Going in public didn't happen before drawing eyebrows on with an eyebrow pencil. I was introduced to JessQ by Muze Salon Suites owner and operator Amy Nicole. JessQ was eager to sit down with me for a one on one consultation where she was able to listen to and address all of my questions and concerns of micro-blading. During the consultation she explained the whole micro-blading process. What to do before, what to expect during and what to expect after. I was able to book an appointment easily that worked around my schedule. I was sent a reminder three days before as well as the day before my appointment. The day of my appointment I was very nervous. JessQ could sense my nerves and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way from measuring my face and drawing the eyebrow outline, to picking out the pigment color that best suited my skin tone and hair color. She opened sterile blades and shading needles in front of me to insure that I knew everything was new and clean. During the actual blading process she used a numbing cream that kept the pain very minimal. Once she was done I could not believe how great my eyebrows turned out. I was in shock. Before leaving JessQ went over after care procedures once more with me to ensure that I knew how to properly care for my new eyebrows. I highly recommend JessQ for any Micro-blading/Micro-shading procedure. I will definitely be following up with JessQ for all of my eyebrow needs in the future.

Jeremy did a fantastic job and my son loved the experience. Second, in regards to Crystal's tattoo style and quality. Crystal is very talented. She's completed several tattoos all over my body over the past 10 years. I love her bright colorful shading style and we always have a good time together. She's become one of my closest friends, as well. I send so many of my friends and family to Crystal for piercings and tattoo work. She's the best!

DO NOT GIVE CRYSTAL A DEPOSIT!!!!…read more She tattooed me a few years ago and everything was fine. I messaged her a week ago asking for a cover up of the same tattoo. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it. We scheduled the appointment for Thursday, July 3 at 4:30. I sent her the deposit of $150 just like I did last time. I got to her shop at 4:25 and no one was there. I sent her a message and she said she was sorry, but she had to go out of town for a personal matter and that her assistant was supposed to message me earlier. She asked if she could call me in one hour, I said yes. She did not call me an hour later. So an hour and a half later I messaged her and told her I just wanted my deposit back. She responded to that message and said that she was planning on coming back into town and rescheduling everyone for Saturday and Sunday despite it being the holiday weekend. However, she did agree to refund my money and said that she would have her accountant Zelle it to me. Three days later, I messaged her because I had not received my refund. She did not respond. A day later, I told her if she did not give me my refund I was going to write this review and pursue any other methods of repayment that I could. Clearly I have not received my money back. I also spoke with another artist who said that my tattoo can't even be covered without being lasered to lighten it first. She is currently holding my deposit hostage, preventing me from moving forward with the laser tattoo removal and cover-up and I am not sure she will ever give it back. So unless you want to find out the hard way, I suggest you keep your money and find another artist.
