Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

I had a very concerning experience at this business. I was given a price before service, but when…read moreit came time to pay, I was charged $16 more than what I was originally told. My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

I don't know if I'll ever be able to properly express how much Jenny Lind has inspired me!!!…read more My background for nearly 20 years has included working clinically & teaching with some of the most world renowned cosmetic dentists & dental professionals, therefore the esthetics and scientific explanations are important to me. Additionally, I am a perfectionist, and I want to offer my future clients the very best and will invest in myself to make sure! After my initial exposure to permanent make up, I searched far and wide for a detailed top tier PMU course that would give me the in-depth knowledge that I desperately wanted. I've had a desire to offer services that will change the lives of those who I touch, just as in dental! In my search, I found Jenny Lind and that's exactly what she did for me. She changed my life and took me from being discouraged and complacent to reinvigorating my energy and excitement for PMU!! Miss Jenny Lind's class was everything I could've dreamt of....an amazing two weeks of not just learning the craft, but also the WHY behind everything that we do as PMU artist. The class was not easy, because Jenny is going to make sure you are going to reach your full potential and when she believes you can do better she will motivate you and constructively correct you to elevate, Both your skills and mindset!! It's been an complete honor to study under Ms. Jenny Lind and feel all of her warmth and joy she gets from sharing her story and sharing her craft with any boundaries. I wanted a genuine, patient instructor and mentor who was passionate about artistry and teaching others, and that is Ms. Jenny Lind!!! Side note-I know this was a long post, (it took me 2 days to really meditate on all I wanted to say) but there will be someone out there like me who will search far and wide for a class and instructor that is dedicated to the artistry so much that will invest 2 full weeks to prepare you for your PMU journey. So, I had to fully share!!!!

I really really wanted to like them because they…read morehave a convenient location, however, if you have microblading this is not the salon for you. Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.
