Might be the best nail shop in ATL! I love it hear so much! the service is quick. I'm sitting here getting my nails and feet done at the same time. The workers are sweet. Jennifer does nails top tier. She is real neat with her work and I haven't found that anywhere else. They are quick but they are not rushing you out with a messy job. So I called in because the nail shop I usually go to was closed... I'm happy that they were open because otherwise I would not have had the pleasure of Lisa doing my deluxe pedi or snatching my eyebrows as well as the ladies at Bronner Bros in West End Mall. The shop is small and the selection of polishes are limited (I've experienced that with the nail shops I've frequented in Smyrna, so I'll start to bring my own polish for that purpose), but it is clean and they are professional. I opted for the Deluxe Pedi with included 4 steps 2 steps included scrubs so my feet and legs are smooooooth (I am big on my feet and eyebrows) and the final steps included a foot masque which was ice cold, but it was covered in a hot towel wrap which warmed it up quickly so I was ok with the coldness. The eyebrow wax was a lot gentler than I'm used to (i don't know if my pin tolerance is growing or she was just a good waxer, but thanks for that ), but when she finished I could do nothing but shake my head in approval. I was very satisfied as I am convinced a good brow can improve any look and I am not a fan of the bushman brow fad. The reason for the 4 star is just because the selection was limited and the wait area small. I will return and ask for Lisa again. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Save your time, money, and energy!!!! The wait time is ridiculous!! It smells bad, dirty, old and outdated. The two staff that do work (husband & wife) are RUDE & do not treat their customers with respect at ALL. For medical reasons I'm sensitive to the smell. I asked for ask mask and she would let me get a mask. I just walked out and went somewhere else. So I won't ever return .i went to another nail salon and they gave me a mask with no hesitation read more

The man working here is problematic, extremely lazy, and rude. He's also the reason this salon won't get another dime from me. I've been coming here consistently for gel mani and regular pedi. Our first run-in, I'm halfway through my regular pedi when he asks what 'level' of pedi I want. I said regular and he argues with me that I asked for a deluxe. I assertively told him he's lying. This last visit, he leaves tons of gel polish on my nails and tries to paint over it. I call him out and he lies, saying it's from the powder he used on my last visit. I don't use powder on my nails. Never have. He proceeds with trying to paint over the leftover gel. I point it out again and he starts roughly filing the polish and damaging my natural nails. I pull my hand away and tell him to stop. He says it's impossible to get al of the polish off without damaging nails with the drill. At this point, I'm livid. Do not support this racist nail shop. This would of been my second time using it but instead I took my daughter and walked out. I'm pretty sure these people are racist but they pretend at times so please don't support their business as that hate is embedded in the core and only masked at times for the sake of their business. I went in when they first opened and waited outside with my daughter as they were running late to open. Once opened, they didn't apologize for their delay, didn't greet us at all and instead asked why do you want... I said Good morning, I'd like a fill and a pedicure and I would like polish on my daughter. They started talking in their language then the owner says she can only do my fill but not pedicure or my daughter because she apparently has an appointment. I'm confused. It's Tuesday morning and I'm coming as a walk in at a non busy time. Also, there were 3 workers... how can you not manage 2 customers? She just said I'd have to wait about an hour to get my pedicure. I said no worries I'm good so hopefully this helps you have a better day and I left. On my way out, An Asian girl walked in, in which they said good morning and proceeded to service her. This is such a sad world we live in where you have to deal with these type of people and their lack of humanity and customer service when you're not from the same culture or have the same skin color. I'm North African, and I love who I am and treat all equally, I pray you do the same not just for the sake of your business but for the simple fact that God is watching you and awaiting you on judgement day because to treat and speak to a mother like this Infront of her 5 year old daughter is disgusting on another level. read more

Seeing that they were closed,but still busy...and took me 30 minutes after closing they rock! The pedicure was efficient...massage sucked but in the technicians defense...it was after closing and I ended up being the last person in there.i put my pedicure sandals on and just left without drying because I was already grateful they honored my late entrance...he was very nice and pedicure is only $20,$30 for deluxe and $3 if you only want one deluxe option added rather than the whole $30 which was cool,thx! read more

Extremely rude husband and wife. I've been getting my eyebrows done for years here. Went into today was not addressed and was told the eyebrow tech no longer worked there. I asked if anyone could do them and I was ignored twice. Sadly the wife did my eyes brows once when the regular tech was pregnant. I will never go back again. read more

I received a polish service that a 2 year old could have done better. I guess because I spoke up acknowledging my dissatisfaction instead of fixing Hoang intentionally did a worse job on my nails.
