Sadly, my experience with Karisma Beaute Effect has gone downhill each time I returned. While their bio promises "effortless beauty" and "flawless results," the reality was far from it for me. After my first appointment for Ombre Powder Brows, I was initially happy -- but when I came back for a touch-up, the service felt incredibly rushed. The technician barely consulted with me, and the results looked uneven. I brought up my concerns, but they were brushed off as "normal healing." Spoiler: it wasn't. I also tried their needleless lip filler service later, thinking maybe it was just a one-off bad day. Big mistake. The lip plumping results were inconsistent -- one side of my lips looked fuller than the other, and when I asked about it, I was told to "wait a few weeks" for it to settle. Weeks later, the imbalance was still there. Whatever was in it broke my lips out bad, I developed cold sores too I don't know if they properly disinfect their material. Overall, the quality, care, and attention to detail just aren't consistent if you're planning to be a loyal client. They seem more focused on cycling through new customers than building real, lasting relationships with the ones they already have. I wish I hadn't wasted so much money trying to "give them another chance." There are too many better, more professional places out there -- don't make the same mistake I did!

I made an appointment at the end of July. I arrived early, and there's a sign at the door asking customers to text a number when they arrive. They will text back when the tech is ready. I went back to my car for a few minutes until I received a text. The beauty bar is salon is pretty big and sectioned by different services. For example, the hair salon is on one side and has a different entrance. The brow bar's entrance is behind the building. The space is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Eden introduced herself and took me to her room. She went over the process before getting started. I don't have any tattoos, so I was terrified to say the least, but Eden was very patient. She helped calm my nerves and assure me that it will be virtually painless. And it was! She used a numbing cream and I barely felt anything. The process took a little over an over and I am SO happy with my brows! I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I went back a couple months later for my touch up and asked Eden to add blending. She had originally suggested it at my first appointment, but I thought I just wanted microblading. She was right and I should have listened in the first place. I am so grateful for Eden for giving the brows I've always wanted! Splendid Beauty Bar is over an hour away from me and totally worth the drive.
