I was hesitant to do another set of eyelashes because of my experience at another salon, it was painful, the hybrid was way too mega volume (for me), and it just didn't look that great in my opinion. Francesca took the time to talk with me about both my eyebrows and eyelashes. She showed me multiple times, mapped them both, talked again about eye shapes and effects of different lash techniques, lash lengths and colors, etc. She did an excellent job and let me tell you the eyelash experience was completely different! She asked, multiple times how I was doing, if I was ok or anything was uncomfortable. She let me stretch and go to the bathroom (was there over 3 hours for all 3 services). I absolutely LOVE my new classic lashes and they just look so incredibly natural! I already knew she did fabulous eyebrows, because she's done mine before and now I know she does incredible eyelash extensions too! Also, the salon is super chic, feminine, and clean! They even have a perfect spot for selfies! I highly recommend Francesca's at Tony's Beauty Brows.

I have a lot of experience with lashes, and sometimes had a reaction. She walked…read moreme through the procedure and answered all my questions, which left me with a great piece of mind of her knowledge and skills. I was hesitant about getting something so permanent on my face like a lash liner tattoo, but after the consultation I couldn't be more at ease. Along with the liner tattoo, she microbladed my eyebrows beautifully. I had very thin sparse eyebrow hair to begin with and had to fill them in daily, and it was a hassle. Now I wake up everyday with remarkably done eyebrows, perfectly shaped to my face. Along with delicate lash liner. I begin my day much happier and relaxed. Thank you so much!

My eyebrows look naturally full, not harsh or inky like old-school permanent makeup. My brows are naturally fine. I did not suffer from over-tweezed or over-waxed brows, they just grow in very sparse. I showed up to my appointment with my eyebrows completely grown-out, with no make-up. I wanted to be a "blank canvas" for Jessica, so she could see my natural arch and hair-growth pattern. If you don't have a lot of brow hair, don't worry! Jessica will physically touch your face to determine your bone structure and where your natural arch should be. It was comforting how much time she takes diligently measuring and marking your eyebrows before the actual procedure. She will shave a bit of your eyebrows off to reach the skin, but the hair WILL grow back. Jessica will numb the skin beneath your brows first. Honestly, the hair stroke procedure felt like scratches across the skin. No major pain. The entire process took about 2 hours because she makes sure you are happy with the brow shape before she even begins. I came back for my touch-up a month later. GO BACK FOR A TOUCH-UP, even if you don't think you need it. My skin is extremely oily and unfortunately, not every hair stroke retained its pigment. Jessica suggested we go with a darker pigment for the hair strokes, but I was a better candidate for the powdered brow procedure. During the touch-up appointment she gave me powdered brows and they ARE PERFECT. My pain threshold for the powdered brow procedure was lower, it felt more like a traditional tattoo. Each time, my eyebrows healed in 10 days. You will see the full effect a month later. PATIENCE LADIES! This is your face, and you will be nervous during the healing process, but Jessica is an expert at her craft. She is an artist!

I had to rush to Urgent Care the next day, where I received a Decadron shot (Steroid), a prescription for a Medrol pack (Prednisone), Famotidine, and Claritin for two weeks. The doctor at the Urgent Care said I had suffered a chemical burn to my mouth due to the chemicals touching parts of my mouth that it should not have touched. It has been difficult for me to speak, eat, drink, smile, and even go to work. I could not go into work on Monday (5/5/25) due to the severe pain. My lips are burnt, the inside of my mouth is burnt and has blisters. I cannot eat or drink like normal, nor brush my teeth. I have missed work due to being in such horrendous pain. I contacted the provider at Cosmo Med Spa and she told me that "I will be okay" and "she will pray for me." I am in so much pain that I had to see another doctor, my PCP, and she also diagnosed it as burns to my mouth. She prescribed Lidocaine. I am now on five medications and I still in tremendous pain (today is 5/8/25). The owner of Cosmo Med Spa stated that she will once again, "Pray for me." I will attach pictures and doctor's reports. It might be easier for me to send these documents to you via text.
