The issue is not that the price increased -- it's that I was not informed or given an updated total before the service continued. Being told a service would be "around $100" and then being presented with a $300 total at checkout is a major gap in communication. That should have been clarified before proceeding, not after everything was already done. On top of this, I was met with a very condescending attitude being asked if I had read our messages. Childish.

She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye!
