My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

If you're looking for a Deep Tissue Massage, Angela at Starlight can get the job done!…read more Walked in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment after a long week of traveling. No wait time and received service immediately. I felt well greeted and was ushered to a modest room with warm aromas and tranquil tunes. I requested a 30 min deep tissue focusing on upper and lower back. Angela was professional, respectful, and illuminated the tender points I didn't even know I had. She began strong with body weight assisted foot pressure on my back. I could feel my transverse processes realigning. Next came oil and a muscle smoothing massage. Lastly a hot towel to relax the body and clean the oil off

OMG!!! I had to "ESCAPE" this place before I caught cooties!…read more I got there at 10 AM right when they opened. I asked to get a foot massage and the lady seemed unsure if she had an employee to give me one. She went to the back and was gone a few minutes, and then reappeared with a man that looked like he just woke up. His old t-shirt looked wrinkled and sweaty as he greeted me. He walked me to room #1 and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. The massage chairs looked old, but I still sat down. The man said he would be back with a foot soak tub and I agreed. As I waited for him to come back......I looked at the massage chair next to me and you could tell it was never cleaned up from the last customer. The towels on "my" footstool looked old and dirty in addition to the gross pillow I was about to lay on , and the air conditioner was not on enough so I was getting warm and worried about catching a foot fungus or worse from this place. I decided to leave before he came back, and will never try going there again.

Fantastic experience today for the first time at Sarah Sarah Massage. I've wanted to try this…read moreplace, which is near my house, but kept driving 20 minutes to my old place. This is going to be my new massage place. First of all, upon entering I noticed the place is immaculately clean. There is a separate entry way/foyer with comfortable seating , a separate area that is private for foot massages and several rooms for body. I always hated how my old place didn't have an entry way so you'd be in the massage with guests entering and exiting the door right near me. This is much more of an intimate experience, versus some places you have 10 other people next to you during your foot massage. Massages were exceptional. I had a 60 minute foot and hubby 60 minute body. We were both so relaxed afterwards. Thanks for a great experience! Needed it this week.

It was a $100. I told her I wanted to tip $20 and she looked at it like I was trying to give her a counterfeit bill because it was folded. But she didn't even know how to properly check. No pen, no holding it to the light. She refused to take it and made me tip via card, this forcing the 3% fee on me. It gave me a bad prejudice vibe, especially being a black woman. You know people tend to treat us in their community. I won't be back nor will i recommend.

If you are looking for a true therapeutic deep tissue massage, go see Luca. I have a degenerative…read moreL5 disc and chronic tension, and Luca spent every minute of our 90-minute session (60-min body / 30-min foot) pinpointing and correcting every "unruly" muscle I had. The facility is unassuming, but the service is world-class. It felt like a $300 resort treatment for a fraction of the price. Luca's technique is firm and precise--he doesn't just go through the motions; he actually identifies the source of the pain and works it out. I walked out feeling like a new person and tipped well over 100% because the quality was just that high. Highly recommend

Called in advance to get the massage and went in. I went in during a weekday morning, so it was pretty empty. I asked for a one-hour whole-body massage, which was really great and i really needed it. Comes to time for checkout, and i gave a 10-dollar tip. The lady paused for a second, gave me the receipt, and said ".....just 10 dollars?" and I asked her what you mean by that, and I quote, "You are only gonna give me 12 percent? You would tip more than that if you were to eat at a restaurant." AND THEN SAID, "You are a big guy, it's harder for us". That caught me off guard so much because she has been very nice up to that point , she was communicating what I want, gave me water with ice in it, and then hits me with that when I didn't give her expected tip. I ended up giving her 10 dollars more to make it 20 because I was honestly just looking to get away from that whole situation, but needless to say, I will not be coming back. It's not like I didn't tip either, so idk why she gave me such an attitude about it.
