What I went through, and how I found the best doctor in my opinion, Dr. Stanley Okoru at Georgia Plastic, changed my life forever. From the very beginning, I knew I was home, and choosing Georgia Plastic was the best decision I ever made. When God led me to Georgia Plastic, I had no idea what to expect, but I had a lot of questions--and I made the call. My first conversation was with Keziah at the front desk. She was sweet, patient, and answered every single question with kindness. I had a lot of questions, but never once felt rushed or felt I was irritating the ladies. Over the years, I spoke with many staff members, but my favorite is Nalleli. We could talk for hours, and she always stayed on the phone with me, listening to my concerns and reassuring me. "Sarah", Dr. O's Physician Assistant, has also been amazing--knowledgeable, patient, and checking on me weekly since surgery. "Christine" the office manager made me feel comfortable and cared for. This office truly felt like family. This was not an overnight process. My BMI was too high, so I went on Ozempic for 2years and lost over 60 pounds. I quit smoking and vaping after 25+ years not just for surgery, but for my health. I completed blood work, medical clearances, and everything required because I knew I wanted a massive life change. I had a few bumps along the way--dates changed, weight fluctuations--but nothing stopped me. When the time finally came, I booked my Airbnb, flight, rental car, and post-op nurse. Walking into the office felt unreal. I was nervous and anxious, but once I met the entire team I had been speaking to for over three years, it felt like a celebration. Meeting Dr. Stanley Okoru at my pre-op appointment was a dream come true. We discussed the procedure, expectations, and care. I knew immediately I was in the right hands. On 10/23/25, surgery day, I arrived early and was cared for by the team and Victoria, RN, until it was time to go under. I don't even remember falling asleep. I woke up with no pain just pressure from the muscle repair. I knew I was safe, I rested at my Airbnb while being cared for my amazing post op nurse Marcella while I was in Georgia! The next day at my post op appointment when my garment came off and I looked in the mirror, I cried. "Is that me?" Damm, Dr. Okoru truly has gifted hands. He kept his promise, he snatched my soul! I stayed in Georgia for 14 days, saw him multiple times, and healed beautifully with no complications. I also received lymphatic massage from "MJ" and the services at "Amachi Med Spa", which were amazing. "Rosa", the social media coordinator, documented my journey just as promised, and I'm extremely grateful. My scar is thin and beautiful. I don't hate it I honor it. It represents how far I've come. I'm 58 years old, and I love who I see in the mirror. Dr. Okoru removed 8 pounds of fat, revealed my shape, and restored my confidence. My husband, family, and my 2 Besties, tiara & Clarice & everyone around me sees the difference. Dr okoru, truly cares about his patients. Dr. Okoru's bedside manner is unmatched. If you have keloids on your ear lobes this is the place to go to have them removed. After a failed OP surgery at a local hospital by a physician who shall remain nameless, we found Georgia Plastic. The consultation, treatment regimen and subsequent removal of keloids on both earlobes was informative, helpful, affordable (not covered by insurance) and successful with zero recurrence so far. The staff is nice, professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything in a way that makes sense to the patient. You are provided with multiple options for treatment and aftercare and subsequent visits are schedule appropriately for optimal healing and follow up. I hate we didn't find Georgia Plastic first and looking back, that entire process makes no sense to me now after having such an amazing experience here. I went to Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for a tummy tuck with liposuction and muscle repair. Though I have a very slim build (5'7" & 145 lbs), I had a severe muscle separation from all my three pregnancies (I had fairly large babies) and I just couldn't get my stomach back to being flat. The timeline to be fully healed from an extensive tummy tuck like I had is 6-12 months and so being one year post op from my tummy tuck procedure, I thought this would be a good time to write my review. The surgeon that performed my procedure was Dr. Daniel Park with Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and I must say that he did a TERRIBLE job! I do not say this begrudgingly. Rather, I am saying this after having paid quite a bit of money to have second-opinion consultations with four different Board-Certified surgeons. They all confirmed that my tummy tuck was very poorly done and I would need to repeat the process again with another full tummy tuck. After spending close to $12,000 in cash on this procedure with Dr. Park, I am left with a bulging stomach that is not esthetically pleasing. Here are the problems with my results: 1) My belly button is very visibly off center and looks like a Pepperoni. 2) My tummy tuck scar is way too high (and I noticed this is the case with ALL Dr. Park's patients). We all have very high scars that are at belly button level versus bikini level. It is a very high V-shape. None of the Board-Certified surgeons I met with could understand why he makes his incisions so very high! And because of how high these incisions are, the scars cannot be revised downward so the position is permanent. 3) I had a wound dehiscence (when the skin dies and creates a disgusting hole right into your stomach) a day after surgery which Dr. Park dismissed when my husband alerted him that the skin around the incision had turned Dark Purple. It later turned out to be a serious wound that required daily would treatment for three months and left a horrific unpleasant scar. Another scar that I did not bargain for! 4) My stomach is STILL NOT flat and there is a bulge in my upper abdomen, which should not be the case after having my muscles stitched together from my breastbone to my hip bone. One of the Board Certified surgeons whom I met with for a second opinion said that he has had several patients from Dr. Park come to him for tummy tuck revision surgery and they all had the exact same problems as I have. I gave him my MRI images and he said that my tummy tuck was VERY HAPHARZARDLY done and the muscles were tightened both insufficiently and asymmetrically, hence the protrusion I am seeing now. I wish I had known this about Dr. Daniel Park before spending this much money and time! I used him because he is a Board Certified surgeon, but now I see that some Board Certified surgeons are not skilled with tummy tuck procedures at all. I am writing this review so that another patient does not have to spend this money and experience the same traumatic results as I did. A tummy tuck with liposuction and muscle repair is a VERY PAINFUL procedure (and I have a very high tolerance for pain) and requires many months to fully heal! Please, please, please DO NOT go here if you want great results. If you do go with Dr. Daniel Park of Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, please note that YOU WILL NEED A REVISION so you might as well set aside a ton of money for TWO PROCEDURES! I will give him credit for being an extremely nice and patient Doctor, but he is not skilled in the area of tummy tucks at all! My one -year experience with this facility has been riddled with disappointments and utter regret! How I wish I could turn back the hands of time -- I would RUN FAR FAR AWAY from Dr. Park! Love this place! The staff is incredible, both Dr. Okoro & Dr. Park are amazing surgeons, but they also gave a full suite of med spa services. I got a Morpheus 8 skin tightening treatment. After a few years of research and several recommendations I decided to go see Dr. Okoro for a consultation on my breast reduction. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a genuine and friendly staff. The procedure was covered by my insurance which made my experience even better! The day of surgery went well and I could tell a difference on day one. The next day Dr. Okoro called me at home to see how I was feeling, which I thought was very considerate. I have no complaints about Dr. Park. He did a great job. Because of my previous health issues, he felt it best to do the procedure at Wellstar Cobb instead of in their own surgical suite. I was told by the financial coordinator that having the procedure at the hospital would be the same cost. I was charged thousands more than that. I had anesthesia and the hospital threatening me if I didn't pay. It has been almost a year now and Amanda nor anyone else has resolved this issue. My advice, GET IT IN WRITING! read more

Dr.Okoro and Dr.Parks are the best plastic surgeons in Georgia, however; his office manager Adopee is the worst! I was misquoted a procedure and even though they admitted it was their mistake; she refused to honor their price and she sent her staff to do her dirty work. You should be glad I didn't pursue a refund via the GA Medical board, based on the notes of the REAL plastic surgeon who corrected the terrible job performed by Ms C. I might do exactly that if you post an edgy comment that implies Ms C. didn't work there. I will NEVER forget your establishment and the condescending "meeting" you asked me to attend when I requested a refund. I had awake SmartLipo with Dr. Okoro just yesterday. I felt no pain, just occasional mild discomfort during the procedure. His staff made me feel super comfortable, as did he. In January 2018, I allowed Dr. Okoro and his team to perform a liposuction, fat transfer to hips, and a BBL procedure. Today, I am just over one year Postop, but at the time of surgery, I was 31 years old, 5ft 3ins., weighed 155lbs, never birthed any children, but had a midsection of fat that I was very unhappy with for my size, along with a small buttocks and with small and uneven sized hips. Before I decided on Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for my procedure, I, like many of you reading this now, read many reviews, and after reading the reviews of Dr. Stanley Okoro, I immediately knew that he was an ideal surgeon for me. To be honest, Dr. Okoro was my first and only consultation, as his experience, knowledge, overall warmth and kind spirit that he exuded during my consultation, confirmed for me that I didn't need to look any further. He also understood that I wanted to enhance my body, while still looking natural and not overly exaggerated. I must say that I am very pleased with the work of Dr. Okoro. My abdomen has been sculpted to perfection, my hips are in great proportion to my legs, and my buttocks is flawless, lifted, but still very natural; the transfer to my butt and hips flow so seamlessly and perfectly into the thighs, that one would think that I was born with this figure. I am also pleased that my incisions are practically no longer visible. To this day, my family and friends still do not know that I have had this surgery done. After my procedure, I also had lifestyle change... I am now a pescatarian and I work out 2x a week, which I hadn't done since high school, and as a result I've lost almost 15 lbs. With that said, my family and friends now just say to me, "are you losing weight? Your face has really slimmed down! And why have I never realized that you have such a nice butt!" I am sitting here in a dingy leather recliner waiting on Botox injections. I have Been here over an hour. I called this morning and asked for an appt for Botox, restalyn and a coolsculpting consultation. They said they could get me In today. After a tour and then pushing me to do before pics of my body even before I decided to to coolsculpting and also 10 mins of face pics for botox (who does that) I find out that I can't get filler because only doc can do it and he isn't here. They can do my Botox but the PA is in surgery so they had to pull her out of sugary to do it. Finally got my Botox and nothing else after a solid 1.5 hours. I would have left 30 minutes ago but they took a $50 deposit up front and I at least wanted to apply it to a procedure. Needless to say I won't be back. I will drive back to Perimeter to Kavali. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. You'll thank me later. Long story short, they do not care about your time. You will be waiting forever just to get a consultation and/or a simple procedure. Then the assistant had to take my before photos for my lip injections 3 TIMES because she did not know what she was doing. The Physician Assistant ended up having to come in and do it for her. The PA Amanda is a real gem too. I went in to also discuss light lipo (im a small woman) and she basically told me I needed a boob job. Also she strongly suggested to put the fat in my behind. Not everyone wants to walk around looking like a Kim K reject ant. After ALL the waiting, retaking the pics and the PA rambling on about what she could do for me I was there for 3 hours! To make matters worse, because they made me wait so long I never even got the service I took off work to get! It was 430 and they close at 5 and I was told to come back on Friday AFTER they had already numbed my lips. As if Im going to take off work AGAIN. Screw me once shame on you.... My Opinion that they are Incompetent & Misleading. They called me as a followup to my 1st appt. I said on the call that the cost was too high and that if it were between $6k-$7k I'd more likely do it. I was asked to come back in and met with Dr. Park. I agreed and set an appt. During several emails and calls I learned that my appt. was changed without my agreement (some Emergency Elective surgery reason). I arrived for my appt. 15min. early, waited 40 min., escorted to an exam room, was asked what my surgery date was, told the attendant I was here to discuss what they wanted me to discuss, she left, and 20 minutes later Dr. Park showed up asking what questions I had about the procedure. I said none, and that I was there at their behest, he was befuddled and apologized for miscommunication. I was escorted to the waiting room to wait for their finance person who then told me the original cost estimate remained the same. I said they wasted my time and left. The Med Spa is a joke. The microblading Tech in the Med Spa needs additional training before attempting to do services on anyone's eyes. She is all talk and "thats all". She destroyed my eye brows. Now I have to have professionals correct her work. I thought I was going to get eyebrow microblading but the tech tatooed my brows and the brows turned grey. I went back to her for correction and the brows turned white. The eye tech said she would remove the white color but her machine broke and she had to have it repaired over 40 days ago. Now she won't answer my calls. She is quick to tell you "you signed the form for me to do the work and thats final". My experience has been disastrous and I do not recommend that Med Spa eye service to anyone. It is an unforgettable disastrous experience that no one should ever experience. Please do your homework and go to someone who can do the work you desire. This lady should be banned from doing work at that facility. She is a minus zero rating. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! First, I call and inquire and set up my appointment and am told to complete my paperwork via their website portal. Upon registering as a new patient, I get: no such information. I call, they resend, now, I get: please register with office. So, I call again and they tell me that I can complete paperwork at office so please arrive 15 mins early. The day of my appt. I leave my office, send their email to my nav. Later, I realize the mistake: the address at the bottom of their email comes across scrambled as: 2285 Asquith Ave, 960 Johnson Ferry Rd., Suite 340, Marietta, GA 30008, Atlanta, GA 30342. I arrive to the Johnson Ferry location and the receptionist tells me- oh, we get 7-8 people a week of theirs. I call their ofc, pay for parking and tell them I'm on my way. I arrive 30 mins late, wait for an hour, watch people come in after and get called in. I ask the receptionist as to why I'm having to wait so long as she tells me- because you were late and didn't have your paperwork completed prior.....!!!!!!!!!!! I now ask for some water and about how much longer. She gets up to get the water, comes back and talks 8 mins on a conversation, hangs up, nothing. I ask her again, water? And she says, oh, we 're out. I ask again, how much longer and she says five mins. Fifteen mins later, now over an hour, I leave. The blaring Boyz 2 Men music was giving me a headache. THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY PTO, PARKING FEE AT JOHNSON FERRY, A QTR TANK OF GAS, NO WATER, FOR NOTHING! Please quit hiring your staff from gas stations. read more

I had a large hanging tummy. I've seen other women get lipo and other procedures to enhance their look. I did my research and was comfortable with Dr Okoro, he's double board certified so I knew he was good at what he does. I made an appointment paid the 100 dollar consultation fee. He and Jenny his PA are very welcoming, very attentive ,and listen to your needs. He actually told me more things I could do to enhance my look. When I got the bill for my procedures I was shocked it was much more than I thought I emailed him and almost immediately he responded to my email. I asked if he could lower the price for me a bit he told yes. He really did work with me. When I told my mom I wanted to do it she was against it and actually scared me out of it. When they followed up with me I explained to him that my mom didn't agree and I explained she was worried about me having children in the future, he explained that it would not at all but told me I shouldn't go against what my parents want. I guess because he too is a parent. Everyday I looked at my body I was more and more uncomfortable, I battled in my head whether or not I should just do the procedure to feel better about my body. It took me almost a year. One day I decided let me just do it. I emailed him told him I decided to do it , he immediately emailed me back and the next day his patient coordinator contacted me to schedule a day for consultation the next . This time I was more prepared financially because I knew the cost and how much I would spend but I wasn't quite at the amount. During the consultation I told him a range of dates I wanted to do the procedure actually a specific date. I prayed about a date for my surgery and a specific date came to mind. He was booked. I was so shocked! I was nervous because I needed that particular date. He rearranged his schedule a bit just for me to have that date. I felt so special. There were no dates for me to be pre op because I had to work, Jenny his PA came in early so I could be pre-oped and make it to work. The day of the surgery he made me feel comfortable and told me in three months I would be a new person. It's been three months and I can honestly say I've never looked so good. I'm more confident in myself and never in life thought I could wear a twice piece swimsuit which I did for my birthday. I am forever grateful to him for first giving me a new sense of life, keeping me safe (I was in surgery for six hours), and for being patient with my decision. All the staff at Georgia Plastics are awesome they are so cohesive like a family. Great environment friendly people, excellent healthcare professionals. I highly recommend for all your needs and Jenny is so knowledgeable. His MA/esthetician Cameo comes in earlier for my smooth shapes appointment so I can make it to work on time. I'm a 43 year old, who is a wife and a mother of 3. My kids ages are 16,12, and 1, yes 1. After having 2 c-sections and 1 myomectomy I was left with what I call a baby belly. I must say I had an amazing experience at Georgia Plastic. I came to have a breast augmentation procedure done. (I went from an A cup to D cup incision under the breast and implant under the muscle) (5'9, 130 lbs). Everyone was so professional. I originally came in to have a consultation with Dr. Okoro but he was booked for the dates I wanted to have my procedure done. However, I was introduced to Dr. Celestine. She was so sweet and down to earth. I was hesitant about changing doctors because I didn't see much of her work on the website but I already felt so comfortable with her after conversing for a brief moment. And I do not regret my decision at all! I came in for a pre-op appointment and she took her time and answered all of my questions. I was very nervous about the anesthesia because as previously stated, I had never had any type of surgery. She reassured me several times that I would be fine lol the day of surgery went great. I got there at 8am and was out by 3 hours. I remember when I woke up I felt like someone banged me in the chest with a sledge hammer but Dr. Celestine was right there by my side.
