I will say the receptionist whom I was told was new, wasn't great or knowledgeable. When you book online you are choosing between the Serenity Suite or the Kitty Suite. I asked her what the differences are and her reply was that Serenity and Kitty are the therapist' names. After speaking to the owner, that's far from accurate. The Serenity Suite is where massages occur and the Kitty Suite are for things like Brazilian waxes. I have visited twice now and Angela is AMAZING. The massage comes with hot stones and stretching which is not standard at other places. It really makes a difference. I have been telling anyone looking that Angela gave me the best massage I've ever had. One neat thing that is offered is auto detailing while you are getting massaged. When I booked last I opted for this and the total for a 1 hour massage with auto detailing was $106. Sadly, the auto detailing didn't get done because the guys had holiday weekend engagements already but at my first visit, I watched them work and they really do a great job detailing cars. Not to mention, he said the car add on was only $35...you can't beat that price at all. A couple of things to note: There is a 10% service fee on top of the regular charge and tip. Also there's a 3% processing fee if you use a card for anything.
