Let me tell you it did not let me down! I bought a package for unlimited laser hair removal for a year and 3 microdermabrasion facial package. The estheticians are very knowledgeable and meticulous with their craft. I had the pleasure of having Kristen as my esthetician and you can tell she is passionate about her vocation. She does a skin analysis before starting the procedure to pin point your individual needs & goes over recommendations for future treatments to reach your desired skin goals. I had a variety of laser hair removal technicians assist me throughout the year but notes are taken to make sure that your procedures are done safely and accurately. Please note that the hair removal is not completely permanent but if you continue with the sessions you don't get hair growth in between waiting periods [every 6-7 weeks]. It's less costly than waxing, so still a win for me. Per Kristen's suggestion we are advancing to micro - needling as the best course of action for my skin. Which I'm excited to see the results once done. My skin looks and feels amazing thus far. There is plenty of complementary parking, so it's always a plus in my book when you don't have to spend extra dime on that. The spa is located on the 5th floor of the building, just adding this piece of information so you don't get lost as I did the first time. Hehe. I found that booking was simple. I called in for appointments so can't comment online bookings but if you have trouble just give them a call and they can assist you with your needs. Unfortunately, we left before the consultation even began due to the way we were treated by the reception staff. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were dismissive and unfriendly. At first, I thought I might be overthinking it, but I noticed they spoke much more politely to other clients who came in while we were there. Even my 16-year-old daughter quietly commented that she felt they were being rude to us. While completing the intake forms, I added my daughter as a minor using the option provided. I was then told we needed separate forms and was instructed to enter my daughter's correct day and month of birth but use my birth year instead. I politely questioned why I would knowingly enter incorrect information on a form I would later sign. The response I received was simply, "That's how it is," and I was offered a business card if I wanted to complain. Having worked in a similar field, I didn't feel comfortable with that process, so I calmly asked them to cancel our consultation. I was polite throughout the interaction and never raised my voice or behaved disrespectfully. As my daughter and I were walking out, both receptionists laughed loudly behind us. Whether it was directed at us or not, the timing made it feel incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't like making assumptions or accusing people of discrimination without evidence, so I sincerely hope this wasn't a case of racial bias. However, I do hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service of the front desk staff, because first impressions matter. Sadly, we left without receiving our consultation, and we will not be returning.

There's a parking deck behind the office which you park at and be sure to take the ticket with you because they validate parking. The office is located on the 6th floor. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and the front desk receptionist immediately greeted me and put me in the room. Nurse Thao came by a few minutes later and introduced herself and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. She was very nice and listened to me and recommended we do a full syringe of RHA 3 in my lips since I had previously had that a few years ago. She did such a terrific job and was very gentle and caring. I barely felt any pain! I also received 10 units of free Botox since they had a special happening in the month of May. At the end of my visit I barely had any bruising which was great. It has been 2 weeks since I received the filler and Botox and I'm very happy with my results. The staff was so so friendly and nurse Thao even texted me the next day to ask how I'm doing! They also emailed me post care instructions and scheduled a 2 week follow up to check in with me. I am so pleased with everything and I will absolutely be recommending Ellemes Med Spa and nurse Thao to all my friends.

She took time to explain what she thought would be best for me, and she doesn't try to upsell you products or services. She was realistic with me, and every step of the way, told me what to expect. I have spent almost $300 on pre-treatment steps for this peel, and have been waiting over a month to get it done and after seeing Lauren, I am already 90% better with the laser she used on it. She even checked on me the following day! Her staff is so nice, the office is beautiful, the only drawback is you do have to pay for parking, but she is soooo worth it! I am beyond grateful for her expertise, not overcharging, and also for explaining what my expectations should be, and being realistic about it. At the beginning of my appointment, I showed the aesthetician the specific areas I wanted addressed and explained that I came to Dermani because my previous place wasn't thorough with extractions. She assured me she would take care of everything, no problem. However, before even starting the facial, she was fidgeting around for about 20-25 minutes, leaving the room multiple times. It became clear something was very off. The aesthetician (whose name I'll keep private) appeared to be under the influence. She was slurring her words, rambling incoherently, laughing, and unable to stay focused. A facial is supposed to be relaxing and peaceful, but this was the complete opposite. When the service finally ended, I asked for a mirror and saw that none of my areas of concern were addressed. I pointed this out, and she brushed it off by saying the blemishes were "under the skin," which was simply not true. Many had already come to a head and could have been easily extracted. She refused to correct it. Out of discomfort (and because it was closing time), I still tipped her just to avoid an awkward situation. The next morning, I called and spoke with the manager, Ashraf, who said she would refund me. However, only the facial was refunded, not the tip. When I called back, the front desk told me they had decided not to refund the tip, even after I explained why I had given it. I was told Ashraf would call me back, but after 24 hours, she never did. I ended up going to another spa two days later, and they were able to extract everything easily with no issue. Don't be misled by the 4.9-star rating. My experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. I have proof of everything stated here.
