little violated. I told them that part of it had to go, I'll just have the regular please! Gelish nail polish is my new thing, hence the foil on my fingers. Any nail polish that lasts up to weeks at a time is worth the money. I enjoyed my visit and will be back!

$40 full set.. supposed to be almond shaped

Came in Saturday night around 6:30p for a full set and pedicure for a birthday celebration I was attending later. The tech who did my pedicure was amazing. The tech who did my full set needs more training.. on non-paying customers. I asked for almonds shaped nails, and ended up with a horrible job. Each nail (incl. nail bed) was shaped differently.. my cuticles was destroyed.. uneven buffing and terrible paint job. When I informed the nail tech that I wasn't satisfied with the job she insisted that they looked fine to her and mentioned that she was trying to get home to her daughter. The manager eventually had to come shape my nails (still not satisfied), but with it being much after 8p by then, and me running late for the celebration, I left with the worst set of nails I've received.

Not investing back into the shop for a Buckhead area.

Overpriced for mediocre service and experience. I came for SNS w/ express manicure added, and a polish change on my toes. SNS is 45 and express mani is an extra 10, but it turns out that the only thing the express mani entails is placing your hands in warm water for 3 minutes and clipping away your cuticles. Really?? They didn't slap on any cuticle oil, no lotion at the end, nothing! Not to mention the lady cutting far too much of two of my cuticles. When I told her they were burning after painting whatever base coats and bonding liquid on my nail, she didn't do or say anything in response. And she bumped into my cuticles with that extra sharp drill about 5 times! Never a 'sorry' or anything, just jerking my finger back towards her when I jumped after getting knicked with it. I picked a glittery dip with no color but she insisted that I needed to have a soft white underneath in order for the glitter pieces to stick. I found out that this wasn't true because my mom came with me and got a diff shade of glitter, same kind as me , and her tech did not do the bottom layer of color. I'm not a fan of how it looks with the white - it was just a preference of hers that she told me she HAD to do. Clearly it wasn't necessary. **I brought this up after paying and they DID offer a free redo appointment since I didn't like it, but in order for it to be free, it has to be done by the same nail tech as before. My cuticles that she cut a lot of are still sore and burn when I wash my hands, and she wasn't careful with the sharp drill so I am choosing to take the L because I don't want her working on my hands again. I didn't realize the polish change for my toes was 15 dollars but whatever. I got French tips which is an extra 10. So 25 dollars for y'all to paint a small white strip over the tips of my toenails?? Girl. Never again.

And I am so glad that I had the time from walking in, I was immediately greeted with a smile from multiple people inside the salon. I requested a pedicure with acrylic overlay on my two big toes. When I got to the pedicure chair immediately noticed a complete difference in their massage chairs, they are wider and more comfortable than previous places I have gone to. I was offered a complementary drink. They have soda and water, complementary and wine if your service is over $60. It was a little too early for me for wine so I just opted on water, but I do appreciate them offering something. There is a full bar set up which was really nice so if they were to ever do you know a little mocktails or cocktail that would be even better but you know the overall aesthetic of it was really really nice very classy not overwhelming at all not giving like a club vibe. I was handed the pedicure menu and I decided on their spring offering which was a mint CBD pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles have been so so sore from working out and this pedicure was exactly what I needed. I'm leaving feeling so much better than when I came in. And the massage that she gave OMG I almost fell asleep. The pedicure starting out is $65 and it is for 55 minutes but it felt a little longer but that's just because it was so good. Of course I had extra add-ons the gel polish and acrylic two toes so my service came out to $98 and I will say it was $98 well spent the atmosphere was quiet very little noise. It was early. I came in at 11 AM but overall even with people moving around, it was still very minimal noise and a relaxing experience. I think her name tag said Nina if I can remember correctly but she let me know they've been open for 8 months. I definitely plan on coming back because 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I also plan to get my nails done in the future. My nails were already done. I just came for the pedicure, but if their service for Nails is anything like the pedicure, they will have a forever client in me.

The decor looks cozy but humble. It can be a little dim in places, and the ventilation could use a little work because the polish smell gets strong after awhile. So I haven't sold you yet, have I? I know. I'm getting there. These women who work here are just so efficient and dependable. They do their work fastidiously and apologize quickly for even the slightest thing, like when there were only two of them working and their main line rang. The ahjumma taking care of me glanced up at me worriedly and held out her hands. "So sorry," she said, while rushing to get the phone. And then apologized again when she returned. It took no longer than a few moments, and it didn't hurt my experience at all. But it was earnest - like she knew this wasn't the fanciest shop you could come to, but she wants to make sure you have as good a time as you can. And speaking of a good time, if you end up getting a pedicure, get the Callus Eliminator. I know. The name of this pedicure menu item sounds more like a 90s Arnold Swartei...Swarthf...you know who. It sounds like one of his films instead of a nice spa experience. But after walking about all summer in sandals, my feet take a pretty brutal beating. And after these women are done, these tootsies get as soft as babies. And the exfoliant leg and feet massage? Brings ASMR shivers for me every dang time. They're incredibly detail oriented, and I've never had a bad nail job, even with colors that don't take kindly to weird brush swoops. But these women lean closely over my feet and you can tell how hard they're working to make it look just right. I've never had a bad job. But if I did, I'm sure they'd do a fine job apologizing.

The rep I had did not cut my cuticles right leaving left overs, rubbed each leg 3 times, not massaged at all with the scrub and lotion, put a too hot towel on my leg (I told her it was too hot to which she ignored), then went to polish. (7 mins at this point) I stopped her to ask her could she cut the rest of my cuticles and her reply was, "Wait I will get to it after." (As she bilegins to polish.) I asked why do I need to wait. She continued answering in a rude disrespectful tone. I decided that since this representative was having a hard time prpviding me the service I deserved she could stop. I told her I did not want a rushed pedicure. She interrupted me while I spoke to her to tell her my requests so I paid and left. I will NOT bring my friends back or recommend a place that should be peaceful, that will not provide the best service. Especially if we paid our hard earned money. I really like my other experiences but just because you have things on your mind or having a bad day does not mean bad service is acceptable. Its not! I dont want it.

Hong did an excellent job bringing my vision to life. I received a short acrylic set on my hands, along with a fill and gel polish on my toes. Both services were done at the same time, which made the appointment quick and convenient. I was able to get in and out without feeling rushed, but still felt like quality work was done. The workmanship itself was solid. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, and the polish application was clean and precise. The salon was also very clean and well-maintained, which always matters to me. That said, I do feel that the total price of $150 was a bit on the higher side for the services received. While I still tipped because the service was good, I would personally prefer clearer, itemized pricing upfront before paying next time so there are no surprises.
