Booking was easy and I received text confirmation for my appointment. I also got a reminder text for my appointment with the option and details on how to make any updates or adjustments. I got to the salon right on time and was greeted warmly. I got a full explanation on what was happening at each step and the care and maintenance for the lashes when everything was over. The salon was in nice shape and is practicing social distancing and requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'll definitely be going back for additional services!

Prices for all other services are comparable to a salon chain. There are too many cameras in this facility to be able to feel safe while getting the service. I saw they had a coffee bar so was walking towards that just to check out what they had BEFORE checking in. The guy behind the bar was looking at me like I had 3 heads while trying to motion me towards the check in counter. Which I clearly saw, just wanted to check and see what drinks they offered. He was making a rude face while answering my question, and luckily for him I ignored it, remained polite and walked towards the counter to check in. But I was so completely thrown off by his energy on top of their overpriced services so I left. It's way too many quality nail salons and nail techs in Atlanta to waste money paying for an overpriced low quality experience from an unattractive bad attitude staff.

She was knowledgeable about the latest technology and demonstrated outstanding customer service. At the start of the service she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted. She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye! She made sure to check on how I was doing throughout the service and offered snacks when it was over. She also walked me through when to come back and how to care for these lashes, educating me on how lash glue has evolved. The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set.
