Booking was easy and I received text confirmation for my appointment. I also got a reminder text for my appointment with the option and details on how to make any updates or adjustments. I got to the salon right on time and was greeted warmly. I got a full explanation on what was happening at each step and the care and maintenance for the lashes when everything was over. In the middle of the service, she says she can't do my eyebrows because I can't pull my skin tight enough, and asks me if I can remove my contact lenses for her lol...mind you, she has no other clients in the salon at the time! I think she was just in a bad mood, or perhaps it's the poor customer service that's the reason she's not busy today. Probably because the locals know better. I should've trusted my gut and went to Saylah Threading on Amsterdam Ave instead. My girl at Saylah always does an excellent job with no extra requirements on behalf of the customer and charges half the iiprice in a spa setting! Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs.
