Made a followup appt but only had a facial since I was traveling that week and did not want scabs for 7-10 days. Was told to contact her when I returned so we can retreat what did not respond. Contacted her via website and received canned email in return that they have received my appt request and will get back to me. I have not heard a word since. Very disappointed with no follow through. It is not just the service being provided, but the entire experience including being responsive.

Mary Jo greets customers and works​ with one client at a time until their needs are taken care of. The techs and nurses do a great job. They explain each part of the process as they go. I've watched them mix the botox and they use a 1=1 mix and my Botox treatments last about 4-5 months. They have never tried to sell me products but I do check their stock to see if there's something I'm interested in. Give them 2-3 tries​ and you won't be disappointed​!

The trend in these types of salons seems to be cheaper prices ($10.99-$12.99 per cc), but with teeny-tiny needles and/or very saline-diluted Botox, the end result means less Botox and more visits to the salon. My results didn't last even 2 months, which never has happened before and which tells me a lot about the place. Nice salon (though not a medical facility as stated in business info) and very nice staff, but a ripoff for $600. Stick with the medical doctors, folks. It's worth the increased price (which varies according to doctor) for longer lasting results.

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.
