They have taken precautions for COVID by taking your temperature and everyone was wearing masks. The technician was very skilled and efficient. I have been to a lot of different threading places and you can tell right away if someone is skilled or not (if they're not skilled, it's excruciating). My brows looked great and she put cooling lotion on to help with the redness. They give a first time visit discount of $5 (regular is $7). I'll definitely be back.

I had several really great waxing experiences here over the last year, and their waxing staff is…read morereally excellent. However, I won't be going again since their front-desk staff doesn't honor appointment times. I'm not sure who was running the desk on 8/8/26, but I had made an appointment for 10:30, and at 10:45, she hadn't even acknowledged that it was past my time or that the next available person was going to see me. She just sat there on her phone. When I asked for a refund, she called her manager and then tried to lie saying I just wanted to leave.

I put it a name that I thought this one was, but ended up being a completely different business...I had the names confused. Anyway, glad I made the mistake! i wasn't disappointed at all! I walked in (didn't have an appt.) and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 mins. My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts! I actually wish more would make convos so it's not so "weird". It's also very clean and smells great when you enter! Also, the pink chandelier that is in the waiting area is a whole vibe!! I need it in my life! I probably will go back again if I ever decide that I want to give them another shot and not go to my usual spot.

I met Rozy for the first time and she's great at threading. I come here about once a month now. I came in for a clean-up for my eyebrows and she did a great job. She's super understanding and made sure not to take off too much hair. The only small con I have about this salon is the poor quality of body wax they use and the high threading prices! I find $9 dollars to be a pretty hefty price for eyebrows. Also, I don't know if it's the quality of wax they use or if it's a heavy hand but any body waxing session at this salon has always been painful.

I asked about a possible allergic reaction and requested a list/picture of products used on me and I was told not to worry about it, that I had sensitive skin and coarse hair so blistering is normal.
