It had a fungus growing due to improperly done builder gel at another salon. Nina and Kim reassured me that things will be okay and explained how/why it happened, took great care of me and even advised against services keeping the health of my nail as the main focus. When I got to the pedicure chair immediately noticed a complete difference in their massage chairs, they are wider and more comfortable than previous places I have gone to. I was offered a complementary drink. They have soda and water, complementary and wine if your service is over $60. It was a little too early for me for wine so I just opted on water, but I do appreciate them offering something. There is a full bar set up which was really nice so if they were to ever do you know a little mocktails or cocktail that would be even better but you know the overall aesthetic of it was really really nice very classy not overwhelming at all not giving like a club vibe. I was handed the pedicure menu and I decided on their spring offering which was a mint CBD pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles have been so so sore from working out and this pedicure was exactly what I needed. I'm leaving feeling so much better than when I came in. And the massage that she gave OMG I almost fell asleep. The pedicure starting out is $65 and it is for 55 minutes but it felt a little longer but that's just because it was so good. Of course I had extra add-ons the gel polish and acrylic two toes so my service came out to $98 and I will say it was $98 well spent the atmosphere was quiet very little noise. It was early. I came in at 11 AM but overall even with people moving around, it was still very minimal noise and a relaxing experience. I think her name tag said Nina if I can remember correctly but she let me know they've been open for 8 months. I definitely plan on coming back because 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I also plan to get my nails done in the future. My nails were already done. I just came for the pedicure, but if their service for Nails is anything like the pedicure, they will have a forever client in me.

She was very fast and efficient. My pedicure took less than 30 min but with less than 1 min of massage :( The result was decent but again, I want a spa like experience, not a marathon.

I also had old acrylic nails from another salon that needed to be removed. I asked twice if I could borrow one fake nail so I could slide the acrylics off myself, but he insisted it was "fine" and said he would remove them. I asked multiple times and was still basically told no. The removal took about 30 minutes and was painful the entire time. Afterward, I was charged $20 just for the removal, which I was not clearly told upfront. For comparison, my friend sitting next to me received a full manicure with polish for the same price. Between the pain, lack of communication, and unexpected charges, this was a very disappointing experience. Please don't waste your money here.
