I also appreciated receiving the consultation forms and releases by text ahead of time, which made check in easy. Ginger called before my appointment to let me know they were running about 10 to 15 minutes behind. That level of communication was appreciated, and she was just as warm and welcoming when I arrived. Morgan completed a skin analysis with me before my HydraFacial, taking the time to discuss my skin and recommend products and treatments that could be beneficial. My facial was a complimentary 30 minute service that included cleansing, a mask, moisturizer, and SPF. It was a nice introduction to their skincare services, and I enjoyed the experience without feeling like I was being pushed into purchasing additional treatments. The facility is clean and modern and offers much more than traditional facials, including IV treatments, chemical peels, Botox, GLP 1 services, and other wellness and aesthetic treatments. Since this is a medical spa, the environment feels more polished and clinical than a traditional day spa, while still being relaxing and comfortable. The Midtown location is convenient, and validated parking is free, which is always a plus in this part of Atlanta. The front desk staff was welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary parking at The M, formerly SkyHouse Buckhead. Quick tip: wait until you're inside the spa to scan their QR code for parking validation. The associate who performed my Hydrafacial asked about my skincare routine and lifestyle and explained the process. I'll admit I was initially skeptical and wondered if some of the conversation would lead to product recommendations and sales but she was knowledgeable and professional without being overly pushy. The Hydrafacial itself impressed me, especially the suction tool. I normally take very good care of my skin, but my nose tends to get whiteheads. About 48 hours later, I can still see a noticeable difference in that area. I didn't necessarily agree with every product recommendation, since my current routine has worked well for me for years, but I appreciated her expertise and took her advice into consideration. I'd also had friends in town and a few late nights, so my skin wasn't looking its best. The Hydrafacial definitely seemed to help it bounce back faster--almost like an IV boost after a long weekend. Will I make Hydrafacials part of my regular routine? I'm not sure yet. I typically get great results from sleep, hydration, exercise, low stress, and exfoliation. Parking is in a safe, covered, gated deck directly behind the building and they do validate. I was offered water upon check in, and absolutely loved the decor and style of the facility. It was clean and everyone I chatted to was pleasant. Only lost a star because I got started almost a half hour late (though they did apologize about it!) I got the hydrafacial (45 minute express) and my esthetician gave great recommendations based on my skin type. She identified each product that she was using and the process was quick, painless, and relaxing! The bed was heated which is a nice touch. I have a pretty positive experience with my services. I used a Groupon for a IV +vitamins. I forgot the young ladies name, but she was very helpful and explained everything to me. They take you to this large room, with a tv and several comfortable lazy boy type chairs. They offer you something to drink and a blanket. The lady was great in finding my vein and it took about 30 mins to complete. I will say the parking is hard to figure out right now, due to construction.
