I forgot her name but she's younger. She did an awesome job. I got individual cat eye on my lashes. She was super nice, really fast. She let me check to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. Eyebrow threading was on point! 2nd time I got same type lashes. But it was an older lady there. I specifically asked her if she knew how to do lashes. She claimed yes. I asked if the other lady would be back tomorrow(Sunday) she said they closed. I said what about Monday she they closed. Told her I'm looking right at the door & hours are open Sun. & Mon. She said the door is from old management. She took an hour for my lashes, hands a little shaky, she got glue all on my face, she used the tweezers & they touched my eyeball a few times, She tried to get the glue off with a q tip but once again touched my eyeball with it. I finally took the Que tip & got all I could off. U can see a little bit of my lashes making it appear that I've had these lashes on for weeks. Her station was messy, she put 2 lashes on then go back & forth to her station to get more which was a super messy to the station. I told her she has to much going on over there & she claimed she was trying to clean it before I came in but when I came in she was tinting someone else's eyebrows which looked great might I add. Only 1 person is there & that person does all the services there are no other techs. Which is ok with me waiting if the service is worth it. They keep the door locked which I like. There's homeless people & young men just hanging out at the gas station that's in that plaza. All in all don't let this lady do ur lashes. I was going to get a massage & facial but lost confidence in her when she played with my lashes. Not sure if she's the owner but either way she's not good at that. Prices are very reasonable. They offer several services. I might come back but depends on who's there.

Rio I've been to…read morethis plaza dozens of times and never noticed this place. They opened the doors at 9am and checked me in for my 9:20 appointment. I only saw two other customers while there, but maybe they just aren't as busy in the morning. There's a sign on the door saying masks are required, but no other Covid precautions. No hand sanitizer, no seats marked to not use for social distancing, and no mention of "6 feet. On either side of the door are two seats, and on another wall is a couch. At any point, there was only one person sitting in there with me so if appointments are staggered maintaining distance shouldn't be an issue. The one bathroom is larger than I expected with a standing shower. They have the paper towel dispenser with the stuff that feels almost like bathroom tissue and tears each time you tug on it, so you have to pull multiple times to get an amount that will actually dry your hands, but you never get that amount, and after trying ten times you have almost enough pieces of it to wipe your nose, and end up just wiping your hands on your shirt. Fortunately I didn't have to go through this because I couldn't get a grip on the few centimeters of tissue sticking out of the opening. There are about six or seven treatment rooms and some appear to have a tinted glass wall. I had Samantha do my full body wax and vajacial. She directed me to a room and asked that I undress only from the waist down, which I thought was a little strange since I was getting a full body wax. I undressed but had nothing to cover myself with and the exposure made me uncomfortable. I put my jacket over me and I'm glad I did. The table I was lying on is right in front of the door. There was no curtain or standing privacy screen, although there are privacy screens standing outside of the bathroom. Each time the door opened anyone walking by could have seen too much of me; and Samantha had to go out a few times. Since I was in the first room anyone headed to a room had to walk by this room. She started from my legs and worked her way up with a roll-on wax stick. I appreciate that she didn't pause to remind me that pain was coming. She just ripped sections off one right after another, and it was over soon enough. She gripped the strip well enough that it came off in one motion. I have coarse, thick 4C hair and there's always some that will not succumb to wax. She was thorough; waxing over some places twice before getting the hairs with tweezers. She got everything! Including the landing strip that I forgot to ask be left behind because I'm use to being asked how much I'd like taken off. My armpits were done with melted wax on a wooden spatula. She finished by applying Vitamin E to the waxed areas. Samantha left the room and came back with a rolling cart for the vajacial. She rubbed something cold on me, which was a welcomed relief. It was the consistency of a thick liquid face wash. She did a gentle scrub before wiping it off spreading on a green mask, who's chill was also welcomed. It smelled like tea tree oil. Samantha turned on the steamer (that felt nice) and stepped out for about ten minutes to let the mask sit. She lifted it off in one, putty-like sheet, then used a paper towel to scrub off the little that stuck to me. When she said she was done, I was wondering about waxing the top half of my full body. I learned that "full body" includes legs, bikini, butt, and underarms. So back, arms, and face would be separate. A little sad since I recently discovered that I have a mustache, which I then asked her to wax. I paid and was on my way. My stomach sank each time she had to open the door while I'm there without pants. That really bothered me. The rest of the experience was as expected. Everything is baby bottom smooth.

My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording. No STAR ratings. We are making sure you get the information so that you can make the right decision.
