When I came into this nail salon it was about 1:20pm they told me I needed to wait about 25 minutes. I waited and waited for 40 minutes until they got me. Once they got me she put 3 acrylics on and went to assist another person so here I am waiting again. Then she comes back she took her time on my nails but she hurt me! Hurt my skin to where I was bleeding on multiple fingers. I've gotten my nails done before but I've never had something do that to me. Worst experience ever. My nails still hurt and were red after but she did take her time I give her that but it's not worth the pain especially when I've been in pain for days. Also I had just walking from work to get them done. Wish it was a better experience.

Well when I walked in, I thought it was a red flag that the place was empty and only three staff members were there. Someone named Tina I believe asked me to pick out my color and I did while waiting. It was finally my turn and while she was sloppily applying my acrylic, a "regular" came in. I was redirected to another chair where I waited about 10 minutes for someone else to come and finish what the other person had started. She MURDERED my cuticles to the point where as I'm typing now, one finger is bleeding. On top of all of that, they charged me THIRTY THREE DOLLARS for a fill in. Mind you I get acrylic and gel polish all the time and a fill in runs me around 25-27. I will never return to this place again. Ever.

Sloppy job. Some fingers even had a little blood from being buffed raw. I asked for a coffin shape but I have no idea what this shape is ...

I recently moved here and had high hopes for this place but ended up highly disappointed. The…read morelocation is great as it is right by Kroger where I shop so it seemed a logical option to combine picking a few things up and ending off with a pedicure; or so I thought. I was clear to ask if they strictly used pumice and scrub brushes; yes I was assured. So I sit down and get comfortable; it's been a long week, I'm tired, and a nice foot rub is going to be great. She tells me I have dry places on my feet and if I want that taken care of it will be an extra $3. Oh shoot, it's only $3, let's splurge a little. All was going well until I feel a cheese grater grinding my heel!!! Wth!! Uhm, NO!! As a business do you not know the damage these things cause and how easily it can quickly shred into ones feet causing bleeding, infections, etc.?? I'm here for a pedicure, not to have my feet destroyed. Not to mention there was no foot rub; nothing. A quick scrub with three purple pad, some quick lotion on the legs, and polish. That's it??? $28 for a cheese grater, slap some lotion, and I'm done? Look, I know a foot rub isn't everyone's cup, but it is mine. I've never had a pedicure NOT include at least a quick rub. I tip very well too so these little things that bring me joy reap great benefits. I am sad to say that this newcomer will NOT be back and is on the hunt for a better place to visit.

The staff was friendly, and everyone welcomed me, which I appreciated. There was a short wait time--about 10 minutes--which wasn't bad at all. I got something simple, just gel polish. The man who did my nails was nice, but he pressed down on the drill too hard. He even asked if it hurt, and when I said yes, the pressure didn't really lighten up. That part was uncomfortable. The price was reasonable at $35, though they added a 3% fee for using a card, which I understand since many nail shops do the same. Overall, the experience was okay, but one of my nails chipped just a few days later, which was disappointing. Not sure if I'd return, but it wasn't a terrible experience either.

The cup holders had some type of ashy substance on the inside. The chair'sremote barely worked *No one could give me the WiFi password because the manager wasn't there *My tech spoke to the other techs the entire time. Well, she did ask if I wanted a regular pedi or a deluxe. When I asked her for the differences between the two, she fumbled and handed me a flyer. She never spoke to me until she was done with my pedicure. I mean NOT ONE WORD! I would not have been offended if she couldn't speak English, but that wasn't the case. *She did not do a good job on my feet. Nail polish was on my skin and the paint chipped as soon as I walked out the door. There's more but YOU GET THE POINT! Don't go! I wish I could give less than one star

The receptionist came back to say that my appointment was cancelled because Jared was sick. This would have been a believable story had I not witnessed Jared take another client (who came in after me) to his station. This type of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I took off early from work; in addition, I was there to get my roots touched up because I wanted to look good for my teacher yearbook photo. Maybe the other stylists are professional, but Jared is not the one.

I haven't had a haircut in five years. I've had a shaved head ever since "The Incident," but this…read moreyear I was feeling a little saucy. I'd been growing my hair out since Easter, and by November it was getting to be a little out of control. My lion's mane needed to be tamed, preferably by a woman wielding a whip and a stool. (Lion tamers use 4-legged chairs/stools because the multiple legs make it harder for the lion to focus on one thing at a time. Something something about their vision go read Wikipedia.) I found Fresche on the Internet through the same tool you tools are using to read this right now. Congratulations. Making an appointment through fresche.net was super simple. I've been to adult sites that were more difficult to navigate, and you'd think they cater to the lowest common denominator. Anywho, I showed up for my appointment today with a randomly selected stylist, Laura. If you don't intend to read further, know that Laura is awesome and you should request her. I explained to Laura that for the last half decade, I'd been shaving my own head because on June 14th, 2011, genocide happened to my hair follicles. A genocide named Deborah. She was ruthless. But that's neither here nor there. So Laura had this new head of hair of mine to deal with, and me, a clueless buffoon who hasn't seen the inside of a salon since he was in college. Head of hair is being humble. Call me Mufasa from now on. Yes, I'm calling back to the lion's mane comment. Deal with it. So Laura asked what I wanted, and I told her to do what she thinks is best, which I'm sure is every hair stylist's least favorite answer. It's tantamount to someone saying "here's a blank canvas, draw whatever you want, just doing paint it in human excrement." But Laura handled it with grace and went to work. As an added bonus (and I don't even think she charged extra for this), Laura is a well-endowed woman, and she may or may not have rubbed her boobs against my head a few times. Intentionally? We may never know. It's not important. What is important is that after cutting and shampooing and MASSAGING my dome, Laura left me with already looked like a vast improvement. Then she used a word that I thought was reserved for the men of Midtown. Product. Laura wasn't willing to settle with me being stuck in my comfort zone. She introduced me to messing creme. Product. A generic word meant to refer to literally any manufactured good which has been re-purposed by the hair-care industry to describe things that make hair do stuff. That's the best way to describe it. So she showed me how to make my hair "sexy messy," and oh em gee did she make it work. When I went to work later that day, someone told me I looked like I'd been on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. I don't even know if that show's on tv anymore! Do you understand the magnitude of that improvement? Laura Austin made my co-worker reference an outdated pop culture phenomenon to describe my haircut! She done good. Quote that. After five years of suffering from The Incident, Laura and the team at Fresche have alleviated my suffering and turned me into a super hero whose power is to make women weak in their knees just by seeing his hair and the confidence that comes along with it. So yes, you should get your bangs trimmed at this establishment.
