I hadn't done eyebrow threading since before COVID and I was beyond terrified to try a new place. Thankfully, I found a winner in CS Salon. Chhaya did a wonderful job. She was very patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made great recommendations. If you don't have an appointment, I recommend calling before you head in. Only Chhaya was there on Saturday midday and she asked me to come after 12:30 because she'd be tied up in appointments until then. The salon itself is clean and she wore a mask the entire time. You can pay--including tip--on credit card. Threading cost $11. My old salon offered aloe, post-service, which was not offered here. But I live closeby enough that it was no big deal to apply some when I got home. It hurt about the amount that I expected and no bleeding, cuts, etc. It's great that they also have a punch card system. Happy to have found my go-to spot for threading! read more

She asked how I liked them and gave me what I needed! Yes ma'am! The threading was minimal pain and easy to sit through. I got the tint, explained I liked a natural look and boom she nailed it! What a fantastic threading and waxing experience. The salon is a bit hard to find. There is signage from the road. Follow the signage into the shopping center and drive straight back. It's between the math tutoring business and a restaurant. I called and made an appointment for 6:30. They close at 7 pm. There was no wait. She got right to it. I've been tweezing my eyebrows since COVID and was worried threading would hurt first time back in awhile. Absolutely not! Pretty painless. I also got my lip waxed. Not as painless, but I had no irritation and she cleaned this baby with only two applications of wax. Love it! Super clean and friendly. Not to mention my eyebrows and lip look amazing. When it's good, it's good. I have been coming here for almost three years and both of the workers are really nice. However, my brows have never turned out consistently when threaded. Sometimes, they're too thin. Other times, they're too thick and hair is neglected in the middle and below my brow bone. Other times, my brows are perfect. I know that they don't do brow mapping, but I value consistency as my brows define my face heavily and I only ask for a clean up every three weeks (so it's not like they've grown out a lot). You get what you pay for. I will say that they had GREAT COVID-19 procedures last year - sanitizing, appointments only, waiting a few minutes between services. read more

Eyebrow services and customer service is amazing but the henna is a fail. The young women doing the work was very sloppy and was rushing which led me to go and wash my hands because it was not appealing .she stated that the issue was my hand and the fact that the picture I showed her was a picture was a sticker that is not the case the person who did that work could clearly just drew better and probably was not rushing. Eyebrows and customer service is always great nonetheless. Although I did have to pay for bad henna. The photos below are what I got vs what I wanted . I'm not upset at the young lady she did a great job on my eyebrows she should've just been honest with herself about her abilities to do the work I wanted in the picture. I've been coming to CS Salon for over 3 years consistently and I've never been disappointed. I usually get my eyebrows threaded, a Brazilian wax, and under arm wax. I can get all 3 services for under $70 which is unbeatable! The quality of the eyebrow threads are also amazing no matter who you go to! I have usually had good experiences here getting my eyebrows done but last time I went here (on March 25) the employee was absolutely awful at doing my eyebrows. The shape of it turned out alright but she really damaged my skin where parts of my skin were bleeding under my eyebrows. She also took almost 30 minutes to do my eyebrows which has never happened to me before - 30 minutes of pain LOL. Today there are scabs around that area and still very painful. Yikes. I've never been cut so much when having my eyebrows done. It's throbbing. Also, my eyebrows are way too thick with no shape. Not really sure what she did. Going back to my regular place tomorrow to have them fixed up. They have no shape and don't suit my face at all right now. Don't even really look cleaned up. Hard pass. read more

I went to this shop on a Sunday (I called an hour earlier to make an appointment). I called and spoke to Shaplia, she was very nice. I requested her for my brows (I got brows threaded and tinted) because i seen a lot of great reviews about her via google. She threaded my brows and it was very little pain. I expressed how scared I was to get them threaded due to a very painful experience years ago and SHE LISTENED and accommodated me. She did it as painless as possible! She was very patient and light handed. I rated them four stars because I noticed once I left that my brow tint wasn't even, one slightly looks better than the other (look at photos attached). overall, I will be a regular here with Shaplia! No one can touch the quality of brow they do. They are perfect, the dye always matches my face and hair, even when I change my hair color, and it lasts for what feels like forever. Best eyebrow threading experience I've had! The location is far from my house but it's completely worth the drive! The prices are affordable, parking is convenient and there wasn't a wait time at all. We spent a few minutes figuring out how I wanted my eyebrows and gave me tips on hair growth. Best eyebrow threading I've ever had. Went in to clean up my brows and they did exactly what I asked for.

Extremely impressed with the prices and service quality. They do $30 Brazilian Sugaring and $4 lip threading which is much cheaper than places I've gone before. They're not very busy because they just opened but the service is excellent. They offer a punch card for Brazilians, eyebrows, or facials, and after 8 visits you get one free service. The Brazilian was perfect, as well as the lip threading. The only issue I had was with the underarm wax however I think it's just because I usually sugar instead of wax. my skin is more tender than usual and it's a little uncomfortable. I don't think l'll get my underarms waxed here again but that's just because I prefer sugaring. I will absolutely come back for the other services. Overall good experience as it's always nerve wracking to try somewhere new but I've already sent their website to several of my friends. read more
