For background context: I'm fairly active and have had dozens of sports massages in the past so l knew what to expect .... Or so I thought? lol First off, she was running late. Ok no big deal. But when she came to call me, she made it known she was not in a mood. Even after asking how she was doing, she said "ehh". Ok awkward start. Whatever Then comes for the actual massage. Yall she was burping the entire time. And it was the softest pressure ever. As if someone was just rubbing lotion on my skin. Anyways, I told the front desk. And they did try to make it right so l appreciate that. And I won't disclose her name because l'd like to think she was just having a day and she's actually really good. Just my experience. But if you're a massage therapist and you're reading this, please just call off if you're having a "day".

Emily and Kiki came in the room and Kiki went over to do a Swedish massage with hot stones for my girlfriend and I asked for the deep tissue massage, pointing out my lower lat as an area I wanted to work on. WOW that hurt soooo GOOD!! I'm pretty sure the rooms next door could hear my relief MAGIC HANDS Emily was very good about checking if the pressure was too much or not enough... I let her know, you can go as hard as you want! I was originally thinking a chiropractor would be needed to work on my sore muscles but....She seemed to magically find points that needed work and somehow "moved" the pain away! She did an AMAZING job of stretching my lower back area and I was so happy to find she really knew what she was doing. Being able to use the rails to stand on me really made a big difference. She seemed to know how all the nerves in my body connected, finding pain originating in one area and "taking" it away. This was much more than a great full massage ‍, I left feeling refreshed and ready to beat myself up again in the gym .

I went home to wash my hair after my coloring/bleach and I just cried and cried and cried. This was supposed to be for my son's graduation. Ruined it. I feel like I've been punked! Deer in the headlights from everyone. Asked to fix it and I explained timing was the biggest problem that I mentioned in my consultation so that was impossible for me to "fix it". No refund, no remorse, nothing! Waste of money. I can never trust a hair salon again. I cried so much my eyes are puffy this morning. I feel disgusting because I was robbed! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
