Polish left all over hands
Ingrid O.

Didn't have time to go to one of my regular spots (both 1/2 hour away from home). I should have made the time though. Was told There was a 19 minute wait but ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. My pedicure technician didn't understand English so every request had to be translated including how to do a proper French manicure (including a top coat). The young manicurist wasn't very knowledgeable about sanitary practices. She sneezed directly into her hands and never washed her hands. She was talking in the phone and scrolling through social media while doing my nails. Will not return

I came to this salon because it was close to my house and I couldn't make it to my regular salon. I walked in at 6:20 for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was actually great until she did the polish. No attention to detail. This polish is all over my toes and it's red so it's very noticeable. I was asking for a specific color identifying it by the name AND Number. No one even tried to assist me with that. I liked that they did my pedi and full set simultaneously but the nails are crooked and misshaped. On top of that I didn't leave the salon until 8:35 and they charged me $85. Another woman came in after me, got the exact same service as me, left before me and they only charged her $65 and they even took off her previous set of nails so I didn't understand that. I probably won't be returning. I guess that's what I get for cheating on my nail tech

This is my third time visiting this nail salon. I must say the third times the charm! I came to get a SNS reset and a Pedi...and now I've found my new favorite tech Mr Hai. He is the oldest gentleman there. Normally I'm really skeptical anytime someone new does my nails...I've had so many BAD experience in the past, but this time I just went with it. He looked at my original nails and was like humpt...yea they were above average, and all of them were not shaped the same. I had like a mix of Coffin/round square shapes going on. But I'm glad to say Hai got them shaped up PERFECTLY! We had the best conversation too...talking about different things. He's an OG...doing nails since 1992! My SNS looks amazing. He even gave me suggestions as to how to keep my real Nails strong and healthy! I will definitely be back to this location and only will go to Mr Hai.

No wait time. Friendly staff. I paid $50 for my mani pedi which was $15 more than expected but I think the nail technician did a wonderful job. She was fast but efficient.

When I went I thought hey this place seems good when I get there every thing is good they said 35 + 5 at the end 42.00 and the guy who did it was on the phone helping a friend out so I was calm about it but he totally should have payed attention to me I was there to get my nails done . He was translating and he seemed annoyed that I was there waiting for him . I asked for matte black and at the end they had bubbles in them like dents and I was charged 42 plus 5 Buck tip I was not happy but I'm not the one to argue .

On what planet is this BLUE??

The girls who did our mani/pedis were GREAT. My 15 year old wanted all of her fingers "marbled". She asked for white nails with royal blue marble to match her toes. Apparently only one man could marble so she waited over 30 min for him while i finished. I was still having my nails done but he asked her if she wanted 2 or all. She said all. He very rudely said "That's $15 more!" So being a shy 15 year old she said "Ok just 2". SHE WANTED ALL OF THEM and had I been with her i would've spoken up. Then he pulls out green polish. She said "Oh sir I'd like blue" he said "I know!!" So she sat back quietly. Her nails are so janky looking and when we complained all we got from the sweet girl checking us out was "sorry". I want my money back for the marbling on the 2 janky nails. But no.

Mediocre. The owner DOES NOT know how to do coffin nails. And charged $5 extra for them. AND CONSIDERED THESE LONG

The…read morelocation is great as it is right by Kroger where I shop so it seemed a logical option to combine picking a few things up and ending off with a pedicure; or so I thought. I was clear to ask if they strictly used pumice and scrub brushes; yes I was assured. So I sit down and get comfortable; it's been a long week, I'm tired, and a nice foot rub is going to be great. She tells me I have dry places on my feet and if I want that taken care of it will be an extra $3. Oh shoot, it's only $3, let's splurge a little. All was going well until I feel a cheese grater grinding my heel!!! Wth!! Uhm, NO!! As a business do you not know the damage these things cause and how easily it can quickly shred into ones feet causing bleeding, infections, etc.?? I'm here for a pedicure, not to have my feet destroyed. Not to mention there was no foot rub; nothing. A quick scrub with three purple pad, some quick lotion on the legs, and polish. That's it??? $28 for a cheese grater, slap some lotion, and I'm done? Look, I know a foot rub isn't everyone's cup, but it is mine. I've never had a pedicure NOT include at least a quick rub. I tip very well too so these little things that bring me joy reap great benefits. I am sad to say that this newcomer will NOT be back and is on the hunt for a better place to visit.

The staff was friendly, and everyone welcomed me, which I appreciated. There was a short wait time--about 10 minutes--which wasn't bad at all. I got something simple, just gel polish. The man who did my nails was nice, but he pressed down on the drill too hard. He even asked if it hurt, and when I said yes, the pressure didn't really lighten up. That part was uncomfortable. The price was reasonable at $35, though they added a 3% fee for using a card, which I understand since many nail shops do the same. Overall, the experience was okay, but one of my nails chipped just a few days later, which was disappointing. Not sure if I'd return, but it wasn't a terrible experience either.

Well, she did ask if I wanted a regular pedi or a deluxe. When I asked her for the differences between the two, she fumbled and handed me a flyer. She never spoke to me until she was done with my pedicure. I mean NOT ONE WORD! I would not have been offended if she couldn't speak English, but that wasn't the case. *She did not do a good job on my feet. Nail polish was on my skin and the paint chipped as soon as I walked out the door. There's more but YOU GET THE POINT! Don't go! I wish I could give less than one star

The receptionist came back to say that my appointment was cancelled because Jared was sick. This would have been a believable story had I not witnessed Jared take another client (who came in after me) to his station. This type of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Maybe the other stylists are professional, but Jared is not the one.

I'd been growing my hair out since Easter, and by November it was getting to be a little out of control. My lion's mane needed to be tamed, preferably by a woman wielding a whip and a stool. (Lion tamers use 4-legged chairs/stools because the multiple legs make it harder for the lion to focus on one thing at a time. Something something about their vision go read Wikipedia.) I found Fresche on the Internet through the same tool you tools are using to read this right now. Congratulations. Making an appointment through fresche.net was super simple. I've been to adult sites that were more difficult to navigate, and you'd think they cater to the lowest common denominator. Anywho, I showed up for my appointment today with a randomly selected stylist, Laura. If you don't intend to read further, know that Laura is awesome and you should request her. I explained to Laura that for the last half decade, I'd been shaving my own head because on June 14th, 2011, genocide happened to my hair follicles. A genocide named Deborah. She was ruthless. But that's neither here nor there. So Laura had this new head of hair of mine to deal with, and me, a clueless buffoon who hasn't seen the inside of a salon since he was in college. Head of hair is being humble. Call me Mufasa from now on. Yes, I'm calling back to the lion's mane comment. Deal with it. So Laura asked what I wanted, and I told her to do what she thinks is best, which I'm sure is every hair stylist's least favorite answer. It's tantamount to someone saying "here's a blank canvas, draw whatever you want, just doing paint it in human excrement." But Laura handled it with grace and went to work. As an added bonus (and I don't even think she charged extra for this), Laura is a well-endowed woman, and she may or may not have rubbed her boobs against my head a few times. Intentionally? We may never know. It's not important. What is important is that after cutting and shampooing and MASSAGING my dome, Laura left me with already looked like a vast improvement. Then she used a word that I thought was reserved for the men of Midtown. Product. Laura wasn't willing to settle with me being stuck in my comfort zone. She introduced me to messing creme. Product. A generic word meant to refer to literally any manufactured good which has been re-purposed by the hair-care industry to describe things that make hair do stuff. That's the best way to describe it. So she showed me how to make my hair "sexy messy," and oh em gee did she make it work. When I went to work later that day, someone told me I looked like I'd been on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. I don't even know if that show's on tv anymore! Do you understand the magnitude of that improvement? Laura Austin made my co-worker reference an outdated pop culture phenomenon to describe my haircut! She done good. Quote that. After five years of suffering from The Incident, Laura and the team at Fresche have alleviated my suffering and turned me into a super hero whose power is to make women weak in their knees just by seeing his hair and the confidence that comes along with it. So yes, you should get your bangs trimmed at this establishment.
