She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.
