I'm very disappointed to be writing this post because I thought I'd finally found an aesthetician…read morethat could help me with my skin issues. But something happened over my last two visits to this place that absolutely ruined my skin. I had scarring from persistent back acne that I used to have and went in for a chemical peel to help lighten it up. Some kind of chemical was used in the treatment that felt WAY too hot, causing me to physically wince and cry out. I made it clear to the aesthetician that whatever it was was too hot on my skin and felt like it was burning much more than it should. It is normal to feel a slight burning sensation during a peel but NOT to the degree that this was. Over the course of the peeling process a large scar formed over this area and showed bright skin pink like you have with a deep cut. I was concerned but was assured that it would heal and go back to normal. What has instead happened two months later is an even deeper scar that was NEVER there before. Had I not gone in for this treatment there would be absolutely nothing in that area of my back. My skin looked 10 times better before I went in for this. My mother noticed what was going on and was concerned. I went back a second time to express my concern and get a peel to see if the lightening would improve. It didn't. It's even darker than it appears in pictures. These treatments are expensive ($150+) and I should without a doubt be improving not regressing. Words can not express how disappointed I am with Eryn and her service and feel like I am starting back at square one with my skin. I will never give my money to this place again and encourage you to do the same.

I've been to salons all over Georgia and several states, but as a first-timer at this location, I am looking forward to going back even though it's not necessarily in my neighborhood, but worth the trip. There was no wait when I arrived and I was promptly seated and welcomed in as a walk in. Nasim took great care of me and shared info on brow care and made sure I approved the shape and even did a little pencilling. She brushed my brows and clipped. She was gentle. I could tell that she was an expert in brows and loves what she does. To round off my fabulous experience, they gave me a little holiday goody bag! So sweet and unexpected. I left feeling like a winner!

I've heard that they were good for your gut and overall health, but never took the time to go. The office is nicely decorated and very clean. They use disposable equipment so everyone gets a new clean tube. They explain everything to you if you have any questions, which of course I did...LOL I will say it was a little awkward at first and I did have some cramping throughout the process, but she did mention that might happen and it's not unusual when I get an upset stomach to feel that way. About 5 minutes after the process the cramping and feeling that I may have to go to the bathroom went away and I felt fine. I definitely feel that it cleansed me and I will be returning because I feel that it's important to have a clean system to promote overall good health & hoping to get some relief from some current health issues.

My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts! I actually wish more would make convos so it's not so "weird". It's also very clean and smells great when you enter! Also, the pink chandelier that is in the waiting area is a whole vibe!!
