April 27th, I got 2 calls and a…read moretotal of 4 text messages from "the owner" of this establishment, well at least that's who he said he was, the last two texts were sent at 8:11pm and 8:20pm respectively (late and after regular business hours). I had to let this person know to stop calling and texting me cause it was borderline harassment. He just fell entitled to keep trying to get in touch with me as if he was some sort of friend or family member, not to even mention I was working when I got his first call. This really makes me upset and concerned, I understand having a business is stressful and he might feel my review was "unfair" but as a paid customer I have the right to express my opinions and concerns without being harassed. He kept trying to convince me to change my review and he complained that I left the same exact one on 2 different sites. Sorry but this behavior is completely unprofessional, no one should be afraid of leaving a review for a poor service. Just to address some of the "responses" you left: the facial I got from your esthetician didn't last an hour, in fact it took around 40 minutes which about a third of the time was spent on steam and a mask and that was my biggest complain, the fact that your employees fell entitled to charge 30 extra dollars for "the extra time spent"; if they told you, the owner, it was an hour they lied to you then. In fact, they did mention there was going to be a $30 charge in case they needed more time but honestly that's a rip off knowing that it wasn't going to be an hour working on my face. I have great skin modesty aside, I do take care of it very well and I also told them from the beginning I wanted to get check an ingrown hair in my chin and she didn't really do that. I told you over the phone that your strategy of trying to get customers onboard advertising your so called "30 min" facial is a really bad one, it's calling for trouble, cause your staff is always going to use the excuse "the client needed more work" so we spent more time and for that we will charge them more. Be upfront with your clients and charge more from the beginning. And if tipping is not an obligation then get rid of the sign with your esthetician Venmo accounts for us to tip them, the one located at the front counter, if you don't know what I'm talking about. Other than that you staff was polite as I said it over the phone. And for the last time, no more calls nor texts, just in case.

There's a parking deck behind the office which you park at and be sure to take the ticket with you because they validate parking. The office is located on the 6th floor. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and the front desk receptionist immediately greeted me and put me in the room. Nurse Thao came by a few minutes later and introduced herself and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. She was very nice and listened to me and recommended we do a full syringe of RHA 3 in my lips since I had previously had that a few years ago. She did such a terrific job and was very gentle and caring. I barely felt any pain! I also received 10 units of free Botox since they had a special happening in the month of May. At the end of my visit I barely had any bruising which was great. It has been 2 weeks since I received the filler and Botox and I'm very happy with my results. The staff was so so friendly and nurse Thao even texted me the next day to ask how I'm doing! They also emailed me post care instructions and scheduled a 2 week follow up to check in with me. I am so pleased with everything and I will absolutely be recommending Ellemes Med Spa and nurse Thao to all my friends.

She took time to explain what she thought would be best for me, and she doesn't try to upsell you products or services. She was realistic with me, and every step of the way, told me what to expect. I have spent almost $300 on pre-treatment steps for this peel, and have been waiting over a month to get it done and after seeing Lauren, I am already 90% better with the laser she used on it. She even checked on me the following day! Her staff is so nice, the office is beautiful, the only drawback is you do have to pay for parking, but she is soooo worth it! The appointment setter then informed me that my next appointment wouldn't be until DECEMBER 2ND because the doctor doesn't have much Saturday availability despite the fact that the average American works M-F, 9-5 so having availability that doesn't mirror the times that your clients are at work would be beneficial for your practice.
